In AT und HU ist die gemeinsame Herausforderungen zum einen der bestehende Fachkräftemangel in technischen Berufen und zum anderen der niedrige Anteil an Frauen in der Technik (AT 15% und HU 10%). Die Verfügbarkeit von qualifizierten Fachkräften wird mehr noch als bislang zu einem Schlüssel für die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Wirtschaft. Ein Ansatz ist das Potential von Frauen zu aktivieren für technische Berufsfelder zu interessieren. Angestrebte Ziele: Verminderung des Fachkräftemangels,Erhöhung des Frauenanteils in technischen Berufen,Intensivierung der Vernetzung von KMU/Intermediäre/Bildungseinrichtungen,Erhöhung des Images technischer Berufe. Gemeinsam und grenzüberschreitend wird ein innovatives „CB Servicepaket für KMUs“ mit zwei Anwendungsbereiche entwickelt und getestet. 1 Technische experimentelle Module (Stärkefelder in AT/HU Metall- und Elektro-, Energietechnik, IT und prozessorientierte Robotik). 2 Attraktive Tourguides für Betriebsbesichtigungen. Die Herausforderung ist die Anpassung an unterschiedliche Gruppen: Schülerinnen in den Altersgruppen 6 – 15 Jahre, Berufsorientierungs-LehrerInnen und pädagogische Hochschulen. MitarbeiterInnen in KMUs werden in Workshops dahingehend eingebunden, das Servicepaket einzuführen und umzusetzen. Gleichzeitig wird eine grenzüberschreitende „knowledge plattform“ aufgebaut, welche als Peer Review Group PRG neben der Sicherung der Qualität des Projektes, ihre Erfahrungen, Ansprüche und Ideen einbringt. Die Akteure der PRG sind neben den Projektpartner und KMUs, Sozialpartner/Intermediäre,Experten, Pädagogische Hochschulen, Schulen und Role Models. Durch die unterschiedlichen Kompetenzen und Stärken der Projektpartner (4 Intermediäre Business Support Organisationen und 2 Bildungsinstitute) und KMUs, und die wechselseitige Wirkung entsteht ein wichtiger Mehrwert. Zielsetzung ist die Stärkung der regionalen Unternehmen in AT und HU.

Description (HU):

Ausztria és Magyarország számára közös kihívást jelent egyrészről a műszaki szakmákban uralkodó szakemberhiány, másrészről a nők számának alacsony aránya a műszaki szakmákban (Ausztriában 15%, Magyarországon10%). A gazdaság versenyképessége az eddiginél is nagyobb mértékben függ a rendelkezésre álló szakképzett munkaerőtől. Fontos lehetőség a nők érdeklődésének felkeltése a műszaki szakmák iránt. Célkitűzések: szakemberhiány csökkentése, női munkavállalók arányának növelése a műszaki szakmákban, KKV-k, közvetítők, oktatási intézmények hálózatosodásának intenzívebbé tétele, műszaki szakmák imidzsének javítása. Határon átnyúlóan és közösen innovatív szolgáltatási csomag készül KKV-k számára, amely két alkalmazási területen kerül kifejlesztésre és tesztelésre. 1 Műszaki kísérleti modulok (húzóágazatok Ausztriában és Magyarországon - fémipar, elektronika, energiatechnológia, IT és folyamatorientált robottechnológia). 2 Attraktív túravezető üzemlátogatásokhoz. A kihívás a különböző csoportok igényeinek való megfelelés: 6-15 éves diáklányok, pályaválasztási tanácsadók és pedagógiai főiskolák. KKV munkatársak workshopokba történő bevonására is sor kerül a szolgáltatási csomag bevezetésének és megvalósításának érdekében. Ezzel egyidejűleg egy határon átnyúló „tudásplatform“ kerül kialakításra, amely szakértői csoportként (peer review group, PRG) a projekt minőségbiztosítása mellett tapasztalokkal, igények jelzésével és ötletekkel járul hozzá a projekthez. A PRG tagjai a projektpartnereken (4 üzleti tevékenységeket támogató, közvetítő szervezet és 2 képző intézmény) és KKV-ken kívül más közvetítők, szociális partnerek, szakértők, pedagógiai főiskolák, oktatási intézmények és szerepmodellek. A projektpartnerek és KKV-k különböző kompetenciái, valamint a kölcsönhatás által fontos hozzáadott érték keletkezik. Cél a regionális vállalkozások erősítése magyar és osztrák oldalon.

The common challenge in AT and HU is the existing shortage of skilled labor in technical professions and the low proportion of women in technology (AT 15% and 10% HU). The availability of qualified staff will be a key to the competitiveness of the economy even more than in the past. One approach is to activate the potential of women to technical professions to get interested in. Targeted objectives: reducing the shortage of skilled employees, increasing the proportion of women in technical professions, intensifying the networking of SMEs /intermediaries /educational institutions, increase the image of technical jobs. Together and CB an innovative "CB service package for SMEs" with two application areas will be developed and tested. 1Technical experimental modules (fields of strength in AT/HU metal- and electrical-, and energy technique, IT and process-oriented robotics), 2 Attractive tour guides for factory visits. The challenge is to adapt for different user groups: female students between 6 - 15 years, job-orientation teachers and educational colleges. The pilot activities are the implementation of the technical modules (active, experimental, practice-oriented insight into technical jobs) and company visits based on the guide lines developed in the project. Employees in SMEs are involved in workshops to launch and implement the service package. At the same time a CB "knowledge platform" will be built.This new Peer Review Group PRG will ensure the quality of the project and bring in their experience, needs and ideas in addition. The actors of the PRG:project partners (4 Intermediary Business Support Organisations and 2 education institutes) and SMEs as well as other intermediaries, social partners, experts, educational colleges, schools and role models. Due to the different competences and strengths of the project partners and SMEs, a reciprocal effect arises and creates an important added value. Objective ist to strengthen local companies in AT/HU.

Achievements (DE):

Das Projekt femcoop PLUS wurde in den Programmregionen Steiermark, Burgenland, Niederösterreich und in Westtransdanubien (Ungarn) vom 01.05.2016 bis 31.10.2019 im Rahmen des Kooperationsprogramm Interreg V-A Österreich-Ungarn 2014-2020 umgesetzt und aus dem Europäischen Fonds für Regionale Entwicklung (EFRE) sowie aus regionalen Mitteln gefördert. Im Rahmen des Projektes femcoop PLUS wurden mit jungen Frauen und Mädchen, KMU, Schulen und Pädagogischen Hochschulen eine Reihe von technischen und experimentellen Aktivitäten getestet und umgesetzt. Es wurden über 80 Workshops und Betriebsführungen im Rahmen der Module Metall- und Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, IT und prozessorientierte Robotik mit jungen Frauen und Mädchen sowie mit PädagogInnen und mit Unternehmen durchgeführt. Die Erkenntnisse daraus sind in die technischen Module und Leitfäden für Betriebsbesichtigungen eingeflossen. Workshops für KMU, PädagogInnen und Eltern sowie vier grenzüberschreitende Study-Visits in KMU haben zur Erreichung der Projektziele und Programmziele beigetragen. Die Ergebnisse sind das grenzüberschreitende Servicepaket für KMU (kleine und mittlere Unternehmen), welches durch die ProjektpartnerInnen in Österreich und Ungarn gemeinsam mit Firmen und Bildungseinrichtungen und ExpertInnen (Entstehung „learning partnerships“) in den Programmregionen entwickelt wurde und beinhaltet: experimentelle, praxisbezogene technische Module für Mädchen und junge Frauen in den Stärkefeldern: Metall- und Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, IT und prozessorientierte Robotik (Differenzierung der Inhalte für Primärstufe und Sekundärstufe). Es wurden Leitfäden für Betriebsbesichtigungen in KMU mit technischem Ansatz entwickelt, um Unternehmenstätigkeiten altersgerecht und spannend zu vermitteln und ein frühzeitiges Kennenlernen der regionalen Betriebe zu ermöglichen (Differenzierung der Inhalte für Primärstufe und Sekundärstufe). Weiteres Ergebnis ist eine grenzüberschreitenden Wissensplattform: Die im Projekt aufgebaute grenzüberschreitende Peer Review Group (PRG) hat einen maßgeblichen Beitrag in der Entwicklung des Unternehmensservicepaketes geliefert und durch die Intensivierung der Vernetzung von KMU/Intermediäre/Bildungseinrichtungen, aber auch Experten zur Erreichung der Programmziele beigetragen. Regionale TeilnehmerInnen aus Organisationen wie Innovations- und Technologiezentren, ExpertInnen, Wirtschaftsförderungsorganisationen, SozialpartnerInnen wie Wirtschaftskammern, Arbeiterkammern, Arbeitsmarktservice, Bildungseinrichtungen (Universitäten, Trainings- und Ausbildungszentren, Schulen, Pädagogische Hochschulen) LandesschulrätInnen, KMU und Role Models in Österreich und Ungarn haben ihre Kompetenzen eingebracht und grenzüberschreitend ausgetauscht. Das Zusammenwirken der unterschiedlichen AkteurInnen hat in den Programmregionen zur Verankerung des Themas „Erhöhung des Frauenanteils in der Technik zur Sicherung der notwendigen Fachkräfte“ und zum Imageaufbau von KMU in den Programmregionen beigetragen, um die regionalen Unternehmen zu stärken und die Leistungsfähigkeit zu erhöhen. Die Nachhaltigkeit wird durch die Nutzung der Ergebnisse in der Zukunft von den Projektpartner, Intermediären, KMU, anderen Organisationen und Institutionen sowie Business Support Organisationen in Österreich und Ungarn sichergestellt. Gerade die sehr unterschiedlichen Kompetenzen der Projektpartner in AT und HU und auch der teilnehmenden Organisation im Rahmen unserer Peer-Review-Group PRG haben wesentlich zum Erfolg des Projektes beigetragen. Der grenzüberschreitende Austausch auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen (KMU/Intermediäre/Bildungseinrichtungen und andere Business Support Organisationen) zum Thema Mädchen in die Technik hat verschiedene Aspekte aufgezeigt, welche letztendlich in den aufbereiteten Ergebnissen, wie das CB Unternehmensservicepaket USB (main out) mit den technischen Modulen und Leitfäden eingeflossen ist. Zusätzlich kann angemerkt werden, dass das angestrebte Ziel „learning partnerships“ sehr gut erreicht worden ist und die Projektpartner gute Rückmeldungen aus Wirtschaft und Schule/Bildungseinrichtungen und PädagogInnen, aber auch von den Verantwortlichen (Politik) aus den Gemeinden und Komitaten in den Programmregionen bekommen haben.

Achievements (HU):

A femcoop PLUS projekt Stájerország, Burgenland, Alsó-Ausztria és Nyugat-Dunántúl (Magyarország) programrégiókban került megvalósításra 2016.05.01 és 2019.10.31 között az Interreg V-A Ausztria-Magyarország 2014-2020 Együttműködési Program keretében az Európai Regionális Fejlesztési Alap (ERFA) támogatásával, valamint regionális források felhasználásával. A femcoop PLUS projekt keretében számos műszaki, kísérleti jellegű tevékenységet teszteltünk, illetve valósítottunk meg lányok, fiatal nők, kkv-k, iskolák és tanárképző főiskolák bevonásával. A fémipari és elektrotechnikai, energiatechnológiai, IT és folyamatvezérelt robotikai modulok keretében több mint 80 workshop és üzemlátogatás valósult meg lányok, fiatal nők, tanárok és vállalatok bevonásával. Az ezekből szerzett tapasztalatokat beépítettük a műszaki modulokba és üzemlátogatási útmutatókba. Kkv-knak, tanároknak és szülőknek szóló workshopok, valamint négy határon átnyúló tanulmányút járult hozzá a projekt- és programcélok megvalósításához. Eredményként a határon átnyúló, kkv-nek (kis- és középvállalkozóknak) kidolgozott szolgáltatáscsomag jött létre, amelyet a programrégiók vállalataival, oktatási intézményeivel és szakértőkkel (learning partnership” típusú együttműködések jöttek létre) közösen az osztrák és magyar projektpartnerek fejlesztettek ki. A szolgáltatáscsomag tartalma: lányoknak és fiatal nőknek szóló kísérleti, gyakorlati jellegű műszaki modulok a húzóágazatokban: fémipari és elektrotechnika, energiatechnológia, IT és folyamatvezérelt robotika (differenciált tartalom az alsó és felső tagozatosok részére). Műszaki vonatkozású kkv-kban történő látogatásokhoz készültek útmutatók, melyeknek célja az üzemekben folyó munka gyerekek, fiatalok számára érthető és érdekes módon való bemutatása, ezáltal a tanulók már fiatal korban megismerhetik a régió vállalatait (differenciált tartalom az alsó és felső tagozatosok részére). További eredmény a határon átnyúló tudásplatform: a projekt során felállított határon átnyúló peer review group (szakértői csoport, röv.: PRG) jelentős mértékben járult hozzá a vállalkozói szolgáltatáscsomag kidolgozásához, valamint a kkv-k, közvetítő szervezetek, oktatási intézmények és szakértők közötti együttműködések, kapcsolatok erősítése által a programcélok megvalósulásához is. Minden regionális részvevő, úgy mint osztrák és magyar innovációs- és technológiai központok, szakértők, gazdaságfejlesztési szervezetek, gazdasági kamarák, munkavállalói kamarák, munkaügyi központok, oktatási intézmények (egyetemek, képző- és oktatási központok, iskolák, pedagógiai főiskolák), tartományi tanfelügyelők, kkv-k és szerepmodellek átadták és megosztották egymással is ismereteiket, tapasztalataikat. A különböző szereplők együttműködése hozzájárult a nők arányának növeléséhez a műszaki szakmákban, és ezzel a megfelelő számú szakember biztosításához, valamint a programrégiók kkv-i népszerűsítéséhez, ezáltal pedig javította a regionális vállalatok helyzetét és teljesítőképességét. A fenntarthatóság az eredmények projektpartnerek, osztrák és magyar kkv-k, közvetítő szereplők, egyéb intézmények és szervezetek, valamint a vállalkozásokat támogató szervezetek által történő jövőbeni hasznosításán keresztül biztosított. Az osztrák és magyar projektpartnerek, valamint a szakértői csoport szervezeteinek nagyban eltérő kompetenciái különösen nagy szerepet játszottak a projekt sikerében. A különböző szinteken (kkv/közvetítők/oktatási intézmények és más vállalkozásfejlesztési intézmények) megvalósuló, a „lányok a műszaki szakmákban” témakörhöz kapcsolódó bilaterális párbeszéd és tapasztalatcsere több olyan szempontot is felvetett, amelyek végül beépítésre kerültek a végleges, műszaki modulokat és útmutatókat tartalmazó, határon átnyúló vállalkozói szolgáltatáscsomagba (fő kimenet). Mindezeken túl elmondható, hogy a gazdasági és képzési szektor közötti együttműködések („learning partnerships”) kialakítására irányuló célkitűzést sikerült maximálisan teljesíteni, a projektpartnerek pozitív visszajelzéseket kaptak minden programrégióból a gazdaság és oktatás (intézmények és tanárok) területéről ugyanúgy, mint a települési és megyei döntéshozók (politikai szereplők) köréből.

Achievements (EN):

The project femcoop PLUS was implemented in the program regions of Styria, Burgenland, Lower Austria and in West Transdanubia (Hungary) from May 1, 2016 to October 31, 2019 within the framework of the cooperation program Interreg V-A Austria-Hungary 2014-2020 and was supported by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as well as by regional funds. Within the framework of the femcoop PLUS project, a series of technical and experimental activities were tested and implemented with young women and girls, SMEs, schools and universities of education. More than 80 workshops and factory tours were implemented with young women and girls as well as with pedagogues and companies within the modules metal- and electrical engineering, energy engineering, IT and process-oriented robotics. The knowledge gained from these activities has been integrated into the technical modules and guidelines for factory tours. Workshops for SMEs, pedagogues and parents as well as four cross-border study visits in SMEs have contributed to the achievement of the project and program goals. The results are the cross-border service package for SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises), which was developed by the project partners in Austria and Hungary together with companies and educational institutions and experts (creation of "learning partnerships") in the program regions and includes: experimental, practice-oriented technical modules for girls and young women in the fields of strength: metal and electrical engineering, energy engineering, IT and process-oriented robotics (differentiation of contents for primary and secondary level). Guides for factory tours in SMEs with a technical approach were developed in order to provide an age-appropriate and exciting introduction to company activities and to enable an early introduction to the regional companies (differentiation of contents for primary and secondary level). A further result is a cross-border knowledge platform: The cross-border Peer Review Group (PRG) set up in the project has made a significant contribution to the development of the business service package and has helped to achieve the program objectives by intensifying the networking of SMEs/intermediaries/educational institutions as well as experts. Regional participants from organizations such as innovation and technology centers, experts, business support organizations, social partners such as chambers of commerce, chambers of labor, labor market services, educational institutions (universities, training and education centers, schools, colleges of education), provincial school authorities, SMEs and role models in Austria and Hungary contributed their expertise and exchanged it across borders. The cooperation of the different actors in the program regions has contributed to the establishment of the topic "Increasing the proportion of women in technology to secure the necessary skilled workers" and to the image building of SMEs in the program regions in order to strengthen regional enterprises and increase their performance. Sustainability will be ensured by the use of the results in the future by the project partners, intermediaries, SMEs, other organizations and institutions as well as business support organizations in Austria and Hungary. Especially the very different competences of the project partners in AT and HU and also of the participating organization within our peer review group PRG have contributed significantly to the success of the project. The cross-border exchange on different levels (SMEs/intermediaries/educational institutions and other business support organizations) on the topic of girls into technology has pointed out different aspects, which have finally been integrated into the processed results, such as the CB Business Service Package USB (main out) with the technical modules and guidelines. In addition, it can be noted that the goal of "learning partnerships" has been achieved very well and the project partners have received good feedback from business and schools/educational institutions and pedagogues, but also from those responsible (politics) in the communities and counties in the program regions.
