The project provides solutions to financial literacy and financial/„future” awareness are in a very low level in Hungary and in Slovakia, too. Although the awareness of and the requirement for the financial, economic and management education programm e are high in both countries, its accessibility is limited especially in West-Hungary and East-Slovakia. The free after school trainings have been only for school children so far, however to involve adults is very crucial: teachers who organise the s chool groups to visit the trainings and the responsible parents who can pass this knowledge to their kids and apply it in families. New curriculums will be developed for them. The project focuses on financial, economic and management education of an adapted and already introduced curriculums to national environment that will be carried out by a new innovative way: the partners receive students in a cross-border nature (Nyíregyháza-Budapest is for the Eastern and Bratislava-Trnava for the Western region) as taking advantage of the partnerships to tackle the geographical and accessibility barriers. Educated trainers will bring the education to schools located in deprived areas if needed. The other significant goal is raising awareness: 5 eve nts and professional workshops will be organised on both sides of the border, in addition several time press campaign will be carried out. In the 2-year-long project implementation all 3700 students and 180 adults will be addressed by the trainings, an additional 1357 by the informational activities, 3 bilingual modules and 3 interactive board development will be developed, and the setting up of the new training centre in Trnava will also be completed. The project will contribute to the improv ement of financial literacy and the development of enterprises in both countries, in addition to the reforming the national education schemes and to the promotion of slowing down outflows and decreasing immigration, and tackling the disadvantages.

Projekt sa zameriava na riešenie problému veľmi nízkej úrovne finančnej kultúry obyvateľstva a uvedomelého plánovania financií a budúcnosti na Slovensku, ako aj v Maďarsku. Aj keď je školiaci program v oblasti finančných a ekonomických vedomostí v oboch krajinách známy a je po ňom veľký dopyt, prístup k programu je značne obmedzený, a to hlavne na západe Maďarska a východe Slovenska. Toto bezplatné mimoškolské vzdelávanie bolo doteraz zamerané len na školopovinné deti, je však dôležité aj zapojenie dospelých: pedagógov, ktorí vedú školské skupiny, ale aj zodpovedných rodičov, ktorí svoje vedomosti nielen odovzdajú dospievajúcej generácii, ale ich aj aktívne používajú pri riadení rodinných financií. Pre nich sa pripravuje nové učivo. Prostredníctvom vypracovanej a osvedčenej metodológie sa v rámci projektu realizujú školenia v oblasti financií a hospodárenia. Na základe princípu logistickej optimalizácie prijímajú partneri žiakov z oboch krajín vo vlastných vzdelávacích strediskách (región východ: Nyíregyháza-Budapešť, región západ: Bratislava-Trnava), pričom využívajú potenciál partnerstva s cieľom prekonať geografické obmedzenia. V prípade potreby vyškolení tréneri zabezpečia školenia aj na školách v malých obciach, ktoré sú často v znevýhodnenej situácii. Druhým dôležitým cieľom je formovanie prístupu: na oboch stranách hranice sa uskutoční 5 podujatí a rôzne odborné fóra. Plánuje sa aj niekoľko tlačových kampaní. Počas 2-ročného obdobia implementácie sa na školeniach zúčastní spolu 3700 žiakov a 180 dospelých, 1357 dospelých oslovíme formou informačno-osvetových aktivít. Vypracujú sa 3 dvojjazyčné učivá a 3 aplikácie pre interaktívne tabule. Zariadí sa aj nové vzdelávacie stredisko v Trnave. Projekt prispeje k zvyšovaniu úrovne finančnej kultúry v obidvoch krajinách, podporí rozvoj podnikateľských aktivít, napomôže realizácii reformy školstva a zamedzeniu vysťahovalectva. Môže poskytnúť pomoc pri hľadaní východiska zo znevýhodnenej situácie.

A projekt arra a problémára kínál megoldást, hogy Szlovákiában és Magyarországon is nagyon alacsony szintű a pénzügyi kultúra, a pénzügyi- és jövőtudatos tervezés. Noha a pénzügyi, gazdasági, gazdálkodási ismeretek képzési program ismertsége és az iránta mutatkozó igény is magas mindkét országban, elérhetősége korlátozott, főként Nyugat-Magyarországon és Kelet-Szlovákiában. Az ingyenesen nyújtott tanórán kívüli képzés eddig csak az iskoláskorúaknak szólt, azonban fontos a felnőttek bevonása is: a pedagógusoké, akik az iskolai csoportokat szervezik, valamint a felelős szülőké, akik továbbadják a tudást a gyermekeiknek és alkalmazzák azt a családban; számukra új tananyagok kerülnek kifejlesztésre. A projektben a már kidolgozott és bevált módszertan alapján pénzügyi, gazdasági, gazdálkodási képzések valósulnak meg új, innovatív megközelítésben: logisztikai optimalizáció elve alapján a partnerek a határ két oldalán a saját képzési központjaikban fogadnak diákokat mindkét országból (Nyíregyháza-Budapest a keleti régió és Pozsony-Nagyszombat a nyugati régió), kihasználva a partnerségben rejlő lehetőségeket a földrajzi, elérhetőségi korlátok leküzdésére. A képzett trénerek egyúttal a hátrányos helyzetű kistelepülési iskolákba is elviszik a képzéseket, igény szerint. A másik fontos célkitűzés a szemléletformálás: 5 db rendezvény és szakmai fórumok kerülnek megszervezésre a határ mindkét oldalán, továbbá több alkalmas sajtókampány is tervezett. A projekt megvalósítás 2 éve alatt összesen 3700 diákot és 180 felnőttet érnek el a képzésekkel, további 1357 felnőttet az ismeretterjesztő tevékenységek révén, 3 db kétnyelvű tananyag és 3 db interaktív tábla alkalmazás kerül kifejlesztésre, valamint a nagyszombati új képzési központ felszerelése is megvalósul. A projekt hozzájárul a két ország pénzügyi kultúrájának és egyúttal vállalkozásainak a fejlesztéséhez, az oktatás reformjához, valamint segítőleg hat az el- és kivándorlás megfékezésére és a hátrányos helyzet leküzdésére.

Achievements (EN):

Providing financial, economic and management trainings for Hungarian and Slovak students and adults to develop the low-level financial culture. The project was launched in July 2017, basically providing a solution for developing the low-level financial culture of the two countries. The main goal was to reach more and more people through our trainings and different events. One of the most important results of the project is that we have set up an educational center in Trnava, based on the existing OK Educational Centers. The center was opened in June 2018. The main focus of the project was on the primary and secondary school students, but adults were also addressed. We provided free financial, economic and management trainings for them. For teachers and responsible parents, 3 curricula have been developed. Over 100 teachers and parents participated in our trainings during the project period. The curriculum also included 3 “ICT” developments in order to use them on interactive boards. A total of 7 events were implemented. These are the following: October 26, 2017: Opening event in Komárno. April 12, 2018: “internal” event in Budapest in the spirit of the “digitalis témahét” . 1 June 2018: Opening of the OK Educational Center in Trnava . Spring 2019: Joining 3 external on-site events. June 13, 2019: Closing event in Budapest and Nyíregyháza. We have reached over 1.500 people with these events. In addition to the above - including but not limited to - the following professional elements were implemented during the project period: Methodology training about adult education: 9 trainers participated. Travelling of students: nearly 100 trips with more than 2.000 students and accompanying teachers. Meals for students: 1-1 packed sandwich for each student participating in the training. Creating a project website. Press campaign. During the 2 years of the project we reached a total of 15 Hungarian counties and Slovak districts. This means nearly 80 cities and over 135 schools. Nearly 7.500 students attended our trainings, corresponding to more than 600 student groups. A little more than 1.700 students came from disadvantaged regions.

Delivered Outputs (EN):

3, Tangible outcomes: 1850 educated students per year which 1100 ps. by the trainers of the Lead Beneficiary (LB) and 750 by the experts of the Project Partner (PP) of which 125-100 children coming from the other nations. It means 70 Hungarian and 50 Slovakian trainings during the 2*18-month-long school year. 1, null. 2, null. 4, Tangible outcomes: Trainings will be conducted for teachers for 2-2 occassions and 1-1 for parents per year per Partner meaning all 6-6 educations will be completed in the project. As a total sum 45-45 teachers and 45-45 parents will be reached by the trainings on both sides of the border. 5, Tangible outcomes: One methodology training will be conducted for the trainers of both partners to enable them for adult education: 1 pc. of a 3-week-long education for 3 Slovakian and 5 Hungarian trainers. It will take place in Budapest, planned at the education centre of the LB and conducted by the LB's experts. 6, Tangible outcomes: Preparatory training for the trainers as part of enabling them for adult education will be conducted. A 1-week-long training will be implemented by the developer company for 3 Slovakian and 5 Hungarian trainers. 7, Tangible outcomes: Taking part in 3 external events with self-organised booths by both partners on both sides of the border: 2 Hungarian and 1 Slovakian events. In the frame of these events appr. 1357 teachers and responsible parents wished to be reached. 8, Tangible outcomes: Max. persons can be reached by these events 100-100 (depending on the capacities of the sites) on both sides of the border. 9, Tangible outcomes: 3 new modules (2 for teachers and 1 for responsible parents) will be developped, a pilot training will be conducted and 3-3 manuals and toolkits will be drawn up by an external service provider of the LB. 10, Tangible outcomes: 3 ICT developments will be implemented to make the new moduls applicable to interactive boards by an external provider of the LB. 11, Tangible outcomes: 3 training rooms will be equipped by the Slovakian partner in the rented building similarly to the level of the Hungarian educational centres (the latest ICT devices, ergonomic and multifunctional furniture, design elements, edutainment tools, etc.)
