Description (EN): This project studies the structure and operation of a Cross-Boarding Area Management Platform (CAMP) that can function as a Logistics Single Window for an integrated and paperless logistics chain. CAMP integrates a network of interoperable platforms at the service of shippers and logistics chain actors. The selected supply chains share the one-stop-shop concept. It involves customers and suppliers to create a credible tool for SMEs to globalise products in a cross-border way and make transport more competitive. The area in question involves secondary and tertiary nodes, for a closer relationship with the primary cluster (port nodes and inland transport routes of people and goods). While capitalising on the results of previous projects, this research study will enhance the appeal of nodes by quantifying the reduced total transport chain time economically. The architecture is designed to maximise adaptability, flexibility and scalability to support modal balance and communications between different size businesses and Authorities (and between Authorities) with different computer and service capabilities. For future IT implementations, this project aims to define the logical system and metadata needed to operate a platform by surveying the needs of businesses. CIRCUMVECTIO for freight transport and NECTEMUS for passengers intend to deal with critical cross-border area issues, due to the mixed demand for maritime traffic between the continent and the islands.
Description: Il progetto studia la struttura e il funzionamento di una Cross-boarding Area Management Platform (CAMP) in grado di operare anche come Logistics Single Window per una catena logistica integrata e paperless. La CAMP integra un network di piattaforme interoperabili a servizio degli shippers e degli attori della catena logistica. Le filiere selezionate condividono il concetto di one-stop-shop che, coinvolgendo clienti e fornitori, si configura come mezzo per creare un credibile strumento a favore delle PMI per internazionalizzare il prodotto in chiave transfrontaliera e renderne maggiormente competitivo il trasporto. L’area di riferimento contempla nodi secondari e terziari, al fine di una loro più stretta relazione con la rete primaria (nodi portuali e vie di trasporto terrestri di adduzione). Capitalizzando i risultati di progetti precedenti, lo studio, valorizzerà l’aumento di appeal dei nodi coinvolti attraverso la quantificazione economica della riduzione dei tempi complessivi della catena di trasporto. La progettazione dell’architettura è mirata a massimizzare le sue caratteristiche di adattabilità, flessibilità e scalabilità per supportare la comunicazione degli operatori con Enti (e tra Enti) di diverse dimensioni e con eterogenei gradi di informatizzazione e razionalizzazione dei servizi, in un’ottica di riequilibrio modale. Il progetto mira, anche ai fini di future implementazioni informatiche, a definire attraverso il survey dei bisogni espressi dagli operatori, il sistema logico ed i metadata indispensabili per una piattaforma operativa. CIRCUMVECTIO per il trasporto delle merci e NECTEMUS per quello dei passeggeri intendono dare risposte alle criticità dell’area transfrontaliera, in ragione della promiscuità dei flussi di domanda di trasporto marittimo tra continente e isole.
Description: Le projet étudie la structure et le fonctionnement d'une CAMP (Cross-boarding Area Management Platform) qui peut également fonctionner comme Logistics Single Window pour une chaîne logistique sans ruptures et sans papier. La CAMP met en œuvre un réseau de plates-formes interopérables pour servir les shippers et les acteurs de la chaîne logistique. Les filières sélectionnées partagent l’idée de one-stop-shop qui, en impliquant clients et fournisseurs, est mise en place comme un moyen de créer un outil crédible pour les PME à internationaliser le produit dans la zone transfrontalière et en rendre plus compétitif le transport. La zone de référence compte des nœuds secondaires et tertiaires, afin de leur relation plus étroite avec le réseau primaire (nœuds portuaires et voies terrestres d’adduction). L'étude, en capitalisant les projets conclus, permettra d'améliorer l'augmentation d'appeal des nœuds impliqués avec la quantification économique de la réduction des temps de la chaîne de transport. La conception de l'architecture vise à maximiser les caractéristiques de l'adaptabilité, la flexibilité et l'évolutivité nécessaires pour soutenir la communication des opérateurs avec les institutions (et entre les institutions) de différentes tailles et avec des degrés variés d’informatisation et rationalisation des services afin de mettre en œuvre un processus de répartition modale. Le projet vise, y compris pour les futures implémentations informatiques, à définir à travers l'enquête sur les besoins des opérateurs, le système logique et les metadata nécessaires à une plate-forme d'exploitation. CIRCUMVECTIO pour le transport des marchandises et NECTEMUS pour celui des passagers visent à donner des solutions aux problématiques de la zone transfrontalière, en considérant la promiscuité des flux de la demande de transport maritime continent- îles.
