„Internationale Aktivitäten stärken das Wachstum, verbessern die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und unterstützen die langfristige Nachhaltigkeit von Unternehmen.“ Diese Auffassung des Kooperationsprogramms teilen auch die EXPEDIRE-Projektpartner, die es sich zum Ziel gesetzt haben, die Zahl der exportierenden Unternehmen und der grenzüberschreitenden Internationalisierungsprojekte zu erhöhen. Im Konkreten werden die Partner 10 Unternehmenspartnerschaften initiieren und 50 KMUs als Neoexporteure gewinnen. Um diese ambitionierten Ziele zu erreichen, wird ein Leistungsportfolio angeboten, das sich durch seine Komplexität und Komplementarität auszeichnet. 300 KMUs werden durch den EXPEDIRE-Unternehmenspool in das Projekt involviert, wodurch sichergestellt wird, dass die Leistungen zielgruppenspezifisch und bedarfsorientiert sind. Die involvierten Firmen werden mit Hilfe ihrer Inputs die weiteren Projektangebote aktiv mitgestalten. Diese Angebote umfassen einerseits Netzwerkveranstaltungen, die die Entstehung von grenzüberschreitenden Firmenpartnerschaften unterstützen werden. Andererseits werden für den Exportbereich neuartige Betreuungs- und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen angeboten. Gebündelt unter dem Mantel einer Export-Akademie, die aus Präsenzmodulen und online-Trainings in englischer Sprache besteht, werden diese Maßnahmen die TeilnehmerInnen befähigen, konkrete, Export-bezogene Herausforderungen effektiv in Angriff zu nehmen. Abgerundet wird das Angebot durch Beratungsleistungen und eine individualisierte Begleitung von potentiellen Neoexporteuren auf ihrem Weg in neue Märkte. Die im Rahmen des Projekts erfolgreich entwickelten Betreuungsstrukturen werden nach Projektende weiter ausgebaut und intensiv genutzt werden.

International operations strengthen economic growth, improve global competitiveness and support long-term corporate sustainability.” This perception of the cooperation program is additionally shared by the EXPEDIRE project partners, who have set themselves the target of increasing the number of exporting companies and border crossing internationalization projects. More precisely, the project partners will initiate ten corporate partnerships and acquire 150 small and medium-sized enterprises as neo-exporters. In order to accomplish such ambitious objectives, a service portfolio, which will be characterized by its complexity and complementarity, will be provided. Due to the EXPEDIRE business collaboration, 300 small and medium-sized enterprises will be involved in this project, whereby it can be assured that the performances are target-group-specific and demand-oriented. By means of their inputs, the involved enterprises will therefore actively contribute to the EXPEDIRE’s service portfolio. On the one hand these services cover networking events, which will support the development of cross-border business collaboration and on the other hand novel support services and qualification measures for the export are offered. The latter are bundled in an export academy which is composed of on-site modules and on-line trainings in English and will enable the participants to tackle concrete export-related challenges. This is supported and completed by consultancy services, and individualized support of potential neo-exporters, which are accessing new markets. After the project duration the service portfolio, successfully built up within EXPEDIRE, will be further expanded and actively used.

„Mednarodne aktivnosti krepijo rast, dvigujejo konkurenčnost in podpirajo trajnost podjetij“. Tega stališča kooperacijskega programa se držijo tudi EXPEDIRE - projektni partnerji, ki so si zadali cilj povečati število izvoznih podjetij in čezmejnih internacionalizacijskih projektov. Tekom projekta bi se vzpostavilo/iniciiralo 10 poslovnih partnerstev ter pridobilo 50 novih MSP-jev, ki bodo pričela z izvoznim poslovanjem. Za dosego teh ambicioznih ciljev, bo ponujen kompleksen in komplementaren portfolijo storitev. Preko EXPEDIRE podjetniške skupine bo v projekt vključenih 300 MSP-jev, s čimer se bo zagotovila prilagoditev storitev potrebam ciljne skupine. Vključena podjetja bodo s pomočjo inputov aktivno sooblikovala pri oblikovanju projektne ponudbe, katera bo vključevala tudi mrežne dogodke, ki bodo podpirali čezmejna poslovna partnerstva. Prav tako bodo za področje izvoza ponujene nove podporne storitve in usposabljanja. Skupaj z Izvozno akademijo, sestavljeno iz dejanskih in spletnih modulov v angleškem jeziku, bodo preko izvedenih ukrepov vključena podjetja usposobljena za učinkovitejše spopadanje z izzivi na področju izvoza. Prav tako bodo vključena podjetja deležna individualnih podpornih storitev in svetovanj na njihovi poti na nove trge. V okviru projekta razvite podporne strukture se bodo po zaključku projekta še nadalje nadgrajevale in bodo intenzivno uporabljene.

Expected Outputs (DE):

Das KP sieht vor, die grenzübergreifende Zusammenarbeit von Unternehmen für die Internationalisierung und den Export zu unterstützen sowie die Bewusstseinsbildung von Unternehmen hin zur Internationalisierung zu fördern (p.37). Als Ergebnis soll die Zahl der Exportunternehmen bis 2023 um 525 erhöht werden. Das Projekt leistet dazu mit Hilfe folgender erwarteter Resultate einen wichtigen Beitrag: - Verbessertes Verständnis der Bedürfnisse und Interessen von KMUs in Bezug auf Internationalisierung (durch die Studie und den Unternehmenspool von ca. 300 KMU); - Erhöhte zwischenbetriebliche Zusammenarbeit zwischen österreichischen und slowenischen KMUs (10 Partnerschaften); - Effektives Erreichen der speziellen Zielgruppe der KMUs mit Exportpotential durch hochqualitative Dienstleistungen (Export-Akademie, Beratungsleistungen und individuelle Begleitung); - Motiviertes Agieren als Neoexporteur im Fall von 50 exportunerfahrenen KMUs (unterstützt durch das gesamte Leistungsportfolio).

Expected Outputs (SL):

Projekt zagotavlja podporo čezmejnemu poslovnemu sodelovanju podjetij v smeri internacionalizacije in izvoza, kot tudi dvig zavesti podjetij za spodbujanje internacionalizacije (p.37). Kot rezultat, bi se naj število izvoznih podjetij, do leta 2023, povečalo za 525 podjetij. Projekt pomembno prispeva, kar kažejo tudi predvideni rezultati: - Boljše razumevanje potreb in interesov MSP-jev v smislu internacionalizacije (s pomočjo študija in podjetniške skupine); - Okrepljeno sodelovanje med slovenskimi in avstrijskimi MSP-ji (partnerstva); - Učinkovito doseganje specifične ciljne skupine MSP-jev s potencialom za izvoz, s pomočjo kakovostnih storitev (Izvozne akademije, svetovanj in individualne podpore); - Motivirani novi izvozniki v okviru 50 neizkušenih MSP-jev (s podporo celotne projektne ponudbe).
