Le projet Internet « CoolTour – ProjetRegio Bibliothéques+Ecoles » est un projet trinational de recherche Internet proposé par des bibliothéques aux éléves des écoles de second degré. Outre la construction du site Internet, les contacts et échanges personnels entre écoliers et animateurs jouent un role déterminant. Les objectifs du projet sont : - création d’un réseau durable en faveur de la coopération transfrontaliére entre les bibliothéques et les écoles de second degré en collaboration avec d’autres institutions éducatives. - recherches transfrontaliéres traitant des thémes régionaux qui - grace au site web – seront mis á la disposition des autres éléves intéressés. Les éléves s’entraideront par delá les frontiéres. - acquisition et emploi pratique de compétences informatiques et documentaires en particulier sur internet en tant qu’outil de présentation de ses propres idées et de communication. - promotion du bilinguisme et de l’identité régionale.
