Description (ES): Desarrollo de una plataforma estable de capacitación municipal transfronteriza que intercambie experiencias en gestión municipal mejorando la eficacia de las administraciones locales, al tiempo que se potencia la participación ciudadana.
Expected Results (ES): Mejorar la capacitación política y técnica de las corporaciones locales. Inclusión de la participación ciudadana en la gobernanza municipal. Fomento del intercambio de experiencias y "know-how". Durabilidad del proyecto.
