Description (ES): Impulsar la sistematización y adecuación del procedimiento de correcta identificación de pacientes en toda la cadena transfusional en los hospitales y los centros de transfusión. Implantar prácticas transfusionales seguras en los centros sanitarios.
Expected Results (ES): La mejora de la práctica transfusional y el aumento de la seguridad para los pacientes trasfundidos en el Sistema Sanitario público Andaluz.
