Description (DE): Das Projekt „Brückenpark“ wird in den Städten Zgorzelec und Görlitz, die auf beiden Seiten des Grenzflusses Lausitzer Neiβe liegen, realisiert. Im Rahmen einer umfassenden Revitalisierung der Grünflächen werden Maβnahmen im Park „Andrzej Błachaniec“ in Zgorzelec geplant. Man hat vor, ein neues Wegesystem zu planen, und die Asphaltdecke der bestehenden Wege auszutauschen. Die Arbeiten umfassen Teile der Ausstattung, den Bau eines neuen Brunners anstelle des beschädigten, ein Aussichtspunkt wird wiedererrichtet. In der Stadt Görlitz werden Teile des Stadtparks, Park des
Friedens und Stadthallenufer revitalisiert. Im Rahmen der Revitalisierung des Stadtparks werden Parkwege und Treppenanlagen erneuert, Gehölzgruppen umgeformt und Sitzplätze aufgewertet. Es werden Sichtachsen, Aussichtspunkte und Pergolen wiederhergestellt und die Rosenterrasse neu gestaltet. Im Rahmen des Projektes wird eine künstlerische Installation am Verlauf des 15. Meridians geschaffen. Das Stadthallenufer wird für Passanten erschlossen. Hier entstehen neue attraktive Sitz- und Treffpunkte. Im Park des Friedens soll das Jakob-Böhme-Denkmal restauriert werden und der
zugehörige Brunnen an das Trinkwassernetz angeschlossen werden. Das unmittelbare Umfeld wird neu gestaltet. Die Eingangsbereiche werden erneuert und ein attraktiverer Zugang zum Neiβeufer geschaffen. Die oben aufgeführten Maβnahmen tragen direkt zur Umsetzung des Hauptziels und des spezifischen Ziels 1 des Projektes bei. Der technische Zustand und die Ausgestaltung werden verbessert, historische und kulturelle Besonderheiten der historischen Parkanlagen werden wiederhergestellt. Die obigen Maβnahmen und deren Resultate steigern die Attraktivität und das Interesse am Natur- und Kulturerbe der Partnerstädte Zgorzelec und Görlitz unter Bewohnern der Grenzregion und Touristen.

The complex revitalization of green areas comprise works to be performed in the A. Błachaniec Park in Zgorzelec. It is planned to renovate a monument of Jakub Böhme in the Park of Peace, while the adjacent fountain will be connected to the water supply network. It is planned to develop the closest surrounding area in a new way. Furthermore, the entrance area and the access point to the River of Nysa will be renovated. The above mentioned activities will directly contribute to the implementation of the main objective and of the first specific objective of the project. The technical condition and appearance of historic park areas will improve, while their historic and cultural values will be restored. The above mentioned activities and their results will significantly contribute to the enhanced quality, and in consequence the increase interest of residents of the borderland and tourists in the environmental and cultural heritage of twinned cities of Zgorzelec and Görlitz.

W ramach kompleksowej rewitalizacji terenów zielonych zaplanowano do realizacji prace w Parku im. A. Błachańca w Zgorzelcu. Przewiduje się zaprojektowanie nowego układu komunikacyjnego, a na istniejącym wymianę nawierzchni. Na terenie Miasta Görlitz zrewitalizowane zostaną: części Parku Miejskiego, Park Pokoju i Nadbrzeże Nyskie. W ramach rewitalizacji Parku Miejskiego oraz jego nadbrzeży przewiduje się odnowienie ścieżek parkowych i schodów, krzewów i ławek. Ponadto zostaną odtworzone pergole, osie i punkty widokowe i na nowo ukształtowane tarasy różane. W ramach projektu zostanie wykonana instalacja artystyczna wskazująca miejsce przebiegu 15 Południka. Read more Achievements (DE): Das Projekt "Brückenpark" ist ein dank der Kooperation der Städte Görlitz und Zgorzelec, die beiderseits des Grenzflusses Lausitzer Neiße liegen, umgesetztes Vorhaben. Das Projekt diente einer umfangreichen Revitalisierung der Grünflächen beider Partnerstädte. Dank der durchgeführten Arbeiten verbesserten sich der technische Zustand und das Erscheinungsbild des Stadtgrüns. Die historischen Parkanlagen erstrahlten dank der Wiederherstellung ihrer historischen und kulturellen Werte in neuem Glanz.
Die ergriffenen Revitalisierungs- und Investitionsmaßnahmen in Zgorzelec umfassten Arbeiten im A.-Błachaniec-Park. Die Pfade, der Spielplatz in der ul. Konarskiego sowie die Parkbeleuchtung wurden umgebaut. Ein neuer Springbrunnen wurde errichtet. Auch wurden zerstörte Stadtmöbel sowie die bestehenden Treppen unter Wahrung ihres historischen Charakters wiederhergestellt. Die Parkteiche wurden bewirtschaftet, das Becken hinter dem Amphitheater wurde zugeschüttet und der größte Teich erhielt einen Holzsteg. Aufgebaut wurden u.a. Bänke, Körbe oder Fahrradständer sowie eine öffentliche Toilette. Im gesamten Park wurde ein Entwässerungssystem angelegt. Der Baumbestand wurde durch Neupflanzungen instandgesetzt.
In Görlitz wurden unterdessen Teile des Stadtparks, des Parks des Friedens und des Stadthallenufers revitalisiert. Im Stadtpark sowie an seinen Ufern und Böschungen wurden Parkpfade erneuert. Auf der Rosenterrasse wurden neue Pflanzungen vorgenommen. Die Vegetation wurde nach dem ursprünglichen Entwurf von Henry Kraft, dem Direktor der Stadtgärten, ausgewählt. Darüber hinaus wurden die Pergola, die Sonnenuhr und andere Elemente instandgesetzt. Im Rahmen des Projekts wurde eine künstlerische Installation errichtet, die den Verlauf des 15. Meridians aufzeigt. Im Park des Friedens wurde das Jakob-Böhme-Denkmal aufgewertet, das umliegende Gelände umgestaltet und der anliegende Springbrunnen an das Wasserleitungsnetz angeschlossen.
