Project - Healthcare Cross-border Cooperation

Description


Description (EN): Co.Sa.T's aim is to improve medical check-ups for people living in rural and near-borders areas and living with addition-related issues (alcohol, game and cannabinoids). People living in this conditions face several problems: difficulties in access health services due to the territorial morphology; lack of information about the patients between cross-border services; different monitoring and treatment protocols on both sides of the border. Co.Sa.T. addresses to addiction-suffering users (final beneficiaries) and to operators and administrators of healthcare services designated to their follow-up (intermediate beneficiaries).
Description: Co.Sa.T a pour ambition d’améliorer le suivi sanitaire des personnes vivant en milieu rural et transfrontalier, confrontées au problème d’addiction à l’alcool, aux jeux de hasard et aux cannabinoïdes. Ces types de dépendance posent plusieurs problèmes: - difficulté d’accès aux services sanitaires liés à l’isolement et la morphologie du territoire; - manque de circulation des informations concernant les malades entre les services des territoires frontaliers; - protocoles de suivi et de traitement différents de part et d’autre de la frontière. Co.Sa.T s’adresse à la fois aux usagers souffrant de dépendances (bénéficiaires finaux) et aux opérateurs et administrateurs des services sanitaires chargés de leur suivi (destinataires intermédiaires).
Description: Co.Sa.T ha lo scopo di migliorare il controllo sanitario delle persone che vivono nelle zone rurali e di confine, alle prese con il problema della dipendenza da alcol, gioco d'azzardo e cannabinoidi. Questi tipi di dipendenza comportano una serie di problemi: -difficoltà di accesso ai servizi sanitari legate all'isolamento e alla morfologia del territorio; -mancanza di circolazione di informazioni sui pazienti tra i diversi servizi dei territori transfrontalieri; -protocolli di monitoraggio e trattamento differenti tra i due lati della frontiera. Co.Sa.T si rivolge sia agli utenti con dipendenze (beneficiari finali) che agli operatori e amministratori dei servizi sanitari incaricati del loro controllo (destinatari intermedi).
Expected Results (EN): Establish a common methodology between healthcare and social services for the prevention and treatment of addictions; awareness raising actions for the population and organization of trainings for socio-sanitary services’ operators.
Expected Results: Mise en place une méthodologie commune entre les services sanitaires et socio pour la prévention et la prise en charge des dépendances. Actions de sensibilisation de la population et organisation de séminaires de formation conjoints destinés aux opérateurs des services socio médicaux.
Expected Results: Stabilire una metodologia comune tra i servizi sanitari e sociali per la prevenzione e il trattamento delle dipendenze; azioni di sensibilizzazione della popolazione e organizzazione di seminari di formazione congiunti destinati agli operatori dei servizi socio sanitari.
