Description (EN):

Our project aims to improve the quality conditions of social, health, infrastructure and related services in Ács and Modrany and their agglomerations through the cooperation of local governments, civil organisations and the local population. The proj ect activities are based on three thematic pillars, to which the core activities are connected as follows: (1) Extending the know-how of professionals and their exchange of experience, which we support by professional trainings, the presentation and discussion of best practices in the two countries. This process is more efficient if we provide psychological health care to the professionals involved in the social services. (2) Mutual learning is a very efficient tool for the development of bord er region, and based on this the project partners help each other in two different themes. (2a) Our stressed aim is to improve health and social conditions of multiple disadvantaged local residents. To improve the health conditions of the target gro up, we prepare prevention presentations on health and family, and organise health screenings. (2b) The other field of support for the target group is social integration. To achieve this, we organise practical trainings at thematic community programm es adjusted to market needs to provide help for reintegration. The situation of the Roma population in the region is also problematic. Support and development programmes serve their special integration needs and help their gradual integration. Welf are is an important element of social cohesion, which can be established with a secure workplace, therefore we provide labour-market trainings to support their job search and later the retaining of their jobs. (3) For the development of health infras tructure, the local availability of basic health care is essential. This opportunity is established by the renovation and reformation of health care provider buildings in both settlements.

Vytýčeným cieľom nášho projektu je kvalitatívne zlepšenie služieb vo sfére sociálnej, zdravotníctva, infraštruktúry v spolupráci miestneho obyvateľstva, v meste Ács (HU) a v obci Modrany (SK) v záujme 0dborné činnosti v rámci projektu sa skladajú z 3 častí: (1) Rozširenie vedomostí a výmena skúseností odborných pracovníkov, v čom budú nápomocné odborné kurzy, oboznámením sa s dobrými cvičeniami, workshopmi, ktorý proces je efektívny v tom prípade ak propri rozvíjaní odborných kompetencií kladieme dôraz aj na ochranu psychického zdravia. Partneri si navzájom pomáhajú v rôznych témach, nakoľko to je nástrojom rozvinutia pohraničných regiónov. (2) Hlavnou úlohou je zlepšenie sociálnej a zdravotnej situácie viacnásobne znevýhodneného miestneho obyvateľstva. K zlepšeniu zdravotného stavu obyvateľstva treba zdôrazniť rolu prevencie, aj tak rozsširujeme ich znalosti a pomáhame im aj s preventívnymi zdravotnými prehliadkami. Druhou podmienkou posilnenia konkurencieschopnosti je posilnenie sociálnej integrácie, ktorá umožňuje začlenenie sa obyvateľov znevýhodneného prostredia. Pre nich sú nápomocné praktické tréningy a komunitné aktivity pri reintegrácii. V regióne znáša problémy aj pozícia rómskeho obyvateľstva, pre ktorých plánujeme dopytovo orientovaný integračný program. Dôležitým prvkom sociálnej kohézie je blahobyt, ktorý sa môže vytvoriť hlavne s pracovnými miestami, budeme podporovať marginalizované skupiny obyvateľstva s pracovnými tréningmi, umiestniť sa a udržať získané pracovné pozície. (3) K rozvíjanou zdravotnej infraštruktúry je podstatné, aby základná zdravotná strarostlivosť bola prístupná v mieste bydliska, čo partneri umožnia rekonštrukciou budov.

Projektünk Ács és Madar települések, valamint közvetlen környezetük felzárkózása érdekében az önkormányzatok, valamint a helyi lakosság összefogásával a szükséges szociális, egészségügyi, infrastrukturális és a kapcsolódó szolgáltatások minőségi feltételeinek javítását tűzte ki célul. A tevékenységek három pillérre épülnek, melyekhez szakmai résztevékenységek kapcsolódnak: (1) Szakemberek tudásának bővítése és tapasztalatcseréje, amit szakmai képzésekkel, jó gyakorlatok megismerésével, workshopokkal segítünk, mely folyamat akkor hatékony, ha a szakmai kompetenciák fejlesztése mellett figyelmet fordítunk lelki egészségvédelmükre is. Az egymástól való tanulás kiváló eszköze a határtérség fejlesztésének, ezért a partnerek ebben is segítik egymást két különböző témában. (2) Kiemelt feladatunk a sokszor hátrányos helyzetű helyi lakosság egészségügyi és szociális helyzetének javítása. A lakosság egészségi állapotának javításához a megelőzés szerepe hangsúlyozandó, így bővítjük ismereteiket, egészségügyi szűrésekkel segítjük őket. A versenyképesség erősítésének másik feltétele a szociális integráció erősítése, amely a kistérség népességének jelentős hányadát jelentő hátrányos helyzetű lakosság felzárkóztatását jelenti. Számukra a piaci igényekhez igazodó gyakorlatorientált tréningeken, közösségi programokon való részvétel nyújthat segítséget a reintegrációra. A térségben a roma népesség helyzete is problémákat hordoz, akik számára igény szerint kialakított, a szakaszos integrációt segítő ellátási és felzárkóztatási programokat terveztünk. A szociális kohézió fontos eleme a jólét, mely leginkább biztos munkahellyel teremthető meg, így munkaerőpiaci tréningekkel támogatjuk a marginalizálódott lakosság elhelyezkedését és a munkahelyek megtartását. (3) Az egészségügyi infrastruktúra fejlesztéséhez elengedhetetlen az egészségügyi alapellátások helyben való rendelkezésre állása, melynek lehetőségét mindkét település esetében épületek felújításával, átalakításával teremtjük meg.

Achievements (EN):

Within the framework of the project, the professional knowledge of institutional experts was expanded, in which the experts of health and social sphere became acquainted with best practices of another country during a study trip, they participated in accredited trainings to promote social cohesion and health care of the marginalized population, as well as they organized cross-border workshops, where the professional supervision was assisted by a psychologist. The cross border knowledge transfer between the institutional experts was an important work package in the project, in which Madar introduced group management techniques and Ács presented the health visitor and child welfare services and the operation of child protection warning system to the colleagues of the neighboring country. During development of health and social services, the partners organized professional interactive events for the local population, especially for the disadvantaged people 5 times in Hungary. Besides, members of the target group could access varoius health and social services. The dissolution of the social exclusion of marginalized groups is a stressed task in the area, so the experts assisted finding employment on the labour market with trainings, improved conditions for job retention, and provided professional help in business establishment. The development of of the social and health infrastructure was implemented by the participating local goverments: at Ács the roof of a social building was renovated and different health care and social equipments were purchased, and at Madar the medical office was renovated - thanks to the support.
