Innovation ist für die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit bei der Förderung durch Innovationsförderer und innerhalb der Unternehmen sehr wichtig. Zudem wird eine effiziente und effektive Gestaltung des Innovationsprozesses benötigt. Nur durch genaue Informationen über Wettbewerbsfähigkeit, den Bedarf an Ressourcen und deren Einsatz, persönliche Erfolgsverantwortung, belastbaren Finanzdaten, ist es möglich, die ideale Innovationsvariante zu wählen.

L’innovazione è un aspetto fondamentale della competitività sia all’interno delle aziende, che per i fautori dell’innovazione. Inoltre, è indispensabile una gestione efficiente ed effettiva del processo d’innovazione. Solo attraverso informazioni precise su competitività, risorse necessarie e impegno nei loro confronti, responsabilità personale rispetto al successo e dati finanziari affidabili è possibile scegliere la variante ideale d’innovazione.

Achievements (DE):

Mit dem Unternehmenswerkzeug ROSI wird die Grundlage dafür geschaffen. Anhand einer softwareunterstützten Fragebogentechnik erhält man eine Innovationsbeschreibung, die eine qualitative Bewertung liefert. Sie stellt die Basis für die weitere Vorgehens- weise (z.B. Einbeziehung von Experten, Suche nach Investoren oder Technologiepartnern, Best Practice) dar. Ausgangspunkt war eine Erhebung zur Innovationstätigkeit von Nord- und Südtiroler Unternehmen. Der Südtiroler Partner konzentrierte sich auf die Entwicklung eines Instruments zur systematischen Innovationsbewertung in Unternehmen. Die Tiroler Zukunftsstiftung fokussierte stärker auf die Implemen- tierung der Innovationsprozesse. Im Herbst 2005 wurde das Programm mit vier Pilotprojekten gestartet. Unternehmen aus dem Bereich Medizintechnik, Mechatronik und Photovoltaik haben die Gelegenheit, das Thema Innovation über zwei Jahre als strategischen Wett- bewerbsfaktor im Betrieb zu etablieren. Schon jetzt zeigt das Projekt hervorragende Ergebnisse, von den Unternehmen wird die wechselseitige Verknüpfung von Qualifizierung und betrieblicher Praxis als besonders wertvoll eingeschätzt. Ein gelungener Technologietransfer, der zum Teil in sehr konkreten Produktentwicklungen erste Erfolge zeigt. Regionsübergreifend findet ein regelmäßiger Erfahrungsaustausch statt, um einer- seits das Tool ROSI weiterzuentwickeln und andererseits unterschiedliche Strategien zur Implementierung von Innovationen zu kreieren.

Lo strumento imprenditoriale ROSI fornisce la base su cui fondare questa scelta. Tramite un questionario, supportato da un software, si ottiene una descrizione dell’innovazione corredata da valutazione qualitativa. Essa rappresenta la base per i processi successivi (ad es. il coinvolgimento di esperti, la ricerca di investitori o di partner tecnologici, Best Practice). Una rilevazione delle attività di innovazione realizzate dagli imprenditori del Tirolo Settentrionale e dell’Alto Adige ha costi- tuito il punto di partenza del progetto. Il partner altoatesino si è concentrato sull’elaborazione di uno strumento in grado di eseguire una valutazione sistematica dei processi d’innovazione aziendale. Il fondo “ Tiroler Zukunftsstiftung” ha rivolto particolare attenzione sull’implementazione dei processi d’innovazione. Il programma è partito nell’autunno del 2005 con quattro progetti pilota. Agli imprenditori del settore tecnico-medico, meccatronico e fotovoltaico viene offerta l’opportunità di introdurre e stabilire nell’azienda processi d’innovazione, quale fattore concorrenziale strategico, per un arco temporale di due anni. Il progetto mostra già ora risultati eccellenti: le aziende apprezzano particolarmente il collegamento reciproco tra qualificazione e prassi aziendale. Un transfer tecnologico riuscito che mostra i suoi primi successi nell’evoluzione di prodotti in parte molto concreti. A livello sovraregionale si svolge uno scambio regolare di esperienze finalizzato, da un lato, a perfezionare il tool ROSI e, dall’altro, a creare diverse strategie di implementazione dell’innovazione.
