Description (SL):

Projekt je osredotočen na podporo razvoja konkurenčnih produktov in njihovo internacionalizacijo, saj mednarodne aktivnosti krepijo rast, izboljšujejo konkurenčnost in podpirajo dolgoročen obstoj MSP. Študije so pokazale, da mednarodno aktivna podjetja ustvarijo več delovnih mest in so bolj inovativna v primerjavi z lokalno aktivnimi. V zadnjem programskem obdobju je bilo sodelovanje in usklajevanje med podjetji in institucijami na čezmejnem območju izredno dinamično, zaradi tega je smiselno izkoristiti ta potencial tudi na področju internacionalizacije, ga smiselno nadgraditi in testirati. Temeljni cilj projekta je povečati število internacionaliziranih MSP na čezmejnem območju. Večini MSP primanjkuje znanja, informacij in podpore pri procesu internacionalizacije, prav tako so zaradi svoje majhnosti, negotova in nenaklonjena tveganim oblikam poslovanja. V okviru projekta bo zato poudarek na reševanju omenjenih problemov. Nudila se bo pomoč 20 podjetjem pri njihovi internacionalizaciji na nemško govorečem ali angleško govorečem trgu, kjer bosta preko pilotnih aktivnosti 2 podjetji, ki sta tudi partnerja v projektu, razvili nov produkt in ga pilotno internacionalizirali. Pripravila se bo strategija in akcijski načrt skupne čezmejne coaching sheme za podporo MSP pri njihovi internacionalizaciji, razvila podporna orodja in storitve za testiranje izvozne pripravljenosti, izdelani bodo izvozni načrti, organizirani različni B2B dogodki in delegacije. Inovativnost projektnega pristopa je poudarek na razvoju skupne coaching sheme, s tem bo omogočeno koriščenje skupnih kontaktov, mrež, znanj in orodij. Skupna shema bo omogočila iskanje skupnih strateških priložnosti, razvoj čezmejnih vrednostnih verig in grozdov, kar je za uspešnost internacionalizacije MSP ključnega pomena.

Das Projekt IRIC konzentriert sich auf den Support zur Entwicklung wettbewerbsfähiger Produkte und deren Positionierung auf internationalen Märkten, da diese Aktivitäten das Wachstum stärken, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit verbessern und den langfristigen Erfolg der KMU begünstigen. Studien zeigen, dass international aktive Unternehmen mehr Arbeitsplätze schaffen und innovativer als lokal aktive Unternehmen sind. In der letzten Programmperiode war die Zusammenarbeit und Koordination zwischen Unternehmen und Institutionen im CBC-Raum sehr dynamisch. Deshalb sollte dieses Potenzial auch für die Internationalisierung von KMU genutzt, verbessert und getestet warden. Das Hauptziel des Projekts ist, die Anzahl der KMU, die sich auf internationalen Märkten engagieren, im CBC-Raum zu erhöhen. Den meisten KMU mangelt es an Wissen, Informationen und Unterstützung beim Internationalisierungsprozess. Auch sind sie aufgrund ihrer beschränkten Ressourcen entsprechend risikoavers und unsicher. Im Projekt wird diese Ausgangslage direkt angegangen. 20 KMU werden bei der Internationalisierung auf deutsch- und englischsprachigen Märkten sowie 2 KMU (Projektpartner) beim Testen von neuen Produkten auf internationalen Märkten unterstützt. Ein gemeinsames CBC Coaching-System, ein Strategie- und Aktionsplan, Tools und Services zum Unterstützen von KMU bei ihrer Internationalisierung und Exportpläne werden entwickelt. Auch verschiedene Formen von B2B-Events werden dazu beitragen, die KMU für internationale Aktivitäten weiter zu entwickeln. Die Innovation des Projektansatzes forciert die Entwicklung des gemeinsamen CBC Coaching-Systems, das die Nutzung gemeinsamer Kontakte, Netzwerke, Wissen und Tools ermöglicht. Das gemeinsame System wird das Identifizieren gemeinsamer strategischen Möglichkeiten, die Entwicklung CBC Wertschöpfungspartnerschaften und Cluster ermöglichen, was für eine erfolgreiche Internationalisierung der KMU im CBC-Raum von großer Bedeutung ist.

The IRIC project is focused on supporting development of competitive products and their launch on international markets, since internalisation activities of SMEs improve their growth and competences and favour their long-term success. Studies confirm that SMEs active on international markets create more workplaces and are more innovative comparing to those that are not. In the framework of the last programming period cooperation and coordination among SMEs and institutions in the cross border area has been very dynamic, therefore the existing potential can be used, upgraded and tested also in the field of SMEs internalization. The main goal of the project is to enhance the number of SMEs engaged on international markets in the cross border area. Most SMEs lack information, knowledge and support how to enter foreign markets and since they are small, they are risk averse and insecure. The project focuses on tackling the mentioned issues and barriers. The project will offer support to 20 SMEs in the process of entering international German and English speaking markets and supports 2 project partner SMEs to test their new products on international markets. A common cross border coaching scheme, strategy and action plan, tools and services to support internalisation of SMEs and export plans will be developed, followed by different B2B events, to enhance the internalisation activities of SMEs. The innovativeness of the project approach includes development of a common cross border coaching scheme which will work as support platform of common contacts, networks, knowledge and tools. The common coaching scheme will enable the identification of common strategic opportunities, development of cross border added value chains and clusters, which is essential for successful internalisation of SMEs in the cross border area.

Achievements (SL):

Dobra tri leta aktivnosti v sklopu internacionalizacije podjetij so hitro minila. V projekt so se vključila podjetja iz različnih sektorjev, ki so sodelovala v Zunanjetrgovinski šoli, se včlanila v e-izobraževalno platformo, nam dajala pomembne podatke preko vprašalnikov, razvijala nove produkte in storitve, se udeleževala naših dogodkov in B2B srečanj. Vsi projektni partnerji in udeleženci smo se v projektu veliko naučili o internacionalizaciji podjetij, stkali dobre prijateljske in poslovne vezi, ki jih bomo nadaljevali v prihodnje.

Achievements (EN):

Over three years of activities in the context of internationalisation of companies have quickly passed. Companies from different sectors participated in the project, participated in the Foreign Trade School, joined the e-learning platform, provided us with important data through questionnaires, developed new products and services, attended our events and B2B meetings. In the project, all project partners and participants learned a lot about the internationalisation of companies, established good friendships and business ties, which we will continue in the future.

Glavni rezultat projekta je pomagati najmanj 20 podjetjem pri internacionalizaciji na nemško in angleško govorečih trgih, kjer bosta polega tega dva podjetja (projektna partnerja) v okviru pilotnih aktivnosti razvila nov proizvod. Projekt utrjuje pomožne ukrepe na področju internacionalizacije za vzpostavitev učinkovitih, stabilnih pomožnih okvirnih pogojev, ki bi podjetja podpirala v čezmejnem smislu (krepitev inovativnih storitev, razvoj kritičnih resursov, partnerstva z dodano vrednostjo). Pripravili bomo strateški plan in akcijski načrt skupnega sistema coachinga za podporo internacionalizacije MSP, preverili bomo izvozne sposobnosti; pripravili bomo podporo za vstop na tuje trge; izdelali bomo izvozne načrte za podjetja; organizirali bomo prilagojene B2B delavnice in delegacije kot tudi pilotno testiranje izvoznih ukrepov dveh partnerskih podjetij.

Das übergeordnete Projektresultat ist min. 20 Unternehmen bei der Internationalisierung auf deutsch- und englischsprachigen Märkten zu helfen, wo mit Pilotaktivitäten 2 Unternehmen (Projektpartner) dazu ein neues Produkt entwickeln wird. Das Projekt forciert unterstützende Maßnahmen auf Internationalisierung, um effektive, stabile unterstützende Rahmenbedingungen zu schaffen, die Unternehmen im grenzüberschreitenden Kontext, unterstützt (Stärken von Innovationsleistungen, Ausbau kritischer Ressourcen, Wertschöpfungspartnerschaften). Eine Strategie- und Aktionsplan des gemeinsamen Coaching-Systems zur Unterstützung der Internationalisierung der KMU, Überprüfen der Exportqualitäten, Markteintritt auf Auslandsmärkte werden vorbereitet; Exportpläne für Unternehmen erstellt; maßgeschneiderte B2B-Workshops und Delegationen sowie ein Pilottest der Exportmaßnahmen von zwei partnerschaftlichen KMU werden organisiert.
