Project - Cross-border Business Network for the joint development of niche tourism products

Description (EN): This project’s main challenge is promoting cooperation between cross-border tourism operators. The aim is for them to develop and popularise sustainable cross-border niche tourism products connected to blue and green growth. The general objective of this project is to reinforce tourism attraction in the cross-border area and the competitiveness of its small and medium enterprises. This by developing innovative, sustainable and quality cross-border products, jointly promoting and popularising them inside and outside the EU and creating local networks of operators for said products (the pedal-assisted bicycle touring PEDELEC product will be developed during the 24 months of this project). Increased arrivals are expected from sustainable tourism (especially sport-related) together with a more extended tourist season. FR-ONT-IT will create a shared web portal to supply the partners' network with content. It will design and implement joined services across borders, including customer support numbers, bookings, vouchers, agreements (e.g. with maritime transport operators) and IT systems. It will also establish and promote local unified service levels. Moreover, it will develop the PEDELEC product in the 5 local areas identified. It will provide 210 pedal-assisted bicycles and create local operator networks, including hotels and other accommodations, restaurants, medical/physiotherapy centres, bike assistance centres and other facilities. It will also organise luggage transport services. The budget reflects each partner's expertise and the activities they will have to carry out in the field.
Description: La sfida principale che si pone il progetto (Pr) è quella di promuovere la cooperazione fra operatori turistici a livello transfrontaliero per lo sviluppo e la promozione di “prodotti” turistici transfrontalieri sostenibili di nicchia legati alla crescita blu e verde. L’obiettivo generale del Pr è quello di rafforzare l’attrattività turistica dell’area transfrontaliera e la competitività delle sue piccole e medie imprese attraverso lo sviluppo di prodotti transfrontalieri innovativi sostenibili e di qualità, e attraverso la loro promozione e comunicazione congiunta sia nell’area UE sia nelle aree extra-UE e grazie alla creazione anche a livello locale di reti di operatori legati allo specifico prodotto sviluppato (durante i 24 mesi del Pr sarà sviluppato il prodotto PEDELEC ovvero il cicloturismo con biciclette a pedalata assistita). Fra i cambiamenti attesi vi sono l’incremento degli arrivi legati al turismo sostenibile (in particolare sportivo) e l’estensione della stagione turistica. FR-ONT-IT da una parte riempirà di contenuti la rete formata dai partner creando un portale web comune, progettando ed implementando servizi da gestire in modo unitario a livello transfrontaliero (call canter a supporto dei clienti, servizi di prenotazione, gestione di voucher, stipula di convenzioni ad esempio con operatori di trasporto marittimi, sviluppo di sistemi informativo-tecnologici), stabilendo i livelli di servizio che dovranno essere osservati a livello locale promuovendo e comunicando unitariamente i propri servizi dall’altro svilupperà localmente, nelle 5 aree individuate, il prodotto PEDELEC, mettendo a disposizione 210 biciclette a pedalata assistita, creando reti locali di operatori della filiera specifica (hotel/altre strutture ricettive, ristoranti, centri medici/fisioterapici, centri assistenza bici..), organizzando servizi di trasporto bagagli. Il budget rispecchia le expertise di ciascun partner e le attività che ciascuno dovrà svolgere sul campo.
Description: Le défi principal que le Pr veut relever est celui de promouvoir la coopération entre opérateurs touristiques au niveau transfrontalier pour le développement et la promotion touristique de « produits » transfrontaliers durables ciblé liés à la croissance verte et bleue L’objectif général du Pr est de renforcer l’attractivité touristique de la zone transfrontalière et la compétitivité de ses petites et moyennes entreprises à travers le développement de produits transfrontaliers innovants durables et de qualité, et à travers leur promotion et communication communes tant dans la zone UE que dans la zone extra-UE et grâce à la création aussi au niveau local de réseaux d’opérateurs liés spécifiquement au produit développé (durant les 24 mois du projet sera développé le produit PEDELEC ou le cyclotourisme avec vélos à pédales assistées). Dans les changements attendus sont compris l’accroissement des arrivées joint au tourisme durable (en particulier sportif) et l’extension de la saison touristique Le Pr d’une part remplira de contenus le réseau formé par les partenaires créant un portail web commun, projetant et mettant en œuvre des services à gérer de façon uniforme au niveau transfrontalier (call center pour l’accompagnement des clients, services de réservation, gestion de voucher, mise en place de convention par exemple avec des opérateurs de transport maritime, développement des systèmes informatif-technologiques) établissant les niveaux de services qui devront être observés au niveau local promouvant et communicant uniformément les propres services que l’autre développera localement, dans 5 zones identifiées, le produit PEDELEC, mettant à disposition 210 vélos à pédales assistées, créant des réseaux locaux d’opérateurs dans des filières spécifiques (hôtel/autres structures de réceptions..), tout en organisant des services de transports des bagages Le budget reflète les expertises de chaque partenaire et les activités que chacun devra mettra en place sur le terrain
