Der Verein „Die Gärten Niederösterreichs“ zählt derzeit 127 Mitglieder und arbeitet aktiv an der Angebotsentwicklung von Schaugärten in Niederösterreich (NÖ). Hierfür fehlen jedoch fundierte Informationen sowohl über Zielgruppen der historischen Parkanlagen und Gärten als auch über deren spezifischen Bedürfnisse. Auch wissenschaftlich gibt es derzeit noch wenige Erkenntnisse zu diesen Themen. In Südmähren und Vysočina entstanden viele Projekte zur Revitalisierung von historischen Parkanlagen und Gärten, aber es fehlen Kenntnisse über deren touristischen Nutzung und eine gemeinsame Vermarktung. Regionen besitzen ungenütztes Natur- und Kulturerbe, welches touristisch zugänglich gemacht werden soll. Durch die Methodenkenntnis und Forschungserfahrung des PP IMC FH Krems kann die Ermittlung fehlender Informationen zu den Bedürfnissen der verschiedenen Gartenbesucher und deren gewünschten Erlebnisse bestmöglich erfolgen. Die Ergebnisse der wissenschaftlichen Studien werden in einem Handbuch mit Qualitätskriterien für die Inwertsetzung von Grünräumen aufbereitet und als Basis für weitere Produktentwicklung dienen, um die Erlebnisqualität der Parks und Gärten zu steigern. Weiters werden neue gemeinsame grenzüberschreitende Tourismusangebote mit Geschichten im Bereich Grünräume erarbeitet und auf dem Markt präsentiert. Diese sollen sowohl gemeinsame als auch lokale Besonderheiten des materiellen und immateriellen Kultur- und Naturerbes in Bezug auf Grünräume hervorheben, den verschiedenen Zielgruppen vorgestellt werden und zum Besuch und Urlaub in den Regionen motivieren. Hauptprojektziel ist eine Steigerung des Besucherinteresses an Natur- und Kulturerbe von Grünräumen. Durch das Projekt wird ein grenzüberschreitendes gemeinsames Angebot von hist. Parkanlagen und Gärten in Südmähren, NÖ und auch in Vysočina aufgebaut und eine nachhaltige Erhaltung, Inwertsetzung und Nutzung sichergestellt. Zu den wichtigsten Ergebnissen zählen das gemeinsame Netzwerk im Bereich von Grünräumen im Tourismus zum Wissensaustausch und das gemeinsame Angebot des Kultur- und Naturerbes mit grenzüberschreitenden Geschichten und innovativen Aktionen, um Aufmerksamkeit hinsichtlich des gemeinsamen Angebots zu wecken. Der innovative Charakter dieses Projekts liegt u.a. in den geplanten Aktionen (Pop-Up-Gärten) und in der Aufbereitung gemeinsamer Geschichten in Form von Storytelling. Es wird dadurch nicht nur ein grenzüberschreitender Ausflugstourismus gefördert, sondern es werden durch eine breitere Vermarktung, z.B. auch in Deutschland, Urlauber aufgrund des neuen, attraktiven Programms dazu motiviert, mehrere Orte in Südmähren, NÖ und Vysočina zu besuchen, somit eine längere Zeit in der Region zu verbringen und damit die Anzahl der Übernachtungen zu steigern. Die Projektergebnisse werden nicht nur allen Partnern sondern auch anderen interessierten Park- und Gartenbetrieben zugänglich sein. Darüber hinaus werden sie auch für andere Regionen übertragbar sein.

Spolek „ Zahrady Dolního Rakouska -Die Gärten Niederösterreichs“ má v současnosti 127 členů a aktivně pracuje na rozvoji nabídky v oblasti ukázkových zahrad v Dolním Rakousku. Ale chybějí fundované informace jak o cílových skupinách historických parků a zahrad, tak i o jejich specifických potřebách. V současnosti je k dispozici velice málo vědeckých poznatků k těmto tématům. Na jižní Moravě i na Vysočině vzniklo mnoho projektů na revitalizaci historických parků a zahrad, ale chybí zde znalosti o využití v cestovním ruchu a společná propagace. Regiony mají nevyužité přírodní a kulturní bohatství, které by mělo být zpřístupněno turistům. Díky znalosti metod a zkušenostem z výzkumu IMC Fachhochschule Krems se může uskutečnit zjištění chybějících informací k potřebám různých návštěvníků zahrad a jejich požadavků na zážitky. Výsledky vědeckých studií budou zpracovány v podobě manuálu s kvalitativními kritérii pro zhodnocování zelených prostor a sloužit jako báze pro další rozvoj produktu, aby byla zvyšována kvalita zážitků v parcích a zahradách.Dále budou vypracovány nové společné přeshraniční nabídky s příběhy v oblasti zelených prostor a prezentovány na trhu. Tyto nabídky budou zviditelňovat jak společné, tak i lokální zajímavosti hmotného a nehmotného kulturního a přírodního bohatství zelených prostor, představeny různým cílovým skupinám a motivovat k návštěvě a dovolené v regionech. Hlavním cílem projektu je dosáhnout zvýšení zájmu návštěvníků o kulturní a přírodní bohatství zelených prostor. Díky projektu bude vybudována přeshraniční společná nabídka historických parků a zahrad na jižní Moravě, Dolním Rakousku a také na Vysočině a tak zajištěno jejich trvale udržitelné zachování, zhodnocení a využití. K nejdůležitějším výsledkům projektu patří společná síť v oblasti zelených prostor, která umožní výměnu znalostí a společná nabídka kulturního a přírodního bohatství s přeshraničními příběhy a inovativními akcemi, aby byla stržena pozornost na tuto společnou nabídku. Inovativní charakter tohoto projektu je mimo jiné v plánovaných akcích (pop-up zahrady) a v přípravě příběhů ve formě storytellingu. Tím nebude podpořen pouze přeshraniční výletní turismus, ale díky propagaci např. v Německu budou návštěvníci pomocí nového atraktivního programu motivovavání k tomu, aby navštívili více míst na jižní Moravě, Vysočině a v Dolním Rakousku, ti tak stráví v regionu delší čas a tím se navýší počet přenocování v regionu. Výsledky projektu budou dostupné všem partnerům a dalším zájemcům z řad parků/zahrad. Budou také přenositelné pro jiné regiony.

The “The Gardens of Lower Austria” association currently has 127 members and is actively involved in the development of the range of display gardens in Lower Austria (NÖ). However, there is a lack of in-depth information about the target groups of the historical parks and gardens as well as their specific requirements. Even in science, there are currently few findings on these topics. In South Moravia and Vysočina, many projects have been developed to revitalise historical parks and gardens, but there is a lack of knowledge as to their tourist potential and joint marketing. Regions have under-utilised natural and cultural heritage, which should be made accessible to tourists. Utilising the methodological knowledge and research experience of the PP IMC FH Krems, it is possible to find the best information about the requirements of the different garden visitors and their desired experiences. The results of the scientific studies will be published in a handbook with quality criteria for the valorisation of green spaces and serve as a basis for further product development to increase the experiential quality of the parks and gardens. Furthermore, new joint cross-border tourism offerings in green spaces will be developed and presented on the market. These should emphasise both common and local peculiarities of material and immaterial cultural and natural heritage in relation to green spaces, presented to different target groups to motivate them to visit and holiday in the regions. The main objective of the project is to increase visitors' interest in the natural and cultural heritage of the green spaces. The project creates a cross-border joint offering of historical parks and gardens in South Moravia, Lower Austria and in Vysočina, and ensures sustainable preservation, valorisation and utilisation. Among the most important results are the joint network in the area of green spaces in tourism for the exchange of knowledge and the joint offering of cultural and natural heritage with cross-border stories and innovative actions to arouse attention with regard to the joint offering. The innovative character of this project lies in the planned actions (pop-up gardens) and in the preparation of shared stories in storytelling form. This will hopefully not only promote cross-border excursion tourism, but also, through broader marketing, e.g. even in Germany, attract holidaymakers with the new, attractive programme to visit several places in South Moravia, Lower Austria and Vysočina, thus spending a longer time in the region and increasing the number of overnight stays. The project results will be accessible not only to all the partners, but also to other interested parks and gardens and they will also be transferable to other regions.

Im Rahmen des Projekts wurde die Revitalisierung von Grünräumen untersucht, um ihr touristisches Potenzial zu erschließen. Außerdem galt es, Wege zu finden, um die Qualität des Besuchserlebnisses im Hinblick auf das Natur- und Kulturerbe (sowohl materiell als auch immateriell) in den Gärten und Parkanlagen in Niederösterreich und Südmähren zu steigern. Das Projekt analysierte die Profile und Anforderungen der verschiedenen Typen von Gartenbesuchern. Auf Grundlage dieser Erkenntnisse wurde ein Handbuch mit Qualitätskriterien für die Manager von Grünräumen entwickelt. In diesem Projekt wurden außerdem neue gemeinsame, grenzüberschreitende Vorschläge für den Gartentourismus entwickelt und präsentiert.

The project examined the revitalisation of green spaces in order to unlock their tourist potential. In addition, it was necessary to find ways to increase the quality of the visiting experience in terms of natural and cultural heritage (both material and intangible) in the gardens and parks in Lower Austria and South Moravia. The project analysed the profiles and requirements of the various types of garden visitors. Based on these findings, a manual with quality criteria for the managers of green spaces has been developed. This project also developed and presented new joint cross-border proposals for garden tourism.

Zu den wichtigsten Ergebnissen des Projektes zählen das gemeinsame Netzwerk im Bereich Grünräume im Tourismus und das gemeinsame Angebot des Kultur- und Naturerbes mit grenzüberschreitenden Geschichten und innovativen Aktionen, um die Aufmerksamkeit hinsichtlich des gemeinsamen Angebots zu gewinnen. Aufgrund des neu entstandenen Partnernetzwerkes soll das Kultur- und Naturerbe der Grünräume eine Aufwertung hinsichtlich dessen Inwertsetzung erfahren. Die Studienergebnisse dienen als Basis für die Entwicklung des gemeinsamen touristischen Angebots und dessen Vermarktung. Dadurch soll eine Steigerung der Ankünfte um 15% (ca. 163 000 Besucher) in der Region erzielt werden. Durch die Vermarktung, auch z.B. in Deutschland, werden Urlauber vom neuen attraktiven Programm, das "Storytelling" beinhaltet, dazu motiviert, mehrere Orte in Südmähren, Vysočina und NÖ zu besuchen, somit eine längere Zeit in der Region zu verbringen und damit die Anzahl der Übernachtungen in der Region zu steigern.

K nejdůležitějším výsledkům projektu patří společná síť v oblasti zelených prostor a společná nabídka kulturního a přírodního bohatství s přeshraničními příběhy a inovativními akcemi, aby byla stržena pozornost na tuto společnou nabídku. Na základě vzniklé sítě partnerů by mělo být kulturní a přírodní bohatství zelených prostor zhodnoceno. Výsledky studií poslouží jako báze pro rozvoj společných turistických nabídek a jejich propagaci. Tím by mělo být dosaženo růstu příjezdů turistů o 15% (cca 163 000 návštěvníků). Propagace např. v Německu bude návštěvníky pomocí nového atraktivního programu, který obsahuje "storytelling", motivovat k tomu, aby navštívili více míst na jižní Moravě, Vysočině a v Dolním Rakousku, ti tak stráví v regionu delší čas a tím se navýší počet přenocování v regionu.
