Description (EN):

The project is aimed at promoting vocational education among young people within the Polish and German borderland by undertaking common activities in the professional orientation. The objective will be attained by implementing 2 substantive tasks under the project. Task 1. The first activity will be a study visit to professional orientation centres in Saxony. The study visit will comprise a presentation of the teaching facilities, opportunities of professional orientation, and a detailed specification of the programme for Polish pupils. The following activity will be workshops. Under 5-day vocational workshops in Saxony, Polish pupils will learn a new profession in practice, will hold meetings with their German counterparts, and will learn their neighbourhood country during their free time. In Poland, 3-day educational visits will be organized for pupils. During the visits, German pupils will visit a work establishment, will learn how Polish schools operate, and will hold meetings with their Polish counterparts. The main objective of the workshops in Saxony and of the educational visit will be to learn different professions in practice. An enriching element will be the possibility to learn a foreign language and to learn the culture and the neighbourhood country. Task 2. A publication about professional orientation and the local labour market will be prepared in two languages for young people from Poland and Germany, and supplemented by a description of project actions. The publication will assist pupils in choosing the field of education which reflects the requirements of the labour market, as the film about professional orientation within the Polish and German borderland under the project. It is planned to organize 2 conferences and 3 workshops. Good practices in the professional orientation in the Polish and Saxon borderland will be promoted during fairs.

Celem projektu jest popularyzacja kształcenia zawodowego wśród młodzież polsko-niemieckiego pogranicza poprzez wspólne działania w zakresie orientacji zawodowej. Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację 2 zadań merytorycznych projektu: -Zad. 1. Pierwszym działaniem będzie wizyta studyjna w ośrodkach prowadzących warsztaty orientacji zawodowej w Saksonii. Podczas wizyty przedstawiona zostanie baza dydaktyczna, możliwości orientacji zawodowej oraz doprecyzowanie programu dla polskich uczniów. Następnym działaniem będą warsztaty. W ramach 5 dniowych warsztatów zawodowych w Saksonii polscy uczniowie w praktyce będą każdego dnia poznawać inny zawód, spotykać się z młodzieżą niemiecką i poznawać kraj sąsiada podczas zajęć w czasie wolnym. Po polskiej stronie zorganizowane zostaną dla uczniów niemieckich 3 dniowe wizyty dydaktyczne. W ramach tych wizyt niemieccy uczniowie odwiedzą zakłady pracy, poznają jak działa polska szkoła, spotkają się z polską młodzieżą. Głównym celem warsztatów w Saksonii i wizyty dydaktycznej będzie poznawanie w praktyce zawodów. Elementem wzbogacającym będzie nauka języka i poznawanie kultury i kraju sąsiada. -Zad. 2. Opracowana zostanie dwujęzyczna publikacja dla młodzieży polsko-niemieckiego pogranicza na temat orientacji zawodowej, informacji o lokalnym rynku pracy, uzupełniona o opis działań projektowych. Publikacja będzie służyć pomocą uczniom w wyborze kierunku kształcenia odpowiadającemu wymogom rynku pracy podobnie jak wydany w ramach projektu film na temat orientacji zawodowej na polsko-niemieckim pograniczu. Planowane jest organizacja 2 konferencji, 3 workshopów. Dobre praktyki w zakresie orientacji zawodowej na polsko-saksońskim pograniczu promowane będą na targach.

Das Ziel dies Projektes ist die Popularisierung der Berufsbildung unter den Jugendlichen des polnisch - deutschen Grenzgebietes durch gemeinsame Maßnahmen im Bereich der Berufsorientierung. Dieses Ziel wird dank der Durchführung von 2 sachlichen Arbeitspakete des Projektes erreicht: -1. Arbeitspaket - Die erste Maßnahme wird eine Studienreise zu den Zentren mit Berufsorientierungsworkshops in Sachsen sein. Im Rahmen des Besuchs wird die didaktische Basis und Möglichkeiten der Berufsorientierung präsentiert. Es wird auch das Programm für polnische Schüler präzisiert. Eine weitere Maßnahme werden die Workshops sein. Im Rahmen von 5-tägigen Berufsworkshops in Sachsen werden polnische Schüler jeden Tag einen anderen Beruf praktisch kennenlernen, sich mit deutschen Jugendlichen treffen und das Nachbarland in der Freizeit kennenlernen. Auf polnischer Seite werden für deutsche Schüler 3-tägige didaktische Besuche organisiert. Im Rahmen dieser Besuche werden die deutschen Schüler Arbeitsstätten besuchen, polnische Schule kennenlernen und polnischer Jugend begegnen. Das Hauptziel der Workshops in Sachsen und des didaktischen Besuchs wir das praktische Kennenlernen der Berufe sein. Ein Bereicherungselement wird der Sprachkurs sein und das Kennenlernen der Nachbarkultur und des Nachbarlandes. -2. Arbeitspaket - Es wird eine zweisprachige Publikation für Jugendliche des polnisch - deutschen Grenzgebiets über Berufsorientierung erarbeitet, mit Informationen über den lokalen Arbeitsmarkt und Beschreibung der Projektmaßnahmen. Die Publikation wird den Schülern bei der Wahl der Richtung der Berufsbildung helfen, die den Erfordernissen des Arbeitsmarktes entspricht, ähnlich wie der Film über Berufsorientierung im polnisch - deutschen Grenzgebiet. Es ist die Organisation von 2 Konferenzen, 3 Workshops geplant. Gute Praxis im Bereich der Berufsorientierung im polnischsächsischen Grenzgebiet wird auf den Messen gefördert.

Steigerung der grenzübergreifenden Mobilität der Jugendlichen und die Anpassung der beruflichen Laufbahn an die Anforderungen des Arbeitsmarktes des polnisch - deutschen Grenzgebietes. -Erhöhung des Bekanntheitsgrades vom Bildungsangebot im Bereich der Berufsbildung sowie vom Angebot des lokalen Arbeitsmarktes im polnisch - deutschen Grenzgebiet.
