Thanks to the support provided by this project, the technical infrastructure of the Nagykanizsa Chamber of Commerce and Industry was improved with the aid of one overhead projector, one notebook computer and interpretation equipment. 200 copies of a handbook for preparing project proposals were made (150 in Hungarian and 50 in Slovenian). As part of the Nagykanisza fair, a meeting took place on 30 September 2005 in which Slovenian and Hungarian participants were given an opportunity to meet and present their business profiles to their partners, exchange experience, and,
by establishing direct contacts, get the possibility of starting business cooperation. The invitation to the final conference was sent to the addresses of 315 Hungarian and 85 Slovenian entrepreneurs. During numerous encounters Chamber representatives managed to learn about and compare the operations of the Slovenian and Hungarian chambers, their structural organization and applied methodology of operation.
