Description (DE):

Das übergeordnete Ziel des Projektes ist die Entwicklung eines solarthermisch aktivierten Fassadenpaneels (STAF-Paneel) zur effektiven Nutzung von Sonnenenergie, um den Energiebedarf eines Gebäudes zu senken. Die technologische Innovation ist das Zusammenführen der Roll-bonding Technologie des Industriepartners Talum mit dem Wissen über Umform- und Fassadentechnik der Technischen Universität Graz. Die integrale Bauweise ermöglicht es, zusätzliche Funktionen in die Gebäudehülle zu integrieren. Durch die thermische Aktivierung der Fassade (Energieernte, Heizen und Kühlen) wird die Energiebilanz des Gebäudes verbessert. Output des Projektes ist die Entwicklung eines Prototyps des STAF-Paneels einerseits sowie die Zusammenführung kompetenter Partner aus dem Bereich erneuerbarer Energiequellen und den damit verbundenen Disziplinen (Bauwesen, Architektur, Maschinenbau) der Programmregion in einem Wissensnetzwerk andererseits. Damit leistet das Projekt einen Beitrag zur Verbesserung der grenzübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit relevanter Akteure durch Wissenstransfer, Stärkung der F&I, Nutzung von F&E-Infrastruktur sowie Übertragung und Einsatz innovativer F&E-Lösungen in den o.a. Disziplinen. Von den Outputs des Projektes profitieren Industrievertreter und Wissensinstitutionen sowie Studierende der Programmregion, für die wir Businesstreffen organisieren werden. Gegen Ende des Projektes werden auf Grundlage des neu gewonnenen technischen und konzeptionellen Wissens hinsichtlich der Herstellung solarthermisch aktivierter Fassadenpaneele gemeinsame Vorschläge zu deren Markteinführung in der Programmregion erarbeitet. Durch unser interdisziplinäres Modell sollen weitere Kooperationen ermöglicht und die Bildung neuer grenzüberschreitender Konsortien gefördert werden. Die Einzigartigkeit der Partnerkonstellation liegt darin begründet, dass hier Kompetenzen und Wissen gebündelt werden, die es in dieser Form in der Programmregion derzeit nicht gibt.

Temeljni cilj projekta je razvoj solarno termično aktiviranega fasadnega panela (STAF-panel), ki za zniževanje energetskih potreb stavb učinkovito koristi sončno energijo. Tehnološka inovacija je v združevanju roll-bonding tehnologije industrijskega partnerja Talum z znanjem s področja tehnologij preoblikovanja in fasadne tehnologije Tehnične Univerze Graz. Integralni način gradnje omogoča integracijo dodatnih funkcij v stavbni ovoj. S termičnim aktiviranjem fasade (pridobivanje energije, ogrevanje in hlajenje) se izboljšuje energijska bilanca stavb. Output projekta je na eni strani razvoj prototipa STAF-panela in na drugi strani povezovanje kompetentnih razvojnih partnerjev programske regije s področja obnovljivih virov energije in povezanih sektorjev (gradbeništvo, arhitektura, strojništvo) v mrežo znanja. Projekt tako s prenosom znanja, krepitvijo R&I, rabo R&R infrastrukture ter prenosom in izvajanjem rešitev na področju inovativnih R&R rešitev prispeva k izboljšanju čezmejnega sodelovanja in konkurenčnosti relevantnih deležnikov na zgoraj omenjenih področjih. Outputi projekta bodo koristili predstavnikom industrije in inštitucijam znanja ter študentom v programski regiji, za katere bomo organizirali poslovna srečanja. V okviru zadnje faze projekta se bodo na osnovi novih tehničnih in konceptualnih znanj na področju izdelave solarno termično aktiviranih fasadnih panelov pripravili skupni predlogi za njihovo uvedbo v programski regiji. Naš interdisciplinarni pristop bo omogočil nadaljnja projektna sodelovanja in spodbujal oblikovanje novih čezmejnih konzorcijev. Edinstvenost projektnega partnerstva je v združevanju kompetenc in znanja, ki v programski regiji v tej obliki še ne obstaja.

Description (EN):

The overall objective of the project is to develop a solar thermally activated facade panel (STAF-panel) for the effective use of solar energy in order to reduce the energy demand of a building. Technological innovation is the merging of the roll-bonding technology of the industrial partner Talum with the knowledge of forming and facade technology of Graz University of Technology. The integral design makes it possible to integrate additional functions into the building envelope. Due to the thermal activation of the facade (energy harvesting, heating and cooling), the energy balance of the building is improved. Output of the project is to develop a prototype of STAF-panel on the one hand and to bring together competent partner in the field of renewable energy sources and the associated disciplines (construction, architecture and engineering) of the program region in a knowledge network on the other. Thus, the project contributes to the improvement of cross-border cooperation and competitiveness of relevant stakeholders through knowledge transfer, strengthening of R & I, use of R & D infrastructure, transfer and use of innovative R & D solutions in the above mentioned disciplines. Outputs of the project will benefit the industrialists and knowledge institutions as well as students of the program region, for which we will organize business meetings. Towards the end of the project joint proposals for the launch of the STAF-panels in the program region will be worked out on the basis of newly acquired technical and conceptual knowledge in terms of manufacturing of solar thermally activated facade panels. Through our interdisciplinary model further cooperation and formation of new transnational consortia will be encouraged. The uniqueness of the partnership lies in the fact that here skills and knowledge are brought together, which currently do not exist in this form in the program region.

Vor genau zwei Jahren hat das Projekt ABS Network ein umfassendes und strategisch klares Wissensnetzwerk zwischen slowenischen und österreichischen Experten im Bereich der effizienten Nutzung von Solarenergie geschaffen. Aus der anfänglichen Grundidee, etwas zu entwickeln, das den Verlauf der Solarenergienutzung maßgeblich beeinflussen könnte, schloss sich eine Expertengruppe bestehend aus Mitgliedern der Technischen Universität Graz, der Firma Talum dd und der Firma Tiko Pro doo zusammen ein großer Schritt. Es entwickelte das sogenannte STAF-Paneel oder solarthermisch aktivierte Fassadenpaneel. Es ist eine Innovation, die Solarenergie effektiv nutzt, um den Energiebedarf von Gebäuden zu senken. Die zweijährige Zusammenarbeit hat nicht nur das oben genannte Panel hervorgebracht, sondern auch zu einem umfassenden Ansatz zur Vernetzung der einzelnen Mitglieder, zu einem reichen Wissens- und Meinungsaustausch und zur Entwicklung von Strategien beigetragen, die den weiteren Verlauf und die Entwicklung der Selbstständigkeit beeinflussen. Suffizienzstrategien im Bereich Solarenergienutzung in der Zukunft. Jeder Partner brachte sein Wissen, seine Vision und seinen strategischen Ansatz in das erwähnte Projekt ein. Wissen aus dem Bereich Technologien, aus dem Bereich Fassadentechnologien, ... Durch Wissenstransfer, Stärkung von Forschung und Entwicklung, Nutzung von Forschungs- und Entwicklungsinfrastruktur und Transfer und Umsetzung von Lösungen im Bereich innovativer Forschungs- und Entwicklungslösungen wird das Projekt maßgeblich trug zur Verbesserung der grenzüberschreitenden Zusammenarbeit und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der relevanten Akteure im Programm der Region bei. Ein großes Dankeschön geht daher an alle Mitglieder des Konsortiums sowie an diejenigen, die durch verschiedene Veranstaltungen zur Bereicherung von Ideen, Weiterentwicklung und Verbreitung von Wissen beigetragen haben. Alles mit dem Ziel, das Projekt ABS Network weiterzuentwickeln, das mit seiner zweijährigen Laufzeit durchaus sichtbare Spuren hinterlassen und ein klares Fundament für die zukünftige Entwicklung und ein interdisziplinäres Vorgehen am Markt gelegt hat. Obwohl das Projekt seine Reise Ende dieses Monats offiziell beendet, ist seine Vision noch lange nicht abgeschlossen. Die Ideen, erreichten Strategien und neuen Ansätze werden es allen Mitgliedern des Konsortiums und anderen Projektpartnern sicherlich ermöglichen, auch in Zukunft neue Ideen zu entwickeln.

Exactly two years ago, the ABS Network project created a comprehensive and strategically clear knowledge network between Slovenian and Austrian experts in the field of the efficient use of solar energy. From the initial idea of developing something that could significantly influence the course of solar energy use, a group of experts consisting of members of Graz University of Technology, Talum dd and Tiko Pro doo joined together a big step. It developed the so-called STAF panel or solar thermally activated facade panel. It is an innovation that effectively uses solar energy to reduce the energy demand of buildings. The two-year cooperation has not only resulted in the above-mentioned panel, but has also contributed to a comprehensive approach to the networking of individual members, a rich exchange of knowledge and views and the development of strategies that influence the further course and development of self-employment. Sufficiency strategies in the field of solar energy use in the future. Each partner brought his knowledge, vision and strategic approach to the project mentioned. Expected Outputs (DE):

Das unmittelbare Projektergebnis ist ein STAF-Paneel, das als Innovation im Bereich der Paneelherstellung zu werten ist. Es werden neue Technologien zur Erzeugung von solarthermisch aktivierten Fassadenpaneelen definiert und vorgestellt. Mit Hilfe von Events wird ein grenzüberschreitendes Wissensnetzwerk geschaffen, an dem die Akteure beider Regionen teilnehmen, die im Bereich innovativer Fassadenlösungen und effizienter Nutzung erneuerbarer Energien tätig sind. Wir werden für die Industrie und die Wissensinstitutionen gemeinsame Treffen organisieren, mit dem Ziel, weitere Vernetzungen und Kooperationen zur Entwicklung neuer Lösungen zu ermöglichen. Die Bewertungsmethode des Projekterfolges schließt die Zahl der Netzwerkmitglieder, die Zahl der neuen Projekte aus diesem Bereich sowie die Zahl der Eventteilnehmer mit ein. Die Bewertung erfolgt über Mitgliederlisten, Projektkonzepte und Teilnehmerlisten.

Neposredni rezultat projekta bo izdelan demonstracijski STAF-panel, ki predstavlja inovativno rešitev na področju izdelovanja panelov in izkoriščanja obnovljivih virov. Definirane in predstavljene bodo inovativne tehnologije za izdelavo solarno termično aktiviranih fasadnih panelov. S pomočjo dogodkov bo oblikovana čezmejna mreža znanja, ki bo vključevala deležnike obeh regij, delujočih na področju izdelave inovativnih rešitev za fasadne panele in rabe obnovljivih virov. Za industrijo in institucije znanja bomo organizirali neposredna medsebojna srečanja z namenom, da jim omogočimo povezovanje in oblikovanja konzorcijev za razvoj novih rešitev. Metoda vrednotenja uspešnosti projekta vključuje število članov mreže, število novih projektov tega področja in število udeleženih na dogodkih. Ovrednotenje poteka na osnovi seznamov članov, osnutkov projektov in seznamov prisotnih.
