GEM. HERAUSFORDERUNG: Projekt ist auf die Unterstützung der Producktentwicklung u. Internationalisierung technologischer Unternehmen auf entwickelten Märkte von Schweiz/Süditalien ausgerichtet, da die Konsortiumspartner ausschließlich aus östlichem Teil des zuschußfähigen Gebiets kommen u. die Unternehmen aus diesem Teil keine Möglichkeite haben an den bilat. Programmen mit IT/CH teilzunehmen. ÜBERGEORDNETES ZIEL ist die Zahlerhöhung der internationalisierten KMU im grenzü. Gebiet, insbesondere für technologie & innovations Unternehmen, da für die Wirtschaft u Technologieanbieter im Programmgebiet auf diesem Bereich dauerhaftes Wirtschaftswachstum & Exportmärkte erschloßen werden. OUTPUTS: 1 Strategischer&Aktionsplan über erschloßene Strukturen der Zusammenarbeit mit den Zielmärkten in CH/IT; 1 Trainingsprogramm der Exportakademie für KMU; 24 unterstützte Unternehmen bei Internationalisierungsaktivitäten, min 2 neu entwickelten Produkte/Dienstleistung die der Internationalisierung unterliegen; 2 int. Events (1 CH, 1 IT), min 10 B2B Treffen. HERANGEHENSWEISE: Aktivitäten werden seitens Experten des SIAT Gebiets und der Zielregionen CH/IT unterstützt; ausgewahlte Partnerorganisationen haben diesbezüglich auch LOS unterschrieben (Technopark Zürich, AFIL, Industrieellenvereinigung Treviso/Veneto, IDM, CNA). INNOVATIVES zeigt sich durch den Projektansatz, wo der langfristige und nachhaltige strategische Plan für CH/IT auf dem Gebiet der "Internationalisierung von Technologien & Innovationen", zusammen mit den Partnern, eine mehrjährige Entwicklungsrichtung aufweisen wird; unterstütz wird er durch die, für KMU, nach Maß gestallteten Trainingsprogrammen, welche im Rahmen der Export-Akademie durchgeführt werden. Firmen wird Nutzung gemeinsamer Kontakte, Netzwerke, Wissens, Tools, ermöglicht, das Schema wird erschließen gemeinsamer strategischer Chancen, Entwicklung grenzü. Wertschöpfungsketten & Clusters, die für den Int. Erfolg der KMU wesentlich sind.

SKUPNI IZZIV: Projekt je osredotočen na podporo razvoja novih produktov in internacionalizacijo tehnoloških podjetij na razvitih trgih Švice in S Italije, saj partnerji konzorcija prihajajo izključno iz vzhodnega dela upravičenega območja in podjetja iz tega konca nimajo možnosti sodelovanja na bilateralnih programih z Italijo in Švico. CILJ: Temeljni cilj projekta je povečati število internacionaliziranih MSP na čezmejnem območju, predvsem za tehnološko in inovacijsko naravnana podjetja, saj se za gospodarstvo in ponudnike tehnologij v programskem območju na tem področju odpira trajna mednarodna rast in izvozni trg. OUTPUTI: 1 strateški akcijski načrt vzpostavljenih struktur sodelovanja z ciljnimi trgi v Švici in S Italiji; 1 program treningov izvozne akademije za MSP; 24 podprtih MSP pri aktivnostih internacionalizacije, min 2 razvita nova produkta/storitve katere bodo predmet internacionalizacije; 2 mednarodna dogodka (en v Švici in en v Italiji), min 10 B2B srečanj. PRISTOP: Aktivnosti bodo podprte s strani strokovnjakov SI-AT območja ter strokovnjakov v ciljnih regijah Švice in S Italije, za kar so izbrane partnerske organizacije podpisale tudi pisma o podpori (Tehnopark Zürich: mreža 6 parkov v 4 kantonih, AFIL Cluster Lombardija, Industrijsko združenje Treviso/Veneto, Innovation-Development-Marketing Südtirol, CNA Emilia Romagna). INOVATIVNOST: Inovativnost projekta se kaže v projektnem pristopu, kjer bo dolgoročno vzdržen strateški akcijski načrt za Švico/Italijo na področju "Internacionalizacije tehnologij & inovacij", skupaj z partnerji, nakazoval večletno smer razvoja, in bo podprt s po meri oblikovanimi programi treningov za MSP, ki se bodo izvajali v okviru izvozne akademije. Podjetjem bo omogočeno koriščenje skupnih kontaktov, mrež, znanj in orodij, medtem ko bo shema omogočila iskanje skupnih strateških priložnosti, razvoj čezmejnih vrednostnih verig in grozdov, kar je za uspešnost internacionalizacije MSP ključnega pomena.

Description (EN):

JOINT CHALLENGE: The project focuses on supporting the development of new products and the internationalization of technology based companies in developed markets of Switzerland (SUI) and Italy (ITA) wherein consortium partners come exclusively from the eastern part of eligible area where these companies don’t have opportunities to participate in bilateral programs with SUI and ITA. OBJECTIVE: The main objective of the project is to increase number of internationalized SMEs in border area, especially for technology and innovation-oriented companies, as for the economy and technology providers in the program area, where sustain international growth and export markets are open. OUTPUTS: 1 Strategic Action Plan of established structures for cooperation with target markets in SUI & ITA; 1 export Academy SME training program; 24 supported internationalizing SMEs, min. 2 developed new products/services which will be subject of internationalization; 2 international events (1x SUI, 1x ITA), min 10 B2B meetings. APPROACH: Activities will be supported by experts from SI-AT and those of target regions in SUI & Northern ITA, where selected partner organizations already signed a Letter of support (Technopark Zurich: network of 6 parks in 4 cantons; AFIL Cluster Lombardy, Industrial Association Treviso/Veneto, IDM South Tirol,CNA Emilia Romagna). INNOVATION: reflects in project approach, where long-term sustainable strategic action plan for SUI & ITA in field of "internationalization technology & innovation" and with partners, will indicate a direction of future development and will be supported by a custom-designed SMEs’ training program, implemented in framework of export Academy. Businesses will be able to benefit from shared contacts, networks, knowledge, tools while scheme will enable search for joint strategic opportunities, the development of cross-border value chains/clusters, which all are crucial for the success of internationalization of SMEs.

Expected Outputs (DE):

Die Hauptresultate sind (1) mindestens 24 Unternehmen für Internationalisierung im norditalienischen und Schweizer Markt zu unterstützen; (2) Produkte und Dienstleistungen der 2 Partnerunternehmen auf beiden Märkten zu platzieren; (3) gemeinsam mit den strategischen Partnern aus der Lombardei, Emilia Romagna, dem Veneto, Südtirol und der Schweiz (4 Kantone) eine dauerhaft nutzbare Arbeitsstruktur (Kooperationsmatrix) zu entwickeln, testen, etablieren. Dies wurde bereits durch unterschriebene Letter of Support fixiert. Die Unterstützungsmaßnahmen dazu werden durch das Diagnosetool und die Trainings geschaffen, die dauerhaft bei den Bildungspartnern verankert werden. Ebenso dient die maßgeschneiderte Anpassung der potentiellen Internationalisierungsaktivitäten im Partnernetzwerk (z.B. B2B Events mit intensivem Qualitätscheck der Profile und geplanten Verwertungsprozessen) einem dauerhaften Erfolg.

Expected Outputs (SL):

Glavni rezultati so (1) podpreti vsaj 24 podjetij pri internacionalizaciji na severno-italijanskem in švicarskem trgu; (2) proizvode in storitve 2 partnerskih podjetji plasirati na oba trga; (3) skupaj s strateškimi partnerji iz Lombardije, Emilie Romagne, Veneta, Južne Tirolske in Švice (4 kantoni) razviti, testirati in vzpostaviti trajno uporabno delovno strukturo (kooperacijsko matriko). To je bilo dogovorjeno že na osnovi podpisanih pisem podpore. Pripadajoči podporni ukrepi se bodo zagotovili skozi diagnostično orodje in usposabljanja, ki bodo trajno zasidrana pri izobraževalnih partnerjih. Prav tako po meri prilagojene potencialne aktivnosti internacionalizacije znotraj partnerske mreže (npr. B2B dogodki z intenzivnim preverjanjem kakovosti profilov in načrtovanih procesov evalvacije) služijo trajnemu uspehu.
