Description (CS):

Stav půdy a vody je na rakouské i české straně zhoršován změnami klimatu. V České republice jsou ale orné půdy degradovány zhutněním a ztrátou organické hmoty. Tím ztratily značnou část schopnosti přijmout a udržet srážkovou vodu. Je vědecky dokázáno, že zvýšení množství organické půdní složky pozitivně ovlivňuje hospodaření půdy s vodou. A tento proces ještě může více ulehčit kompost. Podstatným je organické vázání živin v kompostu. Díky tomu se živiny snadno neuvolňují ve spodních vodách, ale jsou zachovány pro rostliny. Teprve za těchto podmínek přispívá využívání kompostu ke zlepšení funkcí půdy. Hlavním cílem předkládaného projektu INTEKO je inovativní technologie kompostování, která zajistí standardizaci kvality kompostu. Tato technologie umožní recyklovat fosfor a dusík z organických odpadů. Základem inovace je nová metodika objektivního posouzení zralosti kompostu a jeho kvality. Uživateli zajistí dosažení dobré kvality, takže mohou být naplněny nároky uživatelů a lze použít více kompostu pro zlepšení stavu půdy. K specifickým cílům projektů patří: 1.)Vývoj inovativních technologií pro kompostování a kontrolu kvality kompostu za pomoci nákladově příznivé metody infračervené spektrometrie. 2.) Recyklace celosvětově nedostatkového zdroje fosforu za pomoci vývoje nové biologické techniky vedoucí ke zlepšení účinnosti (druhotné fosforečné suroviny – zdrojem čistírenské kaly). 3) Vývoj nákladově výhodné metody k měření množství dusičnanu z půd do spodních vod (v delším časovém období pomocí technologie iontoměničových destiček). Tato technologie umožňuje efektivněji využít živiny obsažené v půdě, což se pozitivně projevuje v tvorbě hodnoty produkce a na životním prostředí. Rakouští partneři přinášejí své know-how z oblasti určování kvality kompostu a jeho zralosti, též prostřednictvím expertíz hospodaření půdy s vodou a také možnost kalibrace nové technologie iontoměničových destiček pomocí lyzimetrie. Přínos českých partnerů spočívá v nové iontoměničové technologii vyvinuté Mendelovou univerzitou, dále v odborné expertize a evaluaci ze strany Mendelovy univerzity a v testovacích možnostech kompostování v případě ZERA. V obou zemích jsou všichni partneři se strategickými partnery účastni při zavádění získaných inovací do praxe a při implementaci v cílových skupinách (veřejná správa, provozovatelé kompostáren, majitelé půdy, organizace činné ve vodohospodářské oblasti). Výsledky projektu poskytnou přínos ke zlepšení půdy v Jihomoravském kraji a v Kraji Vysočina, ale též i v celém spádovém obvodu Podunají. Spoluprací partnerů, jimi předaným know-how a zdroji mohou být zmíněné cíle naplněny a mohou tak být i přeneseny do prax.

Der Zustand von Böden u. Wasserhaushalt in AT u. CZ verschlechtert sich durch die Klimaänderung. In Betrieben in CZ wird auch Bodenverdichtung u. Verlust an organischer Substanz beobachtet, was Wasseraufnahme-u. speicherfähigkeit der Böden reduziert. Es ist wissenschaftlich bewiesen, dass Erhöhung der organischen Bodensubstanz den Wasserhaushalt des Bodens positiv beeinflusst. Dies kann mit Kompost leicht erreicht werden. Wesentlich ist die organ. Bindung der Nährstoffe im Kompost. Dadurch lösen sich die Nährstoffe nicht leicht im Bodenwasser, sind aber f. Pflanzen verfügbar. Erst unter diesen Bedingungen trägt die Kompostanwendung zur Verbesserung der Bodenfunktionen bei. Das Hauptziel des Projektes INTEKO ist eine innovative Kompost-Technologie, die die Standardisierung der Kompostqualität sichert. Diese Technologie ermöglicht es, organische Substanz, Phosphor und Stickstoff aus den organischen organ. Abfällen zu rezyklieren. Die Grundlage der Innovation ist die neue Methodik der objektiven Beurteilung d. Kompostqualität und Kompostreife. Sie erleichtert dem Hersteller das Erreichen guter Qualität, sodass die Ansprüche der Anwender erfüllt werden können und mehr Kompost zur Bodenverbesserung eingesetzt wird. Die spezifischen Ziele des Projektes sind: 1.) Die Entwicklung von innovativen Technologien für die Kompostierung u. die Kompost-Qualitätskontrolle mit Hilfe der kostengünstigen Methode NIRS Nah-Infrarot-Spektroskopie. 2.) Das Recycling der weltweit knappen Ressource Phosphor, indem eine neue biolog. Technik zur Verbesserung der Wirksamkeit von Phosphor-haltigen Sekundärrohstoffen aus Klärschlamm entwickelt wird. 3.) Entwicklung einer kostengünstigen Methode zur Messung d. Summe des Stickstoffaustrags aus Böden ins Grundwasser über einen längeren Zeitraum mittels Ion Exchange Resin- (IER)Technologie. Diese ermöglicht es die Nährstoffe im Boden effektiver zu nützen, was sich positiv auf Wertschöpfung und Umwelt auswirkt. AT Partner bringen ihr Know-How betreffend Bestimmung von Kompostqualität u. Kompostreife ein, und auch Bodenwasserhaushalts-Expertise und die Möglichkeit die neue IER-Technologie mit Lysimeter zu kalibrieren. Der Beitrag der CZ Partner ist die neue IER-Methodik, die von MENDELU entwickelt wurde, die Fachexpertise u. Evaluation durch MENDELU u. die Versuchsmöglichkeiten bei der Kompostierung von ZERA. In beiden Ländern sind alle Partner mit strateg.Partnern bei der Umsetzung des erarbeiteten Innovationen in die Praxis u. bei der Implementation bei den Zielgruppen öffentl.Verwaltung, Kompostanlagenbetreiber, Bodenbewirtschafter, Wasserwirtschafts-Organisationen) erfahren und beteiligt. Die Ergebnisse des Projekts leisten einen Beitrag zur Verbesserung der Böden im Südmährischen Kreis u. im Kreis Vysocina, aber auch im gesamten Einzugsbereich der Donauländer.

Description (EN):

The condition of soil and water balance in AT & CZ is deteriorating due to climate change. In operations in the Czech Republic, soil compaction and loss of organic matter is being observed, resulting in water absorption and reduced storage capacity of the soils. It is scientifically proven that increasing the organic soil substance positively influences the water balance of the soil. This can be easily achieved with compost. What is essential is the organic binding of the nutrients in compost. As a result, the nutrients do not easily dissolve in the groundwater, but are made available to plants. Only under these conditions, does the application of composts contribute to the improvement of soil functions. The main goal of the INTEKO project is innovative compost technology, which ensures the standardisation of compost quality. This technology allows organic matter, phosphorus and nitrogen from organic waste to be recycled. The basis of this innovation is the new methodology of objective assessment of compost quality and compost maturation. It makes it easier for the manufacturer to achieve good quality so that the user's requirements can be met and more compost can be used for soil improvement. The project’s specific objectives are: 1.) The development of innovative technologies for composting and compost quality control using the inexpensive near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) method. 2.) Recycling the world's scarce resource phosphorus by adding a new biological technique for improving the efficacy of phosphorus-rich secondary raw materials from sewage sludge. 3.) Development of a cost-effective method for measuring the amount of nitrogen output from soil into groundwater over a longer period using Ion Exchange Resin (IER) technology. This enables the nutrients in the soil to be used more effectively, which has a positive effect on the value added and the environment. AT partners bring their know-how for determining compost quality, compost maturity, and groundwater management expertise and the ability to calibrate the new IER technology with lysimeters. The CZ partners’ contribution is the new IER methodology developed by MENDELU, the expertise and evaluation by MENDELU and the test possibilities for composting by ZERA. In both countries, all partners are involved with strategic partners in the practical implementation of the developed innovations, implementation in the target groups of public administration, compost facility operators, land managers and water management organisations. The results of the project contribute to the improvement of soils in the South Moravian Region, in the district of Vysocina, and in the entire catchment area of the Danube countries.

Expected Outputs (CS):

Hlavními výsledky projektu jsou: vývoj nové technologie kompostování (přidáním bio-uhlíku), infračervená spektroskopie (metoda pro určování zralosti kompostu), nový biologický postup ke zlepšení účinnosti druhotných surovin obsahujících fosfor a metoda měření vymývání dusíku do spodních vod prostřednictvím iontoměničových destiček. Tři poslední jmenované jsou novými přístupy, které budou v projektu vyvinuty do podoby eko-inovací a tím bude naplněn programový výstupový indikátor OP 10 – Počet eko-inovací, které byly představeny v přeshraničním regionu. Vedle toho jsou ještě přeshraniční aktivity/mechanismy jako předávání know-how při zajišťování kvality kompostu, což přispívá k výstupovému indikátoru OP 11 – Počet přeshraničních aktivit/mechanismů v oblasti eko-inovací. Obsažná public relation a rozšiřování povědomí o výsledcích projektu povede k tomu, že bude dosaženo indikátoru účinku.

Hauptergebnisse des Projekts sind Entwicklung einer neuen Technologie bei d. Kompostierung (Zugabe v. Bio-Kohle), NIRS (Nah-Infrarot-Spektroskopie)- Methode für d. Kompostreife-Bestimmung, neues biolog. Verfahren z. Verbesserung d. Wirksamkeit von Phosphor-haltigen Sekundärrohstoffen u. Methode zur Messung d. Nitratauswaschung ins Grundwasser mittels Ion exchange resin (IER)-Technologie. Letztere drei sind neue Ansätze, die im Projekt zu Öko-Innovationen entwickelt werden u. damit Programm-Outputindikator OP 10 - Anzahl der Öko-Innovationen, welche in d. grenzüberschreitenden Region vorgestellt wurden, erfüllen. Daneben gibt es grenzüberschreitende Aktivitäten/Mechanismen wie Know-How-Transfer bei Kompostqualitätssicherung, die zum Outputindikator OP 11 - Anzahl der grenzüberschreitenden Aktivitäten/Mechanismen im Bereich der Öko-Innovationen beitragen. Umfangreiche Öffentlichkeitsarbeit u. Verbreitung d. Projektergebnisse wird dazu führen, dass d. Wirkungsindikator erreicht wird.
