Les PME du secteur textile et habillement de l'espace SUDOE sont confrontées à des difficultés communes lorsqu'elles veulent internationaliser leurs produits: petite taille des entreprises, coopération transversale et intra-sectorielle réduite, ressources limitées et difficulté d'identifier les opportunités à les marché étrangers. INTERTEX a pour but de stimuler l'internationalisation conjointe des PME du secteur en dynamisant l'offre et la demande entre les territoires, en activant des initiatives de coopération commerciale et créant de nouvelles chaînes de valeur transnationales. Le projet est basé (i)sur la création d'un réseau transnational de coopération publique et privé de soutien à l'internationalisation et (ii)sur la création de 6 outils de soutien. Les principaux produits du projet sont: -Réseau de coopération publico-privé transnational de soutien à l'internationalisation des PME du secteur textile et habillement de l'espace SUDOE -Des ateliers de formation sur l'internationalisation et le financement -Des actions Standard d'Internationalisation de l'Entreprise -5 Groupes Transnationaux d'Internationalisation Conjointe -3 salons virtuels sur le marché cible -1salon de promotion européenne dans le pays cible -2 plates-formes commerciales conjointes dans deux pays étrangers -1 marque Made in Europe 150 PME vont participer à l'essai des outils pilotes. INTERTEX met les résultats à disposition de tous les autres acteurs du secteur textile, y compris les outils nécessaires pour répliquer et transférer les activités du projet. La coopération transnationale est un élément clé du projet (i)pour aider les autorités publiques à faire front à des stratégies d'exportation à une nouvelle échelle, (ii)pour améliorer les initiatives d'internationalisation grâce à l'échange de bonnes pratiques et à des politiques innovatrices, (iii)pour rendre les partenaires internationaux plus attractifs au travers de la présence des produits dans plusieurs pays; (iv)pour générer nouvelles chaînes de valeur transnationales et (v)pour promouvoir la coopération entre concurrents car leur degré de concurrence est moindre que celui qu'ils entretiennent avec les PME locales.

Description (EN): SUDOE Textile and clothing SMEs are facing common difficulties to internationalize their products: small dimensions of enterprises, low transversal and inert-sectorial cooperation, limited resources and difficulties to identify opportunities in foreign markets.

Las PYMES del sector textil-confección del espacio SUDOE se enfrentan a dificultades comunes para internacionalizar sus productos: el pequeño tamaño de las empresas, la baja cooperación transversal e intra-sectorial, los recursos limitados y la dificultad para identificar oportunidades en mercados extranjeros. INTERTEX busca impulsar la internacionalización conjunta de las PYMES del sector dinamizando la oferta y la demanda entre los territorios, activando iniciativas de cooperación comercial y creando nuevas cadenas de valor transnacionales. El proyecto se estructura a partir de (i) la creación de una red transnacional de cooperación pública y privada de apoyo a la internacionalización y (ii) la creación de seis herramientas de apoyo. Los principales productos del proyecto son: - La red de cooperación público-privada transnacional de apoyo a la internacionalización de las PYMES del sector textil-confección del espacio SUDOE - Talleres de capacitación sobre internacionalización y financiamiento - Acciones Estándar de Internacionalización Empresarial - Cinco Grupos Transnacionales de Internacionalización Conjunta - Tres Ferias virtuales en mercados de destino - Un trade-show de promoción europeo en un país de destino -Dos plataformas comerciales conjuntas en dos países extranjeros -Una marca “Made in Europe” 150 PYMES van a experimentar las herramientas piloto. INTERTEX pone a la disposición de todos los otros actores del sector textil los resultados del proyecto, incluso herramientas para replicar y transferir las actividades del proyecto. La cooperación transnacional en este proyecto es esencial para (i) ayudar las autoridades públicas a hacer frente a estrategias de exportación a una nueva escala; (ii) mejorar las iniciativas de internacionalización mediante el intercambio de buenas prácticas y políticas innovadoras; (iii) mejorar el atractivo a las contrapartes extranjeras con una representación de productos de varios países; (iv) generar nuevas cadenas de valor transnacionales y (v) impulsar la cooperación entre competidores ya que el grado de competencia entre éstas suelen ser menores que con las empresas locales.

Achievements (EN):

To achieve its results, initially, the project made a diagnosis of the resources available to support the internationalization of SMEs. Among its main results are: - The drafting of a joint internationalization guide for participating SMEs. This document reflects the change in business approach promoted by the project based on “cooperation”, the latter being a combination of competition and cooperation between companies, and support in a public-private network for the internationalization of SMEs. - The realization of two international missions: one in Miami, for companies in the fashion-bathroom sector and another in Germany for companies related to the sport and technical fabrics sector. These missions allowed the creation of contacts with distributors and brands through B2B meetings organized by the project. - The creation of two business platforms, one in the United States and one in Hong Kong. On these platforms, the projects were accompanied by a person from the country to help them find export and distribution partners and consumers. - The group participation of 5 SMEs at the Tokyo Lifestyle international fair through a stand. - The participation of 33 brands at 3 virtual fairs: two from the fashion sector and another from the home-fashion sector. - The creation of a joint internationalization group in Canada with a temporary showroom in which 4 companies participated.
