CAB (Crossborder Acceleration Bridge) bo okrepil sodelovanje med ključnimi subjekti inovativnega čezmejnega ekosistema. Z namenom spodbujanja razvoja neizraženega potenciala start-up podjetij in MSP-jev v sektorjih S3 (FJK in Slovenija), se projekt odlikuje po čezmejnem pristopu, uporabljenem pri načrtovanju orodij za podporo podjetjem, ki izkorišča posebnosti obeh trgov: slovenski trg kot »testni trg« za razvoj novih produktov in storitev, italijanski trg kot primarni trg za širjenje lastnega poslovanja.

CAB (Crossborder Acceleration Bridge) contribuirà a rafforzare la collaborazione tra gli attori chiave dell’ecosistema transfrontaliero dell’innovazione. Per favorire lo sviluppo del potenziale inespresso di start-up e PMI innovative nei settori delle Strategie di Specializzazione Intelligente di FVG e Slovenia, l’elemento distintivo originale di CAB è il design di strumenti di supporto inediti, che sfruttano le peculiarità di entrambi i mercati: quello sloveno come ambiente di test per nuovi prodotti/servizi e quello italiano per la loro scalabilità.

CAB (Cross-border Acceleration Bridge) will contribute to improve the cooperation between the main actors in the cross-border innovation system. In order to help develop the unfulfilled potential of innovative start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises in the industry of Smart Specialisation Strategies in Friuli Venezia-Giulia and Slovenia, CAB’s original distinguishing feature is the design of unedited support tool which use the peculiarities of both markets: the Slovenian market as a test field for new products and services, and the Italian market for their scaling.

Achievements (EN):

A new cross-border acceleration model for startup and PMI: The CAB project has developed a new international acceleration model for 20-year-old start-ups and PMI companies, offering the possibility of enabling an acceleration passage arising from a cross-border convergence. The reason for this was the specificity of the two following markets: in the first three months of acceleration in Slovenia, it offered an ideal environmental test for the first phase of the development of the idea and in three subsequent months in Italy, for the phase “towards the market “bring” to perfection. . In addition, due to the objectives of the project, an international go-to-market support network was created, which maintained the ability of experts from different fields to provide startup support and PMI. The results of the CAB project were presented at the CAB EXPO event in Venice on September 11th. The youth format created important moments for dialogue and networking. Within the framework of the Pomeranian School, with the coordination of Comacchio University Professor Cà Foscari, we were confronted with the strategy and relationship with the main incubators in Friuli, Veneto, Trentino-Alto Adige and Slovenia: LAB Vega Park, H-Farm, NOI TechPark Bolzano, t2i, M31, Start Cube, ABC Accelerator and Friuli Innovazione. Together with Electrolux, Time and CerealDocks, they have developed their own accelerator programs with the aim of open innovation and the dissemination of innovative ideas.

Izboljšati vsesplošne možnosti za inovativnost, ki bo povečala konkurenčnost programskega območja preko mreže italijanskih in slovenskih ključnih subjektov, ki bodo s skupnimi mo mi oblikovali, testirali in dolgoročno vzpostavili novo čezmejno službo za pospeševanje podjetij, ki bo sposobna spodbujati vlaganja v razvoj novih, inovativnih produktov in storitev ter prenos tehnologij iz centrov za raziskave in razvoj v podjetja, zlasti MSP.

Migliorare la capacità generale di innovazione per incrementare la competitività dell’area Programma grazie ad una rete di soggetti chiave italiani e sloveni che congiuntamente elaboreranno, testeranno e implementeranno nel lungo periodo un nuovo servizio transfrontaliero per l’accelerazione d’impresa, capace di promuovere gli investimenti nello sviluppo di nuovi prodotti e servizi innovativi e il trasferimento di tecnologie dai centri di R&S alle imprese, in particolare PMI.

Expected Outputs (SL):

Prvi rezultat je povečano sodelovanje med ključnimi akterji inovativnega ekosistema programskega območja (univerze, centri za raziskave in razvoj, podjetja, organizacije za podporo podjetjem v sektorjih, opredeljenih v treh regijah S3, FJK, Veneto, Slovenija) v obliki oblikovanja trajne čezmejne mreže, ki bo vzpostavila inovativne storitve za pospeševanje podjetništva CAB, namenjene MSP. Model, ki ga predlaga CAB, bo PP in drugim udeležencem programa ponudil možnost, da delujejo v sklopu skupnega medregijskega sistema za oblikovanje in razvoj podjetij z visoko dodano vrednostjo na tem območju. Sposobnost podjetij, da poslujejo v dveh jezikih, dveh kulturah in dveh poslovnih okoljih, predstavlja konkurenčno prednost, ki odpira razsežnosti ne le v smislu čezmejnega obsega, temve tudi v mednarodnem pogledu v sklopu EU in v svetovnem merilu. Skupne dejavnosti bodo omogočile utrditev sodelovanja med ključnimi subjekti v čezmejnem območju po eni strani, po drugi strani pa bodo ponudile nove možnosti za match making med mladimi podjetniki, vlagatelji in podjetji tako na medregijski ravni kot znotraj regije same. Drugi rezultat projekta je okrepljen razvoj proizvodnih sistemov, ki so značilni za programsko območje ter omogoča odkrivanje novih virov kot dodatek k državnim in regionalnim financiranjem, kakor tudi zasebnim vlaganjem. Izbor podjetij, ki bodo sodelovala pri projektnih dejavnostih, bo osredotočeno na produktivna podjetja, ki poslujejo v ključnih sektorjih, opredeljenih v 3 S3 (FJK: živilska industrija, strojna industrija in stanovanjski sistemi, pomorske tehnologije, pametno zdravje, kultura, ustvarjalnost in turizem; Veneto: pametna kmetijska živila, trajnostno naravnano življenje, pametna proizvodnja in ustvarjalne industrije; Slovenija: zdravo bivalno in delovno okolje, naravni in tradicionalni viri za prihodnost, industrija). Povezava s S3 zagotavlja konkuren no prednost za območje izvajanja programa ter tako povečuje razvoj produktivnih sistemov, ki so značilni za programsko območje ter omogova odkrivanje novih virov kot dodatek k državnim in regionalnim financiranjem, kakor tudi zasebnim vlaganjem.

Il primo risultato è l’aumento della cooperazione tra i soggetti chiave dell’ecosistema dell’innovazione dell’area Programma, (università, centri di R&S, imprese, organizzazioni a supporto delle imprese nei settori individuati nelle tre S3 di FVG, Veneto, Slovenia) attraverso la creazione di una rete duratura transfrontaliera che implementerà il servizio innovativo di accelerazione d’impresa transfrontaliero CAB dedicato alle PMI. Il modello proposto da CAB offrirà ai PP e agli altri attori coinvolti l’opportunità di agire come sistema collettivo intraregionale per la creazione e la crescita delle imprese ad alto valore aggiunto del territorio. La capacità delle imprese di operare in due lingue, due culture e in due contesti imprenditoriali è un vantaggio competitivo che aprirà il loro orizzonte non solo al territorio transfrontaliero, ma anche a tutti i paesi dell’UE e al mondo. Le attività congiunte permetteranno da un lato di consolidare la cooperazione tra i soggetti chiave nell’area transfrontaliera, dall’altro offriranno nuove opportunità di match-making tra i giovani imprenditori, gli investitori e le imprese a livello intra e inter regionale. Il secondo risultato del progetto è l’incremento dello sviluppo dei sistemi produttivi che caratterizzano il territorio, permettendo l’intercettazione di nuove risorse a complemento dei finanziamenti nazionali e regionali, nonché degli investimenti privati. La selezione delle imprese che parteciperanno alle attività progettuali sarà focalizzata sulle realtà produttive che operano nei settori chiave individuati nelle tre S3 (FVG: Agroalimentare, Filiere metalmeccanica e sistema casa, Tecnologie marittime, Smart health, Cultura, creatività e turismo; Veneto: Smart Agrifood, Sustainable Living, Smart Manifacturing e Creative Industries; Slovenia: Sistema casa e ambiente lavorativo, Risorse naturali e Tradizionali per il Futuro, Industria). Il link con le S3 garantisce un vantaggio competitivo per l’area Programma incrementando lo sviluppo dei sistemi produttivi che caratterizzano il territorio, permettendo l’intercettazione di nuove risorse a complemento dei finanziamenti nazionali e regionali, nonché degli investimenti privati.
