Description (FR):

L’objectif global du projet est d’agréger les PME pour transformer, sur le territoire, les produits dérivés du matériel génétique animale autochtone en combinant des actions de valorisation et de promotion pour favoriser la commercialisation. Le positionnement des produits de qualité sur le marché à travers l'agrégation et le soutien à l’organisation logistique des PME dans le respect de la durabilité environnementale et de la sécurité alimentaire pourrait être un moteur pour le développement des petites entreprises. L'attention accordée à des espèces et races d'animaux particulières, déjà objet de sauvegarde et contrôle avec le projet VAGAL mettra l’accent sur le rôle que celles-ci peuvent avoir en termes de valorisation économique et sociale, tout en respectant l'identité culturelle et la tradition locale. Les bénéficiaires du projet sont toutes les PME agricoles, artisanales et du secteur touristique qui travaillent dans les zones transfrontalières, les institutions, les universités, les centres de recherche, les consommateurs, les citoyens et les étudiants. Les principales activités prévues sont: · la création de services logistiques aux PME afin de faciliter l'organisation de micro filières avec la réalisation des prototypes destinés à l'abattage et la transformation des produits; · le développement des fonctions des «centres pilotes» pour tester des modèles d’élevage et systèmes de production avec une gestion économique et sociale durable dans le temps; · l’organisation de structures d'agrégation des entreprises pour le stockage, vitrines produits, promotion et points d’information (mise en oeuvre de nouvelles formes de commercialisation); · la caractérisation sanitaire et d'hygiène, microbiologique et nutritionnelle des productions afin d’en garantir la sécurité et la salubrité; · l’ observatoire permanent pour observer les politiques réalisées dans les « bioterritoires », l'évolution des consommations et la qualité des productions.

 Services logistiques pour la micro filière du germoplasme animal autochtone pour agréger les PME et en positionner les produits sur les marchés  Modèle économique de gestion qui combine la fonction économique et la fonction sociale des centres pilotes  Modèle éducatif qui étend les fonctions du centre pilote de centre scientifique à centre didactique  Création des produits locaux avec standards appropriés et conformes aux lois de l'hygiène sanitaire, sans dénaturer leurs caractéristiques  Législation plus attentive aux problèmes locaux, en ce qui concerne la valorisation et à la récupération du germoplasme animal autochtone
