Many programs are designed to manage manpower talents in business and service sectors, but not a clear program exists for managing students’ talents in partner schools. Based on their social, economic and cultural needs and possibilities the educatio nal institutions on the two sides of the border incorporate teaching methodologies and tools into their educational programs in the way which will fit to the local specialties and serve the needs of their own students. But the key to the continuing p rofessional development of teachers and education is the exchange of experiences in innovations and methodological knowledge with colleagues from other institutions and countries. The main objective of the project - through providing space for excha nge of experiences and know-how transfer between the two partner schools in the field of talent management - is to jointly develop an improved and innovative program for gifted students. The project has two primary target groups: - students: in the 8th-11th classes of the partner schools the development of the talented students will be performed with solution focused approach - school teachers: from each partner school teachers will be trained to up-to-date talent management methods and they wi ll have the possibility to transmit knowledge and share experiences on the workshops The main elements of the program: - joint training of teachers on solution focused methodology, mentoring and life skills - joint workshops for teachers for introdu cing and discussion of innovative teaching methods - joint student camps - classes taught by exchange teachers in each partner school - manual on best practices and impact assessment The program is an opportunity for involved students to recognise e ach other's culture and environment. Through the dissemination of the newly developed methodology schools will be able to connect with other educational institutions in the border region sharing knowledge and experiences.

V sektore obchodu a služby je mnoho programov pre rozvíjanie talentov, ale tieto smery ešte nie sú v školách vyzreté. Na oboch stranách štátnych hraníc školské inštitúcie si do školského vzdelávacieho programu začleňujú pre svojich žiakov vzdelávacie metódy a učebné pomôcky podľa vlastných spoločensko–hospodársko–kultúrnych potrieb a miestnych podmienok, špecialít a potenciálov. Kľúčom pre stály profesijný rozvoj vzdelávania, pre rozvoj učiteľov a získavanie inovácií a nových metodických poznatkov je výmena skúseností medzi odborníkmi iných inštitúcií a krajín. Hlavným cieľom projektu - vyhradený priestor a prenos skúseností i know-how medzi dvoma partnerskými školami v oblasti rozvíjania talentovaných žiakov, aby sa vypracoval jeden vylepšený inovačný program pre talentovaných žiakov. Prvoradá cieľová skupina projektu: -študenti: pomocou metodiky zameranej na riešenie rozvoja žiakov 8.- 11. ročníkov, -učitelia: pedagógovia partnerských škôl spoznajú metódy moderného menedžmentu talentov, v rámci workshopov podelia sa so svojimi skúsenosťami a svojimi znalosťami. Hlavné prvky programu: -Spoločné ďalšie vzdelávanie učiteľov zameranej na metodiku v oblasti mentorstva a zručností pre život, -Spoločné workshopy pre učiteľov pre spoznanie a spracovanie inovačných vzdelávacích metód, -Spoločné študentské tábory, -Výmenný program učiteľov, -Príručka z najlepšieho cvičenia z praxe a posudok vplyvu programu. Projekt dá príležitosť na to, aby žiaci vytvorili také spoločné produkty, ktoré sa zameriavajú na prezentáciu a uznanie vzájomnej kultúry, prostredia a školy, a aby sa zúčastnili na takých programoch, ktoré vytvoria možnosť učenia sa navzájom. Prezentácia novej rozvitej vylepšenej metódy v iných vzdelávacích inštitúciách v pohraničnom regióne, by mohla ďalej rozšíriť znalosti a skúsenosti pedagógov.

Az üzleti és szolgáltatási szektorban számos tehetséggondozó program létezik, de a pályázó iskolákban nincsenek még kiforrott irányok. Az oktatási intézmények a határ két oldalán a saját társadalmi, gazdasági és kulturális igényeikhez és helyi specialitásaikhoz, lehetőségeikhez illő, valamint a saját diákjaik számára megfelelő tanítási módszereket és eszközöket illesztik oktatási programjaikba. De a tanárok és az oktatás folyamatos szakmai fejlődéséhez, az innovációk és új módszertani ismeretek elsajátításához a kulcs a más intézmények és országok szakembereivel való tapasztalatcsere. A projekt fő célja – teret biztosítva a tapasztalatok és a know-how átadásának a két partner iskola között a tehetséggondozás területén -, hogy közösen kerüljön kidolgozásra egy továbbfejlesztett és innovatív program a tehetséges diákok számára. A projekt elsődleges célcsoportjai: - Diákok: a 8- 11. osztályos tanulók fejlesztése a megoldásfókuszú módszertan segítségével, - Tanárok: a partner iskolák pedagógusai korszerű tehetség menedzsment módszereket ismernek meg, műhelymunkák keretében pedig megoszthatják tapasztalataikat és elmélyíthetik tudásukat. A program fő elemei: - Tanárok közös továbbképzésére a megoldásfókuszú módszertan, mentori és életvezetési készségek területén, - Közös műhelymunka a tanárok számára az innovatív tanítási módszerek megismerésére és feldolgozására, - Közös diák táborok, - Cseretanár program, - Kézikönyv a legjobb gyakorlatokról és a program hatásvizsgálata. A projekt lehetőséget teremt arra, hogy a diákok olyan közös produktumokat készítsenek, amely egymás kultúrájának és környezetének, iskolájának bemutatását és elismerését célozzák meg, valamint részt vegyenek olyan programokon, amelyek az egymástól való tanulás lehetőségét teremtik meg. Az újonnan kifejlesztett módszer megismertetése más oktatási intézményekkel is a határ menti régióban, tovább gyarapíthatja a közös tudást és tapasztalatokat.

The main objectives of the project was providing space for exchange of experiences and knowhow transfer between the two partner schools in the field of talent management. Based on their social, economic and cultural needs and possibilities the educational institutions on the two sides of the border incorporate teaching methodologies and tools into their educational programs in the way which will fit to the local specialties and serve the needs of their own students. But the key to the continuing professional development of teachers' and education is the exchange of experiences in innovations and methodological knowledge with colleagues from other institutions and countries. The main objective of the project - through providing space for exchange of experiences and know-how transfer between the two partner schools in the field of talent management - was to jointly develop an improved and innovative program for gifted students. The project had two primary target groups: - secondary school students: in the 9th-10th classes of the partner schools the development of the talented students has been performed with solution focused approach. - secondary school teachers: from each partner school teachers have been trained to up-to-date talent management methods and they had the possibility to transmit knowledge and share experiences on the workshops. The main elements of the program were: 4 joint training of teachers on solution focused methodology, mentoring and life skills. 4 joint workshops for teachers for introducing and discussion of innovative teaching methods. 2 joint student camps. 8-8 classes taught by exchange teachers in each partner school. elaboration of a manual on best practices and impact assessment The program provided an opportunity for involved students to recognise each other's culture and environment. Through the dissemination of the newly developed program schools became able to connect with other educational institutions in the border region sharing knowledge and experiences.
