Description (EN): This project promotes the idea of innovative and sustainable tourism through accessibility for all as a qualifying value of competitiveness and inclusiveness for businesses and regions. It will develop initiatives to increase eco-tourism products that will identify operators in the hotel, craft and agri-food sectors engaged in a quality and sustainability path. The general objective is to increase the international sustainable tourism competitiveness of micro, small and medium-sized companies by developing a cross-border accessible hospitality tourism brand. The project also aims to create an institutional communication campaign to disseminate and share information on the accessibility of areas and services, including for people with disabilities. The following are the main results: 1 Cross-border accessible hospitality tourism brand, 4 Calls for tourism businesses, 1 Web portal and App with Map of accessible tourism itineraries, 1 Joint protocol for tourist organisations and operators in the 5 regions, 4 Cross-border tourist itineraries and 4 Joint laboratories for cross-border routes. Although the project values existing regional experiences, it intends to create for the first time stable cross-border tools for tourism promotion and service qualification. It will also map the cooperation area involving public bodies, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, chambers of commerce, NGOs and consumer associations. ITACA enjoys the promotion of a public and private partnership. The innovative solutions proposed by this project promote an inclusive social-economic model providing a detailed response to a common problem of tourist accessibility to the local areas which overcomes physical and cultural barriers to the benefit of all.
Description: ITACA intende valorizzare un’idea di turismo innovativo e sostenibile promuovendo l’accessibilità per tutti i cittadini come valore qualificante di competitività e inclusività per le imprese e i territori, attraverso la messa a punto di iniziative di sviluppo di prodotti eco-turistici, come strumento d’identificazione assegnato agli operatori del settore turistico alberghiero, artigianato e agro-alimentare impegnati in un percorso di qualità e sostenibilità. L’obiettivo generale è l’aumento della competitività internazionale delle micro e PMI nel turismo sostenibile, attraverso lo sviluppo di un marchio turistico comune delle spazio transfrontaliero di ospitalità accessibile. Il progetto inoltre mira a realizzare una campagna di comunicazione istituzionale mirata per la diffusione e la condivisioni di informazioni sull’accessibilità di territori e servizi, in particolare per le persone diversamente abili. Output principali sono: 1 Marchio turistico transfrontaliero di ospitalità accessibile, 4 Bandi per imprese turistiche, 1 Portale web e App con Mappa di itinerari di turismo accessibile, 1Protocollo congiunto per gli enti e gli operatori turistici delle 5 regioni, 4 Itinerari turistici transfrontalieri, 4 Laboratori congiunti per gli itinerari transfrontalieri. Il progetto valorizza esperienze esistenti a livello regionale ma per la prima volta intende creare strumenti stabili a livello transfrontaliero di promozione turistica e qualificazione dei servizi, oltre che una mappatura dell’area di cooperazione coinvolgendo enti pubblici, PMI e microimprese, Camere di commercio, Associazioni di categoria ONG, associazioni di consumatori. ITACA è promosso da un partenariato pubblico e privato e le soluzioni proposte dal progetto risultano innovative in termini di promozione di un modello economico sociale inclusivo, risposta concreta a un problema comune di accessibilità turistica ai territori dell’area, superamento delle barriere fisiche e culturali a beneficio di tutti
Description: ITACA vise à promouvoir une idée du tourisme innovant et durable par la promotion de l'accessibilité pour tous les citoyens comme une valeur clé de la compétitivité et de l'intégration pour les entreprises et les territoires, à travers le développement d'initiatives de développement de produits éco-tourisme, comme un outil d'identification attribué aux opérateurs du secteur de l'hôtellerie, de l'artisanat et l'industrie agroalimentaire engagé dans une voie de la qualité et la durabilité. L'objectif global est d'accroître la compétitivité internationale des micro et PME dans le tourisme durable à travers le développement d'une marque touristique commune de la zone transfrontalière de hospitalité accessible. Le projet vise également à réaliser une campagne de communication institutionnelle ciblée pour la diffusion et le partage des informations sur l'accessibilité des territoires et des services, en particulier pour les personnes handicapées. Outputs principaux sont: 1 Mark touristique transfrontalier accessible, 4 appels pour les entreprises de tourisme, 1 portail web et App sur les itinéraires accessibles, 1 Protocole pour les agences et les tour-opérateurs des 5 régions, 4 itinéraires touristiques transfrontaliers, 4 laboratoires communs. ITACA améliore l'expérience existant au niveau régional, mais pour la première fois a pour objectif de créer des instruments stables dans la promotion du tourisme transfrontalier et la qualification des services ainsi qu'une cartographie de la zone de coopération, en impliquant des organismes publics, les PME et les micro-entreprises, chambres de commerce, associations catégorie, ONG et associations de consommateurs. ITACA est promu par un partenariat public et privé et les solutions sont innovantes en termes de promotion d'un modèle économique social inclusif, de réponse concrète à un problème commun d’accessibilité touristique des 5 régions, en surmontant les barrières physiques et culturelles au profit de tous.
