The specific aim of the EYES project is to make the Slovakian-Hungarian border region a more cohesive and competitive one by improving employment opportunities and supporting institutional and people to people cooperation. The common challenge which led the partners to formulate the project proposal is the low level of entreprenurial competence in Slovakia and in Hungary, and also the statistics that show that young persons rather would like to be employed by the state or by multinationals than to start their own business and be self-employed. In the region, the unemployment rate of the youth below age 25 is higher than in the age group 25-40 which is the most active from employment point of view. The number of self-employed under the age 40 was decresead by 50% between 2000- 2015. Furthermore, according to the EU SAFE 2014 survey, the two main challenges and problems of the regions is that for companies and employers it is quite difficult to find competent, young employees, secondly , the low level of entrepreneurial competence and skill. Thus, the main aim of the EYES project is to enhance cross-border coopeation of the partners and the promotion of the co-operation opportunities in the programme area by exchanging of good pra ctices and experiences in developing, emerging young entrepreneurs in Slovakia and Hungary with the help of innovative business development models (3D virtual platform is included). The idea is to develop and implement a complex out of the box educat ion method which could be multiplicated in both countries and even beyond. Stakeholders and civil society will contribute as well in order to reach a critical mass of youth. Number of cross-border events will be organized including competitions for startups/innovative project idea owners and the main result will be youth on both side of the border with entreprenurial spirit and skill.

Špecifickým zámerom projektu EYES je zvýšiť kohéznosť a konkurenčnú schopnosť slovensko-maďarského pohraničného regiónu zlepšením príležitostí zamestnanosti a podporou spolupráce inštitúcií a ľudí. Spoločná výzva, ktorá viedla partnerov sformulovať návrh projektu je nízka úroveň podnikateľských kompetencií na Slovensku a v Maďarsku a tiež štatistické údaje uvádzajúce, že mladá generácia preferuje životnú dráhu zamestnanca v štátnej organizácii alebo v nadnárodnej spoločnosti voči rozbehu vlastného podnikania. V tomto pohraničnom regióne je miera nezamestnanosti madých ľudí do veku 25 rokov vyššia ako vo vekovej skupine od 25 do 40 rokov, ktorá je najaktívnejšia z hľadiska zamestnanosti. Počet SZČO vo veku do 40 rokov tiež klesol o 50% v období 2000 - 2015. Ďalej, podľa prieskumu EU SAFE 2014 dve hlavné výzvy a problémy spoločností a zamestnávateľov boli nájsť kompetentných mladých pracovníkov a nízka úroveň ich podnikateľských kompetencií a zručností. Preto je hlavným zámerom projektu EYES zvýšiť cezhraničnú spoluprácu partnerov a propagácia príležitostí takejto spolupráce v programovej oblasti na základe výmeny osvedčených skúseností z praxe a skúseností z rozvoja začínajúcich mladých podnikateľov na Slovensku a v Maďarsku pomocou inovatívnych modelov rozvoja podnikania (vrátane virtuálnej 3D platformy). Ide o zavedenie komplexnej neštandardnej vzdelávacej metódy, ktorá by mohla byť multiplikovaná v oboch krajinách, prípadne aj mimo nich. Stakeholderi a občianska spoločnosť tiež prispejú k tomu, aby mala dosah na kritickú masu mladých. Budú sa organizovať viaceré cezhraničné podujatia vrátane súťaží startupov /autorov nápadov invatívnych projektov, ktorých hlavným výsledkom budú mladí ľudia s podnikateľským duchom a potrebnými zručnosťami na oboch stranách hranice.

Az EYES projekt specifikus célja Szlovákia és Magyarország határmenti régióit gazdaságilag még egységesebbé és versenyképesebbé tenni, miközben javulnak az emberek és intézmények közötti kapcsolatok és együttműködések, és bővülnek a foglalkoztatási lehetőségek. A közös kihívás, mely a partnereket a projekt megformálására ihlette, a Szlovákiában és Magyarországon tapasztalható alacsony vállalkozói szellem, valamint azok a statisztikák, melyek felhívják a figyelmet, hogy a fiatalok inkább állami és multinacionális cégek alkalmazottai kívánnak lenni, mintsem saját vállalkozásukat elindítani és önfoglalkoztatóvá válni. A régióban is magasabb a 25 év alatti fiatalok munkanélkülisége, mint a foglalkoztatás szempontjából legaktívabb, 25-54 éves korcsoporté. A 40 év alatti önfoglalkoztatók száma megfeleződött Magyarországon 2000-2015 között. Illetve, az EU SAFE 2014 kutatása alapján, a régióban a két legfőbb kihívás és probléma, hogy a munkáltatók és cégek nehezen találnak kompetens, fiatal alkalmazottakat, illetve, hogy a vállalkozói szellem/kompetenciák alacsony szintűek. Így az EYES projekt fő célja a határon átnyúló együttműködés erősítése a partnerintézmények között, és a rendelkezésre álló, problémát kezelő szolgálatások népszerűsítése a témában. Jó gyakorlatok megosztása és egy 3D virtuális platform segítségével innovatív üzletfejlesztési modell megvalósítása. Egy olyan komplex, hagyományostól eltérő oktatási metódus kifejlesztése és implementálása, amely átültethető más ország gyakorlatába is. Stratégiai partnerek és a civil szervezetek szintén hozzájárulnak, hogy a program elérje a fiatalok kritikus tömegét. Számos határon átnyúló esemény valósul meg magában foglalva startupok és innovatív ötletek versenyét, amelynek a fő eredménye olyan fiatalok a határ mindkét oldalán, amelyek vállalkozói kompetenciákkal bírnak és vállalkozói szellem buzog bennük.
