This project takes on the shared challenge of strengthening the businesses of the 5 partner regions with increased opportunities for growth deriving from sustainable local development. The general objective is to contribute to increasing the international competitiveness of eco-tourism SMEs operating in the 5 regions. ItinERA addresses this challenge as follows: - develops guidelines for an eco-tourism quality certification common to all 5 regions, preparatory to the creation of a single Maritime area brand; - develops and promotes supra-national thematic eco-tourism itineraries, compliant with guideline requirements; - offers training programmes to tourism sector SMEs for them to achieve the required quality standards; - organises events to promote public-private eco-tourism offer governance processes. The first to benefit are SMEs, tour operators and cruise companies operating in the cooperation area, as well as potentially the entire area itself, thanks to the creation of value, birth of new tourist attractions, development of the entrepreneurial fabric and employment growth. The partnership aims to tackle the various activities in a participatory and cooperative manner on issues in which the local approach usually prevails. The opportunity of operating over a greater area and exploiting the tourism potential of the individual areas as a system for the benefit of the entire area is a further advantage that cannot be guaranteed by local strategies. Living Labs encourage interaction between operators to create joint growth opportunities and guarantee cross-border exchanges of good practices. E-learning training, online consultation systems and web platforms guarantee further innovation aspects of the proposal.

Le défi commun de ItinERA regarde le renforcement des entreprises de les 5 régions partenaires grâce à les augmentées possibilités de croissance découlant de la valorisation touristique de la zone de manière durable. Objectif global est de contribuer à accroître la compétitivité internationale des PME des 5 régions et opérantes dans l'éco-tourisme. Afin de relever le défi identifié,ItinERA: -développe Lignes Directrices(LD) pour une certification de qualité éco-touristique commune aux 5 régions,en vue de la naissance d'une marque unique de la zone du Maritime; -développe et promeut itinéraires éco-touristiques thématiques à caractère supra-national,conformes aux LD; -offre programmes de formation pour les PME du sector touristique pour atteindre les normes de qualité requises; -organise événements d’animation,de rencontre et d’exchange pour promouvoir le processus de gouvernance public-privé de l’offre éco-touristique. Premiers bénéficiaires sont les PME,les voyagistes et les compagnies de croisières opérant dans la zone de coopération,ainsi que potentiellement l'ensemble de la zone,grâce à:la création de valeur,l’apparition de nouveaux attracteurs touristiques,le développement d'un tissu d’entreprises et la croissance de l'emploi. Le partenariat entende aborder les diverses activités d'une manière participative et coopérative sur les questions où habituellement règne une approche locale.La possibilité de travailler sur une context territoriale élargie et d'exploiter le potentiel touristique des differentes territoires mise a système pour le profit de la zone entière,c’est un autre élément d'avantage qui ne peut pas être garantie par les stratégies au niveau local.Living Labs encouragent l'interaction entre les opérateurs pour la création d'opportunités de croissance communs et assurent les échanges transfrontaliers de bonnes pratiques.Formation E-learning,systèmes de consultation en ligne et plate-forme web sont d’autres aspects de l'innovation du projet.

La sfida comune di ItinERA riguarda il potenziamento delle realtà imprenditoriali presenti nelle 5 regioni partner grazie alle aumentate possibilità di crescita derivanti dalla valorizzazione turistica dell’area in chiave sostenibile. Obiettivo generale è quello di contribuire ad aumentare la competitività internazionale delle PMI operanti nelle 5 regioni nell’ambito dell’eco-turismo. Al fine di affrontare la sfida individuata, ItinERA: -sviluppa Linee Guida (LG) per una certificazione di qualità eco-turistica comune alle 5 regioni, propedeutica alla nascita di un marchio unico dello spazio del Marittimo; -sviluppa e promuove itinerari eco-turistici tematici a carattere sovra-nazionale, conformi ai requisiti previsti nelle LG; -offre programmi di formazione alle PMI del settore turistico per il raggiungimento degli standard di qualità previsti; -organizza eventi d’incontro volti a promuovere processi di governance pubblico-privata dell’offerta eco-turistica. Primi beneficiari sono PMI, tour operators e compagnie di crociera operanti nell’area di cooperazione, nonché potenzialmente l’intera area stessa, grazie a: creazione di valore, nascita di nuovi attrattori turistici, sviluppo del tessuto imprenditoriale e crescita occupazionale. Il partenariato si propone di affrontare le varie attività in modo partecipato e cooperativo su temi nei quali solitamente prevale un approccio locale. La possibilità di operare su un bacino territoriale allargato e di sfruttare il potenziale turistico dei singoli territori messi a sistema a beneficio dell’intera area, costituisce ulteriore elemento di vantaggio che non può essere garantito da strategie di tipo locale. Living Labs incentivano l’interazione tra operatori per la creazione di opportunità di crescita comuni e garantiscono gli scambi transfrontalieri di buone pratiche. Formazione e-learning, sistemi di consultazione on-line e piattaforma web garantiscono ulteriori aspetti d’innovazione della proposta.
