Náš cezhraničný projekt reaguje na spoločné výzvy Dunajského regiónu, ktorými sú zachovanie a medializácia prírodného a kultúrneho dedičstva, záchrana biodiverzity, enviromentálna osveta, zvyšovanie povedomia v regióne, vytváranie podmienok pre spoločný manažment vody a rizík a záchrana kultúrneho dedičstva, prispievanie k inteligentnému, trvaloudržateľnému a inkluzívnemu rastu okolia miest Komárno/Győr/Tata, podunajských chránených oblastí na ploche 121 339 ha. Naturpark je spolupráca miestnych komunít s jedinečnými prírodnými, krajinnými historicko-kultúrnymi hodnotami, ktorej cieľom je zachovanie prírodného akultúrneho dedičstva, ich prezentácia a využitie v záujme vidieckeho rozvoja. NATUPARK JE ZALOŽENÝ NA PRINCÍPE INTEGROVANEJ OCHRANY. KRAJINU A PRÍRODU NECHRÁNIME PRED ĽUDMI ŽIJÚCIMI V ÚZEMÍ, ALE SPOLOČNE S NIMI! Činnosti naturparkov je možné rozdeliť v rámci „4 piliérového modulu” nasledovne: ochrana prírodného a kultúrneho dedičstva; environmentálna výchova, formovanie verejnej mienky; rozvoj vidieka a turizmus a rekreácia. Očakávaná zmena, ktorú projekt prinesie nášmu cezhraničnému regiónu je v súlade s týmito 4 piliermi. Výstupmi projektu bude 4000 vysadených stromov, kríkov, obojživelným pracovným strojom vyčistené močiare, zemníky, kanály, hmyzie hotely, búdky, kamery, búdy slúžiace na sledovanie vtákov, typické studne, informačné tabule a vstupné brány do Naturparku, drobná infraštruktúra, náučné chodníky, 2 enviro-vzdelávacie centrá, 1 rybárske turistické centrum, 1 typický vidiecky dom, stratégia, osveta a 1. Festival Chutí Podunajskej Prírody. Cieľovými skupinami projektu sú aktéri regionálneho rozvoja, 2500 dobrovoľníkov, obyvatelia územia, turisti a široká verejnosť cezhraničnej oblasti.

The common challenge of the Danube area we are jointly tackling in our project is maintaining and promoting of natural and cultural heritage, the protection of biodiversity, environmental awareness raising, assuring the conditions for common water an d risk management and renovation of cultural heritage site, contribution to the smart, sustainable and inclusive growth of the surroundings of Komárno/Győr/Tata, Danubian protected areas – on 121 339 ha. The NATUREPARK is a unique natural landscape with high cultural value, landscape-level cooperation with the aim to preserve, present and promote rural development through the utilization of natural and cultural heritage actively involving the local communities. It is built on the principle that the INTEGRATED PROTECTION OF THE LANDSCAPE AND NATURE SHOULD NOT BE ORIENTED AGAINST THE ACTIVITIES OF MAN LIVING IN AREA, BUT PROTECTED IN COOPERATION WITH THEM! The overall objective of our project is to cooperate on both sides of the river Danube and maintain their ecological character, achieved through the implementation of ecosystem approaches, within the context of sustainable development. Slovak side will learn it from Hungarian. The expected change our project will make to the current situation is in line with 4 pillars of Naturepark model. The main outputs we will produce are 4000 new native trees, bushes, cleaned canals and marshes by amphibious machines, insect hotels placed in nature, bird houses, cameras, observatories for m onitoring birds, authentic water wells placed in nature, informative and recreational elements of small infrastructure for birds of prey and humans, built educational nature trails, built infrastructure for two eco-educational and 1 fishing tourist c enter, public education and Taste of Danubian Nature Fest. The beneficiaries are stakeholders, inhabitants, 2500 volunteers, tourists and wide public in cross–border region.

A Duna területének közös kihívása fogalmazódig meg a projektünkben a kulturális és termeszéti örökség megőrzésével és népszerűsítésével, a biológiai sokszínűség megőrzése, a környezet tudatosság erősítése, biztosítva a feltételeket a közös víz és kockázatkezelés terén, valamint a kulturális örökségek felújításával, amely hozzájárul a Győr/Komárom/Tata környékén lévő 121 339 hektárnyi védett terült intelligens, fenntartható és inkluzív növekedéséhez. A natúrpark az országok jellegzetes természeti, tájképi és kultúrtörténeti értékekben gazdag területein, helyi közösségek által létrehozott tájszintű együttműködés, melynek célja a természeti és kulturális örökség megőrzése, bemutatása és a vidék fejlődését elősegítő hasznosítása. A NATÚRPARK AZ INTEGRÁLT VÉDELEM ELVÉRE ÉPÍTVE A TÁJAT ÉS A TERMÉSZETET NEM A TÁJBAN ÉLŐ EMBERTŐL, HANEM AZT VELE EGYÜTT HASZNOSÍTVA VÉDI MEG! A natúrparkok főbb tevékenységi területei a „négypilléres modell” alapján a következők: a természeti és kulturális örökség védelme, Környezeti nevelés, szemléletformálás, Vidékfejlesztés Turizmus és pihenés. A szlovák oldal fog tanulni a magyartól. A projektünktől várt változás, hogy a jelenlegi helyzet összhangban lesz a Naturpark modell 4 pillérével. A fő kimenetei, hogy 4000 új őshonos fát, bokrot telepítünk, kétéltű géppel megtisztítjuk a csatornákat és mocsarokat, rovar szállodák kerülnek elhelyezésre, madárházak, a madarak megfigyeléséhez megfigyelő kamerák, gémeskutakat helyezünk el a természetben, tájékoztató jellegű infrastruktúrát építünk kis elemekből ragadozó madaraknak és embereknek, tanösvényeket építünk/jelölünk ki, építünk 2 ökooktató és 1 horgász központot, marketing stratégiát készítünk. nyilvános oktatást, szakmai workshopokat szervezünk és a Duna ízei természeti fesztivált. A haszonélvezők az érintettek, lakók, 2500 önkéntes, turista és a széleskörű nyilvánosság a határon átnyúló régióból.

Achievements (EN):

Nine project partners from both sides of the Danube, together, laid the foundation for the creation of the first nature park in Slovakia – The Danubian NATURPARK. In addition to preserving the natural and cultural heritage of the region and using it for rural development, the goal is environmental education, public opinion formation and the development of “soft” tourism with the support of the region. The initial pilot activities were made possible by a project called “Taste of Danubian Nature”. The Association of Municipalities “Združenie obcí Dolného Žitného ostrova” is the main partner of the project and thanks to it the “look” of 22 municipalities of the Lower Rye Island has changed. Rain gardens, insect hotels, authentic rocking wells as well as 3,500 original tree species have been added to the villages. The lead cross-border partner Által-ér Vízgyűjtő Helyreállítási és Fejlesztési Szövetség (HU), in addition to providing valuable know-how in the creation of The Danubian Naturpark Strategy, built entrance gates and info points in the Nature Park Gerecse (HU) and expanded “soft” tourism programs. The Slovak Environment Agency, with the support of the project, built an experience environmental center with many interesting features in the natural environment of SEV SAŽP Dropie Zemianska Olča. The spring wave of the COVID19 pandemic had, in addition to many negative consequences, a positive one, too. People were much more looking for opportunities to spend time in nature and in their region. The most impressive is the pavilion with a reed roof, which is used for many activities. This year, implementations of various trainings, exhibitions, and programs for visitors have been practiced in this pavilion, and even a children’s theatrical performance of the popular fairy tale Ludas Matyi (Matyi the geese grazer) has also taken place under the reed roof of the pavilion with great success. Certainly the most popular, however, are the emotional walkway and the willow constructions, which this year, in compliance with safety regulations, have been tried by many visitors of different age. Another interesting element is the bird-watching tower – the concept of the well-known young Hungarian photographer Máté Bence, an invisible bird photographer. Currently, a wooden rope-track – the last element of the project is awaiting completion. Although the project ends, The Danubian Naturpark is just starting to be established. The built infrastructure elements will be followed by various programs and activities for the presentation of cultural and natural heritage, intended as for the inhabitants of the region as for general public, will be implemented in SEV SAŽP Dropie, so that visitors would better get to know, understand and discover the magical region of Europe’s largest river island.
