Under the project, year-long workshops will be organized for 80 pupils (40 from Poland and 40 from Germany) on both sides of the border:
1) in 2 languages (in German in Poland, and in Polish in Germany). Pupils will be divided into 20-person groups. Pupils will have 2 hours of classes (PL)/1.5 hours of classes (DE) per week (from September 2016 until June 2018, which will make a total of 128 hours (PL)/96 hours (DE) of language classes during 64 weeks;
2) in ecology and social matters, to be conducted in 10-person groups from October 2016 until May 2018, 2 hours per week during 56 weeks, each of the pupil will learn 4 modules two times - “Environmental protection”, including renewable energy sources, rehabilitation of areas degraded by human-made activities on the basis of examples of the support area, methods of caring of the environment - 14 hours, “Green cuisine for your health and beauty”, including healthy nutrition rules and green rationality, along with a practical cooking course - 14 hours; Green Laboratory, i.e. examination of the contents of soil, air, and water, production of green products as soap, candle, cosmetics - 14 hours; Interpersonal communication, including the communication “I”; Training in social competences “I and the Group” - 14 hours.
The total number of hours of workshops for pupils - 112 hours.
There will be 4 2-day meetings by each of the Partners, as well as 2 5-day meetings, one on both sides of the border, for 80 pupils (40 from Poland, and 40 from Germany), during which the following activities will be performed: 2 hours (2 x 45 min.) of workshops for mixed groups of 20 persons (10 from Poland, and 10 from Germany) in: social and communication skills, sports to enhance one’s physical condition and improve team-work skills, zumba dancing, environmental matters in the form of educational trips, classes in professional pre-orientation, with particular focus on the needs of the borderland, classes in basic self-defence techniques. Presenting the common cultural heritage of the support area - visits to the Lower Silesia Monuments Miniature Park, the Municipality of Mysłakowice (Poland), the open-air ethnographic museum of the Lusatian Region, and the Municipality of Boxberg/O.L. (Germany). A methodological guide will be prepared in electronic form.

Within the framework of the project, workshops were held on both sides of the border for 80 pupils (40 PL and 40 DE):
German language workshops for Poland and the Polish language for German. Teach for groups of students, with 20 people per group, 2 hours per week for Polish participants and 1.5 hour for German within 64 weeks (from September 2016 to June 2018), which together gives 128 hours of German and 96 hours of Polish language.

There were also four two-day meetings organised, 2 each with each partner, and two five-day camps, one with the German and Polish partners. Here, social and communicative competences, sporting activities for physical strengthening and improvement of teamwork became the leading topic. Career counselling activities with a particular focus on the needs of the border area were also the focus.
The region’s cultural heritage was brought closer by visiting the Miniature Park for Monuments in Mysłakowice near Karpacz and the Erlichthof Rietschen near Boxberg/O.L.
The project partners also produced a methodological manual in electronic form.

Es wurden auch viermal zweitägige Treffen durchgeführt, je 2 bei jedem Partner, und zwei fünftägige Camps organisiert, je ein bei dem deutschen und polnischen Partner. Hier wurden zum Leitthema soziale- und kommunikative Kompetenzen, sportliche Aktivitäten für körperliche Stärkung und Verbesserung der Teamarbeit. Auch Aktivitäten im Bereich der Karriereberatung mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf die Bedürfnisse des Grenzgebiets standen im Focus.
Gemeinsames kulturelles Erbes der Region wurde durch den Besuch im Miniaturen-Park für Denkmäler in Mysłakowice bei Karpacz sowie beim Erlichthof Rietschen bei Boxberg/O.L. näher gebracht.
Die Projektpartner erstellten auch in elektronischen Form ein methodisches Handbuch.

Preparing pupils to face upcoming challenges in a more effective way, at the stage of further education and professional work, by enhancing their creativity and providing them with interpersonal communication skills. Teaching pupils of both schools how to work in a team, group, how to divide and assess tasks. Overcoming cultural barriers by staying with each other, exchanging information about music, art, cultures of both regions, and organizing trips to learn environmental and cultural resources of both municipalities. Developing in young people from Poland and Germany a sense of membership and ability to influence the borderland region. Teaching pupils skills and the awareness of pro-environmental activities, including the awareness of humans’ impact on their environment, and of positive and negative effects of human-made activities on the natural environment. Acquiring pro-social patterns of behaviour by knowing themselves, making use of the communication “I” in contacts with other persons, and by realizing how important our facial expression, gestures, and body posture are for our relation with others. Preparing information on the condition of our natural environment by publishing results of the conducted research. Preparing a methodological guide in electronic form.

Verbesserung sprachlicher Kommunikation zwischen den Schülern, Abbau von Sprachbarriere. Die Verbesserung der Arbeitsqualität in beiden Schulen durch Steigerung der Attraktivität und Vielfalt der durchgeführten Aktivitäten, Einstellung der Spezialisten. Effektivere Vorbereitung der Schüler auf die bevorstehenden Herausforderungen sowohl im Bezug auf Weiterbildung als auch Arbeit, in Form von Erhöhung ihrer Kreativität und Erwerb von zwischenmenschlichen Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Erwerb durch Schüler beider Schulen der Kompetenzen: Gruppenarbeit, Aufgabenverteilung u.Evaluation. Der Abbau von kulturellen Barrieren durch das Zusammensein, Informationsaustausch über Musik, Kunst, Kultur beider Regionen, landeskundliche Ausflüge,die Natur-u.Kulturressourcen beider Gemeinden präsentieren. Das Erwecken bei polnischen u.deutschen Jugendlichen des Gefühls der Angehörigkeit und Möglichkeit die Region zu beeinflussen. Der Erwerb von umweltbewussten Verhaltensweisen, darunter: was für einen Einfluss hat der Mensch auf die Umwelt, welche positiven u.negativen Auswirkungen kann seine Aktivität verursachen. Der Erwerb von sozialen Verhaltensweisen, das Selbskennenlernen, Nutzen des Statement ,,Ich" in Kontakten mit anderen, das Bewusstmachen -welche Rolle unsere Mimik, Körperhaltung in Beziehungen mit anderen spielt. Entwicklung von Informationen über den Zustand unserer Umwelt durch Veröffentlichung der Forschungsergebnisse . Die Erstellung vom methodischen Handbuch in elektronischer Form.

Polepszenie komunikacji językowej między uczniami a tym samym przełamanie bariery językowej w komunikacji. Podniesienie jakości pracy obu szkół poprzez zwiększenie atrakcyjności i różnorodności prowadzonych zajęć, zatrudnienie specjalistów. Skuteczniejsze przygotowanie uczniów do realizacji nadchodzących wyzwań zarówno na poziomie dalszego kształcenia jak i pracy zawodowej, w postaci zwiększenia ich kreatywności oraz nabycia umiejętności komunikacji interpersonalnej. Nabycie przez uczniów obu szkół umiejętności pracy w grupie, zespole, podziału zadań i ich ewaluacji. Przełamanie barier kulturowych poprzez wspólne przebywanie, wymianę informacji na temat muzyki, sztuki, kultury obu regionów oraz wycieczek ukazujących zasoby przyrodniczo - kulturowe obu gmin. Wzbudzenie w młodzieży polskiej i niemieckiej poczucia przynależności i możliwości wpływu na region przygranicza. Nabycie przez uczniów umiejętności oraz świadomości zachowań proekologicznych a w tym: uświadomienie jaki wpływ ma człowiek na otoczenie i jakie skutki pozytywne jak i negatywne na środowisko może wywołać jego działanie. Nabycie zachowań prospołecznych poprzez poznanie siebie, stosowanie komunikatu "ja" w kontaktach z innymi oraz uświadomienie sobie jak wielkie znaczenie ma nasza mimika, gesty i postawa ciała na relację z innymi. Opracowanie informacji na temat stanu naszego środowiska naturalnego poprzez opublikowanie wyników badań. Stworzenie w formie elektronicznej poradnika metodycznego.
