Description (SL):

Projekt bo s pomočjo povezovanja med migrantskimi podjetniki in njihovimi družinami iz Ljubljane in Gradca pripomogel k spodbujanju in promociji raznolikosti v obeh mestih preko kreativnosti. Kreativnost se čedalje bolj razume kot nov pogon za rast v vseh vrstah industrij. Raznolikost je bila razpoznana kot eden pomembnih faktorjev ekonomske rasti, odprtost do priseljevanja pa je bila s strani mnogih držav razpoznana kot temelj inovacij in ustvarjanja družbene in ekonomske vrednosti. Kot kaže statistika EU in ZDA so namreč migrantski podjetniki bolj podjetni, iznajdljivi ter pripravljeni na tveganje kot domači podjetniki. So torej bolj kreativni, saj morajo uspeti v družbah, ki jim večkrat zaradi različnih vzrokov niso naklonjene. Tako v Gradcu kot v Ljubljani delujejo in ustvarjajo migrantski podjetniki, ki tam s svojimi družinami večinoma tudi živijo. Mesti sicer imatanekatere programe vzpodbujanja in pomoči, vendar pa sta razvili tudi določene ovire, ki migrantske podjetnike ovirajo tako pri njihovi kreativnosti kot tudi pri vključevanju v družbo pri delu in v vsakdanjem življenju. Te ovire so prisotne na številnih nivojih in jih je razmeroma težko odkriti in odstraniti, predstavljajo pa veliko težavo ne le za migrantske podjetnike ampak tudi za družbo gostiteljico, ki zaradi tega hromi njihov potencial in s tem tudi svoj ekonomski ter družbeni razvoj. Cilj projekta je razviti potencial in kreativnost migrantskih podjetnikov in njihovih družin preko povezovanja med obemi mesti in sodelovanja z namenom odstranjevanja družbenih ovir s pomočjo dobrih praks, ki na tem področju v drugih mestih že obstajajo. S tem se bo spodbudilo kreativnost, inovacije ter promoviralo raznolikost, kar pomembno pripomore k večji družbeni kohezivnosti v obeh mest in v regiji. Model povezovanja bo primeren tudi za vključevanje beguncev v družbo, saj je integracija preko dela in samozaposlovanja učinkovito orodje za njihovo uspešnost in opolnomočenje.

Description (EN):

The project will connect migrant entrepreneurs and their families in Ljubljana and Graz to enhance and promote diversity through creativity. Creativity is increasingly understood as the facilitator of growth in all types of industries diversity is recognized as one of the key factors of economic added value and many countries and regions have embraced migration and mobility as a foundation of innovation and creation of social and economic wealth. As demonstrated by statistics (EU and the USA) migrant entrepreneurs are more industrious resourceful and prepared to take risks. In short they are more creative since they operate and succeed in societies which often marginalize them. Migrant entrepreneurs are also creative in Ljubljana and Graz, where they also live with their families. Both cities have managed to enact some support and assistance, but also develop obstacles that hinder migrant entrepreneurs in realizing their creative potential and obstruct their integration in the working and broader society. These obstacles manifest themselves on multiple levels and are difficult to detect and remove. They are a risk also for the host society since they obstruct migrants potential and hinder its own economic and social development. The goal of the project is therefore a development of the potential and creativity of migrant entrepreneurs and their families through connection and collaboration of both cities which will enable the removal of social and other obstacles. This aim will be achieved with the assistance and use of good practices developed and implemented in other European cities. The project hopes to inspire creativity and innovation and to promote diversity and consequently increase the social cohesion in both cities and region. The developed model of collaboration will be suitable also for the inclusion of refugees since integration through work and self-employment could be considered as one of the most useful tools for their success and empowerment.

Das Projekt trägt durch Vernetzung von Unternehmern mit Migrationshintergrund (UmM) und ihren Familien in Ljubljana und Graz zur Förderung und Promotion von Diversität durch Kreativität in beiden Städten bei. Kreativität etabliert sich als Wachstumstriebfeder in der Industrie. Diversität gilt als einer der Schlüsselfaktoren des Wirtschaftswachstums, Offenheit gegenüber Zuwanderung in vielen Staaten als Basis für Innovation und Schaffung von soz. und wirtsch. Wert. Aus einer EU- und USA-weiten Statistik geht hervor, dass UmM unternehmensorientierter und erfinderischer sind und eher bereit Risiken einzugehen als heimische Unternehmer. Sie sind kreativer, da sie in einem soz. Umfeld bestehen müssen, das ihnen oft aus versch. Gründen nicht gewogen ist. In Graz und Ljubljana sind UmM tätig und leben mit ihren Familien in diesen Städten. In beiden Städten gibt es zwar Programme zur Unterstützung und Förderung, zugleich entstehen jedoch Hürden, die UmM in ihrer Kreativität und bei der Integration in die Gesellschaft am Arbeitsplatz und im Alltag behindern. Diese Hindernisse finden sich auf versch. Niveaus und sind relativ schwer zu erkennen bzw. zu beseitigen. Sie stellen für UmM und für die Gesellschaft des Gastgeberlandes ein großes Problem dar. Das Potential der Unternehmer und ihre eigene wirtsch. und soz. Entwicklung wird gelähmt. Die Entwicklung von Potential und Kreativität von UmM und ihrer Familien ist erklärtes Ziel. Dies soll durch Vernetzung zwischen den Städten und durch Kooperation geschehen, um so soz. Hürden durch gute Praxis zu beseitigen, die auf diesem Gebiet in beiden Städten bereits vorhanden ist. Förderung von Kreativität und Innovation sowie Bewerbung von Diversität trägt bedeutend zu einer stärkeren soz. Kohäsion in beiden Städten und in der Region bei. Das Vernetzungsmodell bietet sich auch für die Inklusion von Flüchtlingen in die Gesellschaft an, da die Integration über Arbeit und Selbstständigkeit ein wirksames Mittel für deren Erfolg ist.

Expected Results (SL): Stopnja trajnostnega institucionalnega sodelovanja na področju energije in obvladovanja tveganj ali zdravja in socialne kohezije v programskem območju

Expected Results (DE): Niveau der nachhaltigen institutionellen Kooperationen in den Bereichen Energie- und Risikomanagement oder Gesundheit und soziale Kohäsion im Programmgebiet

Expected Outputs (SL):

Ključni rezultati našega projekta bodo: Strategije in dobre prakse za promocijo raznolikosti v družbi, izobraževanja, delavnice, srečevanja na temo povezovanja med migrantskimi podjetniki in njihovimi družinskimi člani iz regije, publikacije, pilotni projekti (crowdfunding v obeh mestih, podpora raznolikosti v kreativnih prostorih), skupni dogodki na že uveljavljenih prireditvah (Gradec, Ljubljana). Rezultati bodo pripomogli k povezovanju med migrantskimi podjetniki v obeh mestih in njihovemu skupnemu nastopu na lokalnih, regionalnih, nacionalnih in globalnem trgu, integracija preko podjetništva in kreativnosti pa bo pripomogla k promociji raznolikosti v družbi in s tem k večji družbeni kohezivnosti.

Expected Outputs (DE):

Das zentrale Resultat unseres Projekts: Strategien und Best-Practice-Modelle für die Promotion von Diversität in der Gesellschaft, Bildungsangebote, Workshops, Treffen zum Thema Netzwerken zwischen Unternehmern mit Migrationshintergrund und ihren Familienmitgliedern in der Region, Publikationen, Pilotprojekte (crowdfunding in beiden Städten, Förderung und Unterstützung der Diversität in Kreativräumlichkeiten), gemeinsame Aktivitäten im Rahmen bereits etablierter Veranstaltungen (Graz, Ljubljana). Die Ergebnisse werden zum Netzwerkaufbau zwischen Unternehmern mit Migrationshintergrund in beiden Städten beitragen, sowie zu einem gemeinsamen Auftreten auf lokalen, regionalen, nationalen und globalen Märkten, während die Integration mit Hilfe von Unternehmertum und Kreativität zur Promotion von Diversität in der Gesellschaft und damit zu einer stärkeren gesellschaftlichen Kohäsion beiträgt.
