Skupni izzivi: + Za MSP je nujna krepitev čezmejne konkurenčnosti in inovativnosti ter spodbujanje evropskega sodelovanja na področju inovacij, mreženja in sodelovanja pri razvoju storitev in proizvodov, + pomanjkljivo uvajanje e-mobilnosti zaradi negotovosti, pomanjkanja inovacij in informacij glede (z)možnosti e-mobilnosti. Širši projektni cilji, načrtovane spremembe
Izboljšanje čezmejne konkurenčnosti in inovativnosti MSP-jev na področju e-mobilnosti preko prenosa znanja, razvoja storitev, izgradnje omrežja in demonstracije. Glavni čezmejni outputi: + 17 dogodkov za prenos know-howa s področja E-mobilnosti, transfer dobrih praks za MSP, + ugotovitev izhodiščnega položaja
+ pregled branže na področju E-mobilnosti, + konkretni pilotni modeli za MSP za storitve/produkte, + 2 čezmejna elektro-rallya, + 1 E-MSP omrežje, + 1EU-študijska tura. Koristniki: MSP, podjetniki, raziskovalci, izobraževalci, javne službe, področna združenja, interesne skupine, NVO, zainteresirana javnost. Pristop: prenos Know-howa na področju E-mobilnosti bo strateško usmerjen v MSP in trg; strokovnjaki bodo skupaj z MSP razvili tržno zanimive pilotne modele za E-mobilnost na področju storitev, produktov. S pomočjo čezmejnega e-rally-a, e-MSP omrežja in komunikacijskih prijemov bo prikazana in promovirana (z)možnost e-mobilnosti. Nujnost sodelovanja: Širši projektni cilj Krepitev čezmejne konkurenčnosti… je po definiciji brez čezmejnega sodelovanja nedosegljiv. Vsi dosežki in outputi so čezmejni in dvojezični. Novo / inovativno: Za MSP/podjetnike se bo prvič odprla možnost na področju e-mobilnosti za čezmejno in strateško preučitev tržnih pristopov. Tako bodo nastali inovativni pilotni modeli za MSP na področju storitev, produktov ter aktivno e-MSP omrežje.

Gemeinsame Herausforderung: + Stärkung grenzübergreifender Wettbewerb, Innovationskraft, EU-Innovationskooperationen, Netzwerk-Zusammenarbeit, Dienstleistungs- u. Produktinnovation u. Verfügbarkeit für KMU´s, + Mangelnde E-Mobilitäts-Umsetzung aufgrund Unsicherheit, fehlender Innovation/Information zur Leistungsfähigkeit. Übergeordnetes Projektziel, geplante Veränderung: Steigerung grenzübergreifende Wettbewerbsfähigkeit u. Innovationskraft von KMU‘s durch Know-how- u. Netzwerksaufbau, DL-entwicklung, Demonstration im Bereich E-Mobilität. Grenzüberschreitende Hauptoutputs: + 17 Veranstaltungen zu E-Mobilitäts-Know-how-Transfer, + Ausgangssituation, + Branchenübersicht E-Mobilität, + konkrete KMU-Pilotmodelle für Dienstleistungen/Produkte, + 2 grenzüberschreitende E-Rallys, + 1 E-SME-Netzwerk, + 1 EU-Studienreise. Profiteure/innen: KMU’s, Unternehmen, Forschungs-Bildungs-Einrichtungen, öffentl. Versorger, Gebietskörperschaften, Interessensgruppen, NGO’s, Öffentlichkeit, ... Herangehensweise: E-Mobilitäts-Know-how wird strategisch auf KMU’s u. Markt angewendet; Experten/innen entwickeln mit KMU’s marktfähige Pilotmodelle für E-Mobilitäts-DL/Produkte. Durch grenzüberschreitende Elektrorally’s, E-SME-Netzwerk u. Kommunikationsmaßnahmen wird Leistungsfähigkeit demonstriert, promotet. Notwendigkeit Zusammenarbeit: Das übergeordnete Projektziel ist ohne grenzübergreifende Zusammenarbeit nicht erreichbar. Alle E-SME Leistungen sind grenzübergreifend u. 2-sprachig. Neu/Innovativ: Für KMU’s/Unternehmen wird erstmals der Themenbereich E-Mobilität grenzübergreifend u. strategisch auf Möglichkeiten nach wettbewerbsfähigen Marktansätzen untersucht. So entstehen innovative KMU-Pilotmodelle f. Dienstleistungen/Produkte u. aktives E-SME-Netzwerk.

Common challenge: + Strengthening of cross-border competition, innovation, European innovation partnerships, network co-operation, service+product innovation for SME, + Missing e-mobility implementation due to insecurity, lack of innovation and information on the performance of E-Mobility. Overall objective, expected change: Increasing cross-border competitiveness and innovativeness of SME´s through know-how- and network transfer, development of services and demonstration in the field of e-mobility. Main outputs: + 17 events to e-mobility know-how transfer, + the initial situation, + sector overview E-mobility, + concrete SME pilot models for services/products, + 2 transnational electric rallys, + 1 E-SME Network, + 1 EU Study Tour. Profiteer: SME´s, companies, research and educational institutions, public provider, authorities, interest groups, NGOs, public, interested, ... Overall approach: E-mobility know-how is applied strategically to SMEs and the market; experts develop SMEs marketable pilot models for e-mobility services/products. Through cross-border electric Rallys, E-SME Network and communication activities performance is demonstrated. Cross-border/transnational approach: The overall project objective can not be reached without cross-border cooperation. All E-SME services and outputs across are transnational and bilingial. New / original / innovative: For SMEs/companies the topic of e-mobility will be examined for opportunities to competitive market approaches across borders for the first time. So innovative SME-pilot-models for services/products and an active e-SME Network will becreated.

Glavni rezultati – prispevek k programskim indikatorjem rezultata »Podjetja, vključena v inovacijsko sodelovanje s sodelujočimi partnerji iz Evrope«: - Izgradnja inovacijskega sodelovanja in prenosa znanja preko dveh strokovnih konferenc z evropskimi strokovnjaki in podjetji. - Vzpostavitev sodelovanja pri procesu identifikacije in razvrstitve primernih storitev in izdelkov za podjetja (začetno stanje, pregled panoge, dve delavnici). - Vzpostavitev inovacijskega sodelovanja pri razvoju pilotnih modelov za konkretne inovativne storitve in izdelke E-SME (4 razvojne delavnice). - Vzpostavitev sodelovanja med podjetji in evropskimi partnerji pri dveh čezmejnih dirkah z električnimi vozili z namenom demonstracije učinkovitosti inovativnih pilotnih modelov E-SME in e-mobilnosti. - Vzpostavitev sodelovanja med podjetji in evropskimi kooperacijskimi partnerji preko E-SME omrežja in aktivnosti (strokovna ekskurzija, …). - Krepitev sodelovanja s komunikacijskimi ukrepi.

Hauptresultate - Beitrag zum Programm-Resultatindikator „Unternehmen mit Innovationskooperationen („Innov.-Koop.“) mit Kooperationspartnern aus Europa“: • Aufbau „Innov.-Koop.“ u. Know-how-Transfer durch 2 Fachkonferenzen mit europäischen Experten/innen /Unternehmen, • Kooperationsaufbau bei Identifikation u. Priorisierung geeigneter Unternehmens-Dienstleistungen/Produkte (Ausgangssituation, Branchenübersicht, 2 Identifikations-Workshops), • Aufbau „Innov.-Koop.“ bei Pilotmodell-Entwicklung für konkrete, innovative E-SME-Dienstleistungen/Produkte (4 Entwicklungs-Workshops), • Kooperationsaufbau zwischen Unternehmen u. europ. Partnern bei 2 grenzüberschr. Elektrorallys zur Demonstration der Leistungsfähigkeit innovativer E-SME-Pilotmodelle und der E-Mobilität, • Aufbau von „Innov.-Koop.“ zwischen Unternehmen u. europ. Koop.-Partnern durch E-SME-Netzwerk u. Aktivitäten (u. A. EU-Studienreise, …), • Kooperations-Stärkung durch Kommunikationsmaßnahmen.
