TURBO-SUDOE reúne a 5 centros capaces de OFERTAR conocimiento, por una parte, y 3 CLUSTERS EMPRESARIALES DEMANDANTES de TECNOLOGÍA (FEDACOVA, CAAR, MV) en 3 SECTORES ESTRATÉGICOS del espacio SUDOE, como son el agroalimentario, la automoción y la energía, junto con las TIC como área transversal. Todos ellos afrontan un RETO COMÚN: mejorar los PROCESOS de TRANSFERENCIA con el propósito de facilitar la EXPLOTACIÓN EN MERCADO del conocimiento generado en el espacio SUDOE, ACTIVANDO la participación del sector privado mediante la plena ALINEACIÓN de las actividades de I+D (OFERTA) con las actividades empresariales (DEMANDA). El OBJETIVO PRINCIPAL es actuar en esta interfaz INVESTIGACIÓN-MERCADO y HACER EFECTIVA Y SOSTENIBLE ESA TRANSFERENCIA mediante el DISEÑO, VALIDACIÓN Y DEMOSTRACIÓN de un rol novedoso que actuará de puente y dinamizador entre ambos: el de TRANSFERENCE BROKER (TB). KIM, experto global en formación y transferencia de tecnología, completará el consorcio a tal fin. El enfoque INNOVADOR del proyecto radica en su DEMOSTRACIÓN en un entorno real, pues se desarrollará sobre 3 sectores estratégicos para el espacio SUDOE y para las estrategias RIS3 de las regiones, facilitando además su REPLICABILIDAD. Sus PRINCIPALES PRODUCTOS son: - 10 PERFILES de TB, que tras una etapa inicial de formación y de conocimiento, tanto de la oferta como de la demanda, adquirirán las competencias y herramientas necesarias para actuar como intermediarios entre INVESTIGACION-EMPRESA, reduciendo el gap existente entre ambos. - Estos 10 TB estarán apoyados por 10 GRUPOS DE TRABAJO, donde además de los socios, participarán COACHES y expertos sectoriales externos, lo que permitirá OPTIMIZAR LA TRANSFERENCIA DE CONOCIMIENTO. - 10 ROAD-MAP estratégicos, que garantizarán la evolución del conocimiento de los grupos de I+D hacia una oferta tecnológica más adaptada a las necesidades de las empresas, contribuyendo de esta forma a fomentar la innovación en las mismas y mejorar su competitividad. A medio-largo plazo se generarán colaboraciones mediante proyectos conjuntos con posibilidades de financiación, favoreciendo la continuidad y empleabilidad de los TB más allá del proyecto.

TURBO-SUDOE brings together, on the one hand, 5 centers offering knowledge and 3 clusters of technology-seeking companies (FEDACOVA, CAAR, MV), in 3 SUDOE strategic sectors, such as the agro-food sector, the automotive sector as well as that of energy and ICT. These three sectors all face a common challenge: to improve knowledge transfer processes, to facilitate their exploitation in the SUDOE space and to improve private sector participation, through the full alignment of the R+D (supply) with industrial activities (demand). The main objective is to act in this research-market interface, in order to provide in a sustainable way by the design, the validation and the demonstration of a new mode of transfer, of TB (Transference Broker) and to act dynamically between the two. KIM, a global expert in training and technology transfer, completes the consortium for this purpose. The innovative approach of the project lies in the demonstration in a real environment, developed in three strategic sectors of space SUDOE according to the RIS3 strategies, which facilitates its duplicability. The main products are: - 10 TB profiles, after an initial phase of training and knowledge-taking, both supply and demand, will acquire the skills and tools needed to act as intermediaries between research and business to reduce the gap between the two. - These 10 TB will be supported by 10 working groups, which, in addition to the partners, will be followed by coaches, experts from outside the sector, who will optimize the transfer of knowledge. - 10 strategic Road-Maps, which will ensure the evolution of R & D groups' knowledge, to offer a technology more adapted to the needs of companies, thus contributing to promoting innovation and improving their competitiveness. A long-term collaborative environment will be generated for joint projects, with funding opportunities, promoting continuity and employability of TB, beyond the project.

TURBO-SUDOE réunit d'une part, 5 centres capables d'OFFRIR des connaissances et 3 clusters d'entreprises DEMANDEURS de Technologies (FEDACOVA, CAAR, MV), dans 3 secteurs stratégiques de SUDOE, tels que le secteur agroalimentaire, le secteur automobile ainsi que celui de l'énergie / TIC, qui sont tous confrontés à un défi commun: améliorer les processus de transfert, afin de faciliter l'exploitation de la connaissance dans le marché, dans l'espace SUDOE, activer la participation du secteur privé, grâce à l'alignement complet de la R + D (OFFRE) avec les activités industrielles (DEMANDE) par ce transfert. L'objectif principal est d'agir dans cette interface RECHERCHE-MARCHÉ, afin de PROCURER de façon DURABLE par la conception, la validation et la démonstration d'un nouveau mode de transfert, de TB (TRANSFERENCE BROKER) et pour agir de façon dynamique entre les deux. KIM, expert mondial dans la formation et le transfert de technologies, complète le consortium à cet effet. L'approche novatrice du projet réside dans la démonstration dans un environnement réel, développé sur trois secteurs stratégiques de l'espace SUDOE selon les stratégies RIS3, ce qui facilite sa duplicabilité. Les principaux produits sont les suivants: - 10 Profils de TB, après une phase initiale de formation et de prise de connaissances, à la fois de l'offre et de la demande, vont acquérir les compétences et les outils nécessaires afin d'agir comme intermédiaires entre la recherche-les entreprises, pour réduire le fossé existant entre les deux. - Ces 10 TB seront soutenus par 10 groupes de travail, qui, en plus des partenaires, seront suivis par des coachs, experts extérieurs du secteur, qui permettront d'optimiser le transfert des connaissances. - 10 ROAD-MAP stratégiques, qui assureront l'évolution des connaissances des groupes R & D, pour une offre d'une technologie plus adaptée aux besoins des entreprises, contribuant ainsi à promouvoir l'innovation en eux et à améliorer leur compétitivité. Un milieu de collaborations à long terme sera généré pour des projets communs, avec des possibilités de financement, la promotion de la continuité et de l'employabilité des TB, au-delà du projet.

Achievements (EN):

The good development of the project was based on the new figure of the Transference Broker as a specialized agent for the transfer of technology and knowledge. Several pilot projects were developed in 3 priority sectors of the SUDOE’s area, in accordance with the intelligence strategies of the participating regions, namely agri-food, energy and ICT and automotive. The results of the project include: - The strategic and functional design of a network of transference brokers and operating environment. This network focuses on the management of industrial property, advice for the valuation of intangibles and protection of technology, the provision of marketing services related to innovation, advices on the formalization of contracts related to industrial property, experts advice for the financing of projects under state and / or European calls or support for the creation of spin-off initiatives. - The training of 10 transfer brokers and their interaction with 20 operating environments. - Demonstration in work environments. - The creation of a Technology Transfer Alliance (KTP) based on the transference brokers. - A support portal for the transfer of technology for the contact of companies with technological needs and offering centers. - A guide for external use of the technology transfer model (available on the project website). TURBO SUDOE registered 322 technological demands. All the conclusions of the project are collected in a document published online as well as through teaching materials. From now on, the TURBO SUDOE model will continue to be exploited in operational structures of institutions dedicated to research activities, focusing on the agribusiness sector and the timber industry.
