Die Projektpartner haben 1998 gemeinsam mit der Regionalentwicklung Außerfern–REA die Euregio Zugspitze-Wetterstein-Karwendel als deutsch-österreichische kommunale Arbeitsgemeinschaft ohne eigene Rechtspersönlichkeit und Personalhoheit gegründet, mit dem Ziel die regionale, grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit ihrer Mitglieder zur fördern, zu unterstützen und zu koordinieren. Die Euregio ZWK versteht sich nicht nur als Ansprechpartner und Koordinierungsplattform für grenzübergreifende Belange, sondern sie setzt auch Impulse und Aktivitäten zum gegenseitigen Austausch und leistet somit aktiv einen Beitrag zum Aufbau eines gemeinsamen Verständnisses für einen gemeinsamen Lebens- und Wirtschaftsraum im Grenzgebiet Bayern-Tirol. Um diese Ziele zu erreichen sind folgende drei Hauptmaßnahmen geplant: Grenzübergreifende Programmraumentwicklung: Koordinierung grenzüberschreitender Themen und Aktivitäten; Aktivitäten als Anstoß für grenzüberschreitende Maßnahmen, Kooperationen und Projekte; Aktivitäten für Erfahrungsaustausch und Euregio-übergreifende Maßnahmen; Unterstützung bei der Programmumsetzung: Zusammenarbeit mit den programmverantwortlichen Stellen; Information und Bearbeitung von Projektanfragen; Unterstützung bei Projektentwicklung und Projektumsetzung; Aktivitäten zur Fortführung von Projekten; Öffentlichkeitsarbeit; Kleinprojekte-Service: Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Projektentwicklung, -umsetzung und Abrechnung; Untestützung bei der Projektfolgeplanung.

Description (EN):

In 1998, together with the regional development Außerfern-REA, the project partners founded the Euregio Zugspitze-Wetterstein-Karwendel as a German-Austrian communal consortium with the aim of promoting, supporting and coordinating the regional, cross-border cooperation of its members. The Euregio ZWK sees itself not only as a contact and coordination platform for cross-border issues, but it also sets impulses and activities for mutual exchange and actively contributes to building a common understanding for a common living and economic space in the border region of Bavaria-Tirol. To achieve these objectives, the following three main actions are planned: Cross-border program space development: coordination of cross-border issues and activities; Activities as an impetus for cross-border measures, cooperations and projects; Activities for exchange of experiences and interregional actions; Program implementation support: cooperation with the program responsible parties; Information and processing of project requests; Support in project development and project implementation; Activities to continue projects; Public relation; Small project service: consulting and support in project development, implementation and billing; Support during the project sequence planning.

Expected Results (DE): EI 6 - Zahlenmäßige Verbreiterung der grenzübergreifenden Governance-Strukturen (in grenzübergreifende Projekte involvierte Akteure)

Expected Outputs (DE): Für die Dauer des beantragten Projekts 2015- 2017 strebt die Euregio ZWK die Beteiligung von 25 bis 30 Projektpartnern an, die in Kleinprojekte involviert sind.
