The project is based on the long-term cooperation between the University of South Bohemia in Č. Budějovice and the Johannes Kepler University in Linz in the field of mathematical didactics, with a focus on piquing students' interest in NMS, AHS, BHS and the technical and natural sciences to align with the labor market demand. The project results of the transnational project "Mathematics beyond Borders" (2012 - 2014) were presented to industrial enterprises through universities and chambers of commerce, and they expressed their interest in the innovation of instructional materials related to practical use. Interest was also confirmed by NMS, AHS and BHS and t.re also confirmed. The partner organisations (University of South Bohemia (USB) as the lead partner, JKU and the Chamber of Commerce (WK) South Bohemia) prepared a unique project aimed at establishing a cross-border network for the systematic search for ways and instruments to increase pupils’ interest in the teaching of technical and natural sciences at secondary schools. The main results of the project are the following: - Creation of a set of innovative teaching materials for mathematics at secondary schools in CZ, AT, using computer technology, including the use of the mathematical software GeoGebra. - Establishment of the working groups in the H.- und M. schools, including the involvement of industrial enterprises for the creation of instructional material. - Implementation of cross-border coordination and training activities for organisations and the public (workshops, seminars for teachers, camps for pupils, events for the public). - Establishment and commissioning of the STEM Education Centre at the USD based on the experience with the STEM Centre at the JKU, with the aim of ensuring a systematic and long-term implementation of the project ideas and dissemination of knowledge. The main target groups are educational institutions, their employees and pupils, for whom the project results are primarily intended. The cross-border work is required for successful implementation, since the main exchange of experiences and know-how between the two universities concerns mathematical didactics or experiences with the operation of the STEM Education Centre. The project is not only innovative from the educational institutions’ side (secondary schools), but also from the side of industrial enterprises, coordinated by the chambers of commerce on either side of the border. The seemingly purely academic theme - the attractiveness of the math lesson - is propagated not only on academic grounds (among teachers at secondary schools), but also directly among pupils in the course of the pilot review of the newly formulated documents, and even among the general public.

Předkládaný projekt vychází z dlouhodobé spolupráce Jihočeské univerzity v Č. Budějovicích a Johannes Kepler Universität Linz v oblasti didaktiky matematiky a z potřeby zvyšovat zájem žáků ZŠ a SŠ o technické a přírodovědné obory ve vazbě na trh práce. Na základě realizovaného projektu Matematika přes hranice (2012 - 2014) byly výstupy projektu prezentovány přes univerzity a hospodářské komory průmyslovým podnikům, které projevily zájem účastnit se inovace výukových materiálů v souvislosti s praktickým využitím. Potvrzený byl také zájem ze strany základních i středních škol, resp. učitelů matematiky, na obou stranách hranice. Partnerské organizace (JU jako vedoucí partner, JKU, JHK) připravily jedinečný projekt s cílem vytvoření přeshraniční sítě pro systematické hledání cest a nástrojů, jak zvýšit zájem žáků ZŠ a SŠ o studium technických a přírodovědných oborů na SŠ a VŠ. Jako hlavní výstupy projektu lze jmenovat: - vytvoření souboru inovativních výukových materiálů pro výuku matematiky na ZŠ a SŠ v ČJ a NJ s využitím počítačových technologií včetně využití matematického softwaru GeoGebra; - vytvoření pracovních skupin ZŠ a SŠ včetně zapojení průmyslových podniků pro tvorbu výukových materiálů; - realizace přeshraničních koordinačních a vzdělávacích aktivit pro různé organizace a veřejnost (workshopy, semináře pro učitele, soustředění pro žáky, akce pro veřejnost); - založení a spuštění provozu vzdělávacího centra STEM (STEM Education Centre) na JU na základě zkušeností STEM centra na JKU s cílem zajistit soustavné a dlouhodobé prosazování myšlenek projektu, šíření poznatků. Hlavními cílovými skupinami jsou vzdělávací instituce, jejich pracovníci a žáci, pro které jsou primárně určeny výstupy projektu, zejména nové výukové materiály v elektronické podobě a akce v rámci projektu (pro učitele, jejich prostřednictvím pak pro žáky). Přeshraniční přístup je pro úspěšnou realizaci nezbytný, neboť základní přenos zkušeností a know-how probíhá mezi oběma univerzitami - ať už se to týká didaktiky matematiky či zkušenosti s provozem vzdělávacího centra STEM. Inovativní je zapojení do projektu nejen vzdělávacích institucí (ZŠ a SŠ), ale i průmyslových podniků za koordinace hospodářských komor na obou stranách hranice. Zdánlivě čistě akademické téma zatraktivnění výuky matematiky bude v rámci projektu propagováno nejen na akademické půdě, základních a středních školách mezi učiteli, ale také přímo mezi žáky ve výuce v rámci pilotního ověřování nově vytvořených materiálů, a dokonce i mezi širokou veřejností.

Das Projekt basiert auf der langfristigen Zusammenarbeit der Universität Südböhmens in Č. Budějovice und der Johannes Kepler Universität Linz in der Mathematikdidaktik mit Schwerpunkt Interessenserhöhung der Schüler an NMS, AHS u. BHS an techn. und naturwissenschaftlichen Fachbereichen im Anschluss an den Arbeitsmarkt. Die Projektergebnisse des umgesetzten Projektes Mathematik über Grenze (2012 - 2014) wurden mittels Universitäten und Wirtschaftskammern bei Industrieunternehmen präsentiert, und diese äußerten das Interesse, an der Innovation der Unterrichtsunterlagen im Zusammenhang mit der praktischen Nutzung teilzunehmen. Bestätigt war auch das Interesse seitens der NMS, AHS und BHS bzw. der Mathematik-LehrerInnen beiderseits der Grenze. Die Partnerorganisationen (Universität Südböhmen (USB) als Leadpartner, JKU, Wirtschaftskammer (WK) Südböhmen) bereiteten ein einzigartiges Projekt mit dem Ziel der Bildung eines grenzüberschreitenden Netzwerkes für die systematische Suche nach Wegen und Instrumenten vor, wie das Interesse der Sekundarstufenschüler am Unterricht der techn. und naturwiss. Fachbereichen an Sekundarstufenschulen zu erhöhen. Als Hauptergebnisse des Projektes sind folgende zu nennen: - Bildung des Satzes von innovativen Unterrichtsunterlagen für Mathematik an Sekundarstufenschulen in CZ u. AT mit Nutzung der EDV-Technologien inkl. der Nutzung der mathematischen Software GeoGebra. - Errichtung der Arbeitsgruppen der H.- und M.schulen inkl.Einbeziehung der Industriebetriebe für die Bildung der Unterrichtsunterlagen. - Durchführung der grenzüberschr. Koordinierungs- und Ausbildungsaktivitäten für Organisationen und Öffentlichkeit (Workshops, Seminare für LehrerInnen, Camps für SchülerInnen, Veranstaltungen für die Öffentlichkeit). - Gründung und Inbetriebsetzung des STEM-Bildungszentrums (STEM Education Centre) an der USD anhand der Erfahrungen mit dem STEM Center an der JKU mit dem Ziel der Sicherstellung einer systematischen und langfristigen Durchsetzung der Projektideen, Kenntnisverbreitung. Die Hauptzielgruppen sind Bildungseinrichtungen, ihre Mitarbeiter und Schüler, für die die Projektergebnisse primär bestimmt sind. Die grenzüberschreitende Arbeitsweise ist für die erfolgreiche Durchführung erforderlich, denn der Hauptaustausch von Erfahrungen und Know-how zwischen den beiden Universitäten erfolgt – betrifft es Didaktik der Mathematik oder Erfahrungen mit Betrieb des STEM Bildungszentrums. Innovativ ist die Projekteinbeziehung nicht von Bildungseinrichtungen (Sekundarstufenschulen), sondern auch von Industrieunternehmen unter Koordinierung der WK auf beiden Grenzseiten. Das scheinbar rein akademische Thema – Attraktivierung des Mathe-unterrichtes – wird nicht nur auf dem akademischen Boden, an Sekundarstufenschulen unter LehrerInnen, jedoch auch direkt unter SchülerInnen beim Unterricht im Rahmen der Pilotüberprüfung von neu gebildeten Unterlagen,sogar unter der breiten Öffentlichkeit propagiert.

Všechny níže uvedené výstupy přispívají k naplění výše uvedeného programového ukazatele: 1. Vytvoření souboru materiálů v elektronické podobě pro výuku matematiky na ZŠ a SŠ. 2. Webové stránky projektu (www.matematech.cz, www.matematech.eu), na kterých budou zveřejňovány výstupy projektu. 3. Výsledky výzkumu faktorů ovlivňující zájem žáků o technické a přírodovědné obory. 4. Jednodenní (příp. půldenní) semináře pro učitele matematiky ZŠ a SŠ (6 seminářů u JU, 6 seminářů u JKU). 5. Soustředění pro žáky se zájmem o matematiku (některá v průmyslovém podniku, celkem 6 dní u JU a 6 u JKU). 6. Akce "Setkání s matematikou a technikou" - 2 - 3 akce u každého z partnerů (univerzit). 7. Závěrečná konference projektu, na které budou prezentovány výsledky projektu. 8. Závěrečná publikace v ČJ a NJ, ve které budou publikovány výstupy ze závěrečné konference projektu. 9. Provozování vzdělávacího centra STEM na Jihočeské univerzitě v ČB.

Alle nachstehend genannten Ergebnisse tragen der Erfüllung der oben genannten Programmkennzahl bei: 1. Bildung eines Satzes von Unterlagen in elektronischer Form für Mathematikunterricht an Sekundarstufenschulen. 2. Internetseiten des Projektes (www.matematech.ez, www.matematech.eu), in denen die Projektergebnisse veröffentlicht werden. 3. Forschungsergebnisse der Faktoren bezüglich Interesses der Schüler an technischen und naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtungen. 4. Eintägige Seminare für Mathe-LehrerInnen an Sekundarstufenschulen (6 Seminare bei der USB, 6 Seminare bei der JKU). 5. Kamps für Schüler mit Mathematikinteresse (einige in einem Industriebetrieb, insgesamt 6 Tage bei der USB und 6 bei der JKU). 6. Veranstaltung "Treffen mit Mathematik und Technik" - 2 - 3 Veranstaltungen bei jedem der Partner (Universitäten). 7. Schlusskonferenz des Projektes, hier werden Projektergebnisse präsentiert. 8. Schlusspublikation in CZ und DE, hier werden Ergebnisse aus der Schlusskonferenz
