Description (EN):

Project e-documenta Pannonica will concern the insufficiency or professionally inconvenient interpretation and usage of data concerning cultural heritage of localities on the partnership territory. It will bring them public usage through project products. In this project we will establish strategic partnership of five cultural institutions, which will form an interdisciplinary base of credible archaeological, ethnological, cultural-historic and biographic data about cultural heritage of 120 places. General goals are: to increase the amount of competent data about cultural heritage, their public access and indirectly tourist visits. Localities’ cultural heritage database, which will be designed on joint methodology, will enable a promotion of smaller localities, quality improvement of their tourist offers and forming of new tourist contents. The product of the project will be a web portal in 3 languages with interactive map of localities, based on competent database, which will then transform data into general use. This portal, which will be accessible also through mobile app, will benefit organizers of tourist offers, local communities, schoolchildren, teachers, tourist guides and others. The basic outcomes are common, permanent and publicly accessible database as well as joint information office. Partnership of museums and archives, specialized for protection and interpretation of complex heritage, and tourist organizations, implementing these data into tourist offer, is crucial. It is essential for this project to include both sides of the border and to merge institutions and new and revised data of this bordering area by supporting the increase of their tourist offer. The fact that in museums and archives new collective database of cultural-historic data about localities will emerge is very innovative. This database will enable permanent usage of these data for different purposes.

Az e-documenta Pannonica projekt a partnerség térségében lévő települések kulturális örökségére vonatkozó adatok szakmai értelmezési hiányával, netán téves értelmezésével és felhasználásával foglalkozik, majd az eredményeket közhasználatra bocsátja. Célunk Az öt kulturális intézmény tartós partnersége által létrehozni a határon átnyúló térség tematikus, kerékpáros és gyalogtúra útjaira, illetve a termálfürdők környékén lévő 120 település kulturális örökségére vonatkozó, hiteles régészeti, néprajzi, kultúrtörténeti és biográfiai adatok alapján egy interdiszciplináris adatbázist. Általános cél a térség kulturális örökségére vonatkozó szakmai adatok bővítése, elérhetőségük és látogatottságuk javítása. A települések kulturális örökségéről egységes módszertan alapján kialakított adatbázis által lehetővé válik a kistelepülések promóciója, turisztikai kínálatát bővítése és új turisztikai tartalmak létrehozása. A projekttermék egy háromnyelvű web-portál lesz, szakmai adatbázisra épülő interaktív térképpel, amely az adatokat közérthető módon bocsátja közhasználatra. A mobil alkalmazás által is elérhető portált turisztikai szolgáltatók, helyi közösségek, iskolások, pedagógusok, idegenvezetők és mások hasznosíthatják. A projekt fő terméke a közös, fenntartható, nyilvános hozzáférhető adatbázis és a közös információs iroda lesz. Kulcsfontosságú a komplex örökség védelmére és értelmezésére szakosodott múzeumok és levéltárak, valamint az adatokat a turisztikai kínálatba beépítő turisztikai szervezetek partnersége. Lényeges a projekt határon átnyúló jellege, hogy a határon átnyúló térség intézményeit, új és felülvizsgált adatait összefüggő turisztikai kínálatba foglalja össze. Az innovatív jelleg úgy valósul meg, hogy a levéltárakban és múzeumokban elkészül a térség településeire vonatkozó, kulturális-történelmi adatok átfogó adatbázisa, amely lehetővé teszi ennek a különböző célokra történő tartós felhasználását.

Projekt e-documenta Pannonica rešuje vprašanje pomanjkanja ali strokovno neustrezne interpretacije in rabe podatkov o kulturni dediščini krajev na območju partnerstva in jih preko izdelkov projekta prenaša v splošno javno rabo. V projektu bomo vzpostavili trajno strateško partnerstvo petih kulturnih ustanov, ki bodo oblikovale interdisciplinarno bazo verodostojnih arheoloških, etnoloških, kulturno-zgodovinskih in biografskih podatkov o kulturni dediščini 120 krajev na čezmejnem območju. Splošni cilj je povečanje količine strokovnih podatkov o kulturni dediščini, njihove javne dostopnosti in posredno turističnega obiska. Na skupni metodologiji oblikovana baza podatkov o kulturni dediščini krajev bo omogočala promocijo manjših krajev, izboljšanje kakovosti njihove turistične ponudbe in oblikovanje novih turističnih vsebin. Izdelek projekta je spletni portal v treh jezikih z interaktivno karto krajev, ki bo izhajal iz strokovne baze podatkov in jih poljudno prenašal v javno rabo. Korist od portala, ki bo dostopen tudi preko mobilne aplikacije, bodo imeli vsi organizatorji turistične ponudbe, lokalne skupnosti, šolarji, učitelji, turistični vodiči itd. Temeljna izdelka projekta sta skupna, trajna, javno dostopna baza podatkov, in skupna informacijska pisarna. Ključno je partnerstvo muzejev in arhivov, ki so specializirani za varovanje in interpretiranje kompleksne dediščine ter turistične organizacije, ki bo pripravila primer implementiranja podatkov v turistično ponudbo. Bistveno je, da je projekt čezmejno načrtovan, da združuje institucije ter nove in revidirane podatke čezmejnega območja v podporo povečanja njegove turistične ponudbe. Inovativno je, da se bo v arhivih in muzejih oblikovala skupna, celovita baza kulturno-zgodovinskih podatkov krajev, ki bo omogočala trajno rabo le-teh v različne namene.

Expected Outputs (HU):

A projekt fő eredményei: 1. A szélesebb határon átnyúló térségben a kulturális örökségvédelmi közszolgálatot ellátó regionális intézmények tartós együttműködése. 2. A határon átnyúló térség 120 települése kulturális örökségének szakmai recenzióval ellátott, a partnerek szerverein és a közös szerveren elérhető komplex adatbázis (régészet, néprajz, történelem, művészettörténet – műemlékek és építészet, dokumentumok, fotók, képeslapok, térképek, ismert személyek szokások, hagyományos tevékenységek, irodalom, szerzői jogok). 3. Az adatbázisban szereplő adatok közérthető közzététele szlovén, magyar és angol nyelven a partnerek weboldalán és mobil alkalmazással történő hozzáféréssel. 6000 promóciós könyvecske a portálról, az információs pontokon kiosztva 4. a helyi közösségek, képzési és turisztikai szervezetek 60 képviselőjének a portál és az adatbázis használatára való felkészítése/tájékoztatása. 5. Egy közös kísérleti információs pont a portálról, az adatbázisról, a 120 település turisztikai kínálatáról a kapcsolódó tematikus, kerékpáros és túra utak mentén, a turisztikai központok, ill. termálfürdők vonzáskörében. A projekt eredménye a négy regionális és egy önkormányzati intézmény közötti tartós együttműködés lesz, amely során közös módszertan alapján gyűjtik, dolgozzák fel és kezelik a határon átnyúló térség kulturális örökségének adatait. Az együttműködés mérése a szakértői találkozók, a nyilvános események, a közös módszertan alapján elkészített közös termékek, valamint a begyűjtött és feldolgozott adatok számával történik.

Expected Outputs (SL):

Ključni rezultati projekta so: 1. Trajno sodelovanje strokovnih regionalnih institucij, ki izvajajo javno službo varovanja kulturne dediščine na širšem čezmejnem območju. 2. Kompleksna baza strokovno recenziranih podatkov o kulturni dediščini 120 krajev čezmejnega območja na strežnikih partnerjev in na skupnem strežniku (arheologija, etnologija, zgodovina, umetnostna zgodovina – spomeniki in arhitektura, dokumenti, fotografije, razglednice, karte, znane osebe, običaji, tradicionalne dejavnosti, literatura, avtorske pravice). 3. Spletni portal s poljudno obdelanimi podatki iz baze v slovenskem, madžarskem in angleškem jeziku - dostopen na spletnih straneh partnerjev in preko mobilne aplikacije. 6000 promocijskih knjižic o portalu, razdeljenih na informacijskih točkah 4. 60 informiranih/izobraženih predstavnikov lokalnih skupnosti, izobraževanja in turističnih organizacij o možnostih rabe portala in baze podatkov. 5. Ena skupna pilotna informacijska točka z informacijami o portalu in kulturni dediščini 120 krajev ob povezanih tematskih, kolesarskih in pohodniških poteh, v radiusu turističnih centrov oz. termalnih kopališč. Rezultat projekta bo povezano trajno sodelovanje štirih regionalnih in ene občinske institucije, ki bodo s skupno metodologijo zbirale, obdelovale in upravljale podatke o kulturni dediščini čezmejnega območja. Sodelovanje bomo merili s številom strokovnih srečanj, številom javnih dogodkov, številom skupnih produktov utemeljenih na skupi metodologiji ter številom zbranih in obdelanih podatkov.
