Description


Description (EN): The HNBi project will create a digital tool for predicting head/neck lesions based on the existing adult head-neck finite element model (FEM) and considerably extend its scope of application. Testing methods will be proposed and introduced in consumer tests, thereby helping to develop new safety standards. Incorporating new solutions and producing prototypes of digital and physical products will result in the development of motorcycle/bicycle/riding helmet designs and applications for combat helmets.
Description: Sur la base du modèle éléments finis (MEF) adulte tête-cou déjà existant, le projet HNBi a pour objectif de créer un outil numérique de prédiction des lésions tête/cou et d'étendre fortement son champ d'application. Des méthodes d'essai seront ainsi proposées et introduites dans des tests consuméristes qui devraient contribuer à l'élaboration de nouvelles normes de sécurité. En intégrant de nouvelles solutions, des concepts de casque moto/vélo/équestre, ainsi que des applications pour les casques militaires seront élaborés par le prototypage de produits numériques et physiques.
Description: Basierend auf dem bereits existierenden Erwachsenenkopf-HWS-Modell soll das Projekt die Entwicklung eines numerischen Kopf-HWS-Verletzungs-Prädiktionswerkzeuges ermöglichen und dessen Anwendungsgebiete erweitern. Damit sollen neue Helmprüfmethoden und ihre Vorbereitung für neue Normen und Verbraucherschutztests entwickelt werden. Durch Integration neuartiger Werkstofflösungen werden bessere Motorrad-, Fahrrad- und Reithelmkonzepte sowie für militärische Anwendungen mittels numerischer und physischer Prototypentwicklung vorangetrieben
