This project plans the creation of a cross-border incubation network including pre- and post-incubation services for new ICT companies in the boating, tourism and energy supply business. The challenge is to create a virtuous ecosystem that will generate and consolidate high-tech product companies. An Establishment Agreement will set in place a cross-border network of formerly independent companies dealing in the provision of new business creation services. The project will offer qualified and integrated cross-border services structured after international best practices and experiment with innovative scouting and matching methods for the demand and supply of technological solutions. Furthermore, the promotion of these services will make the partner areas more attractive to aspiring entrepreneurs, including those coming from other geographical regions. Aspiring entrepreneurs, economic organisations, Universities, research centres and incubators will be the primary beneficiaries of the results envisioned by this project. Said results will include the Scouting Operational Plan, virtual instruments (marketplace and game training) to promote the matching of innovation supply and demand, service catalogues, a management and communication platform for the promotion of network services, information integration and interactions between network operators. The project will take a bottom-up approach to bring out new business ideas and ways to help businesses get established.

Le projet prévoit la création d’un Réseau transfrontalier nommé “RETIC” entre acteurs spécialisés en services de pré-incubation et incubation (y compris les services de post-incubation) et de nouvelles entreprises dans le secteur TIC appliqué aux filières de nautisme, tourisme et énergie. Le défi est de créer un « eco-système » vertueux qui permettra aux entreprises potentielles à haute valeur technologique de naître et de se développer. Au travers un Accord, un réseau de compétences transfrontalier sera mis en œuvre, afin de définir dans leur offre de services aux nouvelles entreprises commune et en lien avec les bonnes pratiques mises en œuvre sur les différents territoires. L’approche transfrontalière permettra d’activer une offre structurée de services qualifiés et intégrés, capable de puiser les bonnes pratiques internationales et expérimenter des modalités innovantes pour le « scouting » et le « matching » entre demande et offre de solutions technologiques. L’élargissement de services associé ainsi que leur promotion permettra en outre d’améliorer les l’attractivité des territoires pour favoriser l’entreprenariat local et transfrontalier. Les outputs principaux : le Plan opérationnel de recrutement, les instruments vertueux (market place et game-training) pour faciliter le matching entre demande et offre d’innovation, les catalogues de services, la plateforme de gestion et communication pour la promotion des services du réseau, l’intégration des informations, l’interaction entre les acteurs du réseau avec comme bénéficiaires principaux les entrepreneurs potentiels, les organisations économiques, les Universités/centres de recherche, les incubateurs à fin de faire émerger d’une part les nouvelles idées entrepreneuriales, et d’autre part de définir des modalités innovantes d’accompagnement à la naissance d’entreprise par un approche bottom-up.

Il progetto prevede la creazione di una Rete transfrontaliera denominata “RETIC” tra soggetti specializzati nei servizi di pre-incubazione e incubazione (compresi i servizi di post-incubazione) di nuove imprese nel settore TIC applicato alle filiere di nautica, turismo ed energia. La sfida è creare un ecosistema virtuoso grazie al quale potenziali imprese di prodotti ad alto contenuto tecnologico possano nascere e consolidarsi. Attraverso un Accordo di costituzione sarà quindi attivato un network di competenze, integrando in rete, a livello transfrontaliero, soggetti che sinora operavano in maniera individuale nella fornitura di servizi di accompagnamento alla nascita di nuove imprese. Partendo da un approccio transfrontaliero sarà possibile attivare un'offerta strutturata di servizi qualificati ed integrati, capace di attingere alle best practice internazionali e sperimentare modalità innovative per lo “scouting” e il “ matching” tra domanda e offerta di soluzioni tecnologiche. La disponibilità di tali servizi, unita ad un’adeguata attività di promozione consentirà inoltre di migliorare le condizioni di contesto dei territori partner rendendoli maggiormente attrattivi per gli aspiranti imprenditori provenienti anche da altre aree geografiche. Gli output principali: il Piano operativo di scouting, gli strumenti virtuali (market place e game-training) per favorire il matching tra domanda e offerta di innovazione, i cataloghi di servizi, la piattaforma di gestione e comunicazione per la promozione dei servizi di rete, l’integrazione delle informazioni, l’interazione tra i soggetti del network, avranno come principali beneficiari gli aspiranti imprenditori, le organizzazioni economiche, le Università/centri di ricerca, gli incubatori e saranno volti, con un approccio bottom-up, da un lato a far emergere nuove idee imprenditoriali, dall'altro ad individuare modalità innovative di accompagnamento alla nascita di impresa.
