Description (IT):

L’obiettivo generale del progetto è di migliorare l’ottimizzazione ed il controllo dell’efficienza energetica degli edifici pubblici, in modo da far progredire al livello di “Alta Qualità Energetica” le nuove costruzioni o le ristrutturazioni. Questo progetto è il frutto di un partenariato franco-italiano di attori privati e pubblici che posseggono delle competenze specifiche e delle esperienze complementari. L’idea del progetto A2E è di condividere e capitalizzare quanto appreso dalle esperienze francesi ed italiane sugli edifici pubblici alpini a basso consumo energetico recentemente elaborati. Una volta costruiti o rinnovati, questi edifici presentano delle patologie e dei problemi che hanno delle conseguenze sulla performance energetica, a discapito delle previsioni. Il progetto ha numerosi obiettivi specifici: - offrire una conoscenza comune e condivisa sulle patologie esistenti per quanto riguarda gli edifici a basso consumo energetico, - far emergere delle linee forti di progresso per l’insieme degli attori della costruzione e proporre delle soluzioni innovative, tecniche ma anche organizzative, nel processo di costruzione, - proporre delle formazioni proattive con strumenti innovativi che rendano i partecipanti protagonisti nell’acquisizione di conoscenze sul terriorio transfrontaliero coinvolto.

L’objectif général du projet est de permettre une meilleure optimisation et maîtrise de l’efficacité énergétique des bâtiments publics de façon à améliorer et faire progresser les nouvelles constructions ou réhabilitations à « Haute Qualité Energétique ». L’idée du projet A2E est de partager et capitaliser les retours d’expérience français et italiens des bâtiments publics alpins à basse énergie récemment conçus. Une fois construits ou rénovés, ces bâtiments présentent des pathologies et des problèmes qui impactent les performances énergétiques prévues. Ce projet est le fruit d’un partenariat franco-italien d’acteurs privés et publics ayant des compétences spécifiques et expériences complémentaires.

Description (EN):

The general objective is to improve the optimisation and energy efficiency of public buildings with “High Energy Performances”. The idea is to share and capitalise the Italian and French feedbacks about low-energy public buildings in the alps and recently conceived. Once built or renovated, these building can have pathologies and problems that impact the energy performances expected. The project has several specific goals: - Obtain shared knowledge on existing pathologies in low-energy buildings; - Identify areas of improvement for all the actors from the building sector and propose technical solutions but also innovating organisational solutions in the building process; - Propose proactive trainings with innovating tools for the actors from the sector.

Expected Results (IT):

I principali risultati attesi del progetto: - il trasferimento metodologico per la realizzazione di una base di dati per produrre analisi comparabili tra i due paesi. Una cinquantina di edifici pubblici e privati saranno identificati come «riferimenti» per alimentare la base di dati; - l’elaborazione di nuovi contenuti e strumenti di formazione rinnovati ed adatti a tutte le filiere. Si tratta di valutare i rischi legati a pratiche inadeguate e favorire dei nuovi processi di lavoro (due colloqui programmati), per proporre una formazione reinventata e adatta a tutta la filiera; - aumento delle competenze dei professionisti dell’edlizia (coordinatori e realizzatori riuniti, artigiani, insegnanti, ed altri) proponendo un approccio solidale e cooperativo dell’atto del costruire, che sia più vicino alla realtà tecnologica ed umana.

Expected Results (EN):

The main results expected are: - The methodology transfer for the creation of a database to produce comparative analysis between the two countries; - The elaboration of new contents and training tools adapted to the sector; - Skills improvement of building professionals with the a more solidary and cooperative approach in the building process.
