Nuvolak 2 will update the online platform Mikrobiz.net with benchmarking tools, will assist in the planning and implementation of marketing activities, will produce material, will spread good practice and create a support network for the functioning of mentors and research institutes with the aim of improving the research and innovation levels, and transferring knowledge from academic institutions to enterprises and between enterprises.

Nuvolak 2 aggiornerà la piattaforma web Mikrobiz.net con strumenti di benchmarking, fornirà assistenza nella pianificazione e implementazione di attività di marketing, produrrà materiali, diffonderà buone pratiche e creerà una rete di supporto per il funzionamento di mentori e istituti di ricerca con l'obiettivo di elevare il livello di ricerca, innovazione e trasferimento di conoscenza dalle istituzioni accademiche alle imprese e tra le imprese.

Nuvolak 2 bo nadgradil spletno platformo Mikrobiz.net z orodji za benchmarking, nudil pomoč pri načrtovanju in uvajanju marketinških aktivnosti, izdelal gradiva, širil dobre prakse ter vzpostavljal podporno mrežo za delovanje mentorjev in raziskovalnih institucij s ciljem dvigniti stopnjo raziskovanja, inoviranja in prenosa znanja iz akademske sfere v podjetja ter med podjetji.

Achievements (EN):

1) the updating and upgrading of the Mikrobiz platform (developed within the context of the NUVOLAK project) using an IT tool designed to provide support in planning and introducing marketing activities, additional material, good practices, up-to-date information on the creation and management of businesses on both sides of the border, and a network of tutors and supporting institutions on both sides of the border. The results of the project increased the level of cross-border cooperation among the program area’s main actors, thanks to: the introduction of good practices; exchanges of researchers, businessmen and experts, and their inclusion within the educational processes of the participating academic institutions; new cooperation agreements between cross-border actors operating within the context of innovation / academia / SMEs; joint projects for students from both sides of the border within the program area; networking and connections between tutors, researchers, students and institutions through in-person meetings and the online Mikrobiz platform; competitions for the most innovative projects / ideas / marketing tools on both sides of the border; the annual organisation of the cross-border Innovation Festival; meetings between SMEs, entrepreneurs, students, researchers and support institutions from both sides of the border. 2) a series of innovative marketing practices adopted by SMEs in the cross-border area, the exchange of identified good practices, the identification of key samples, and the creation of new tools and update of the existing ones implemented and promoted through pilot implementations, workshops, consultations, meetings, seminars, joint student projects, competitions, exchanges of researchers and experts, and the organisation of innovation festivals. Il principale obiettivo comune è lo sviluppo, l’introduzione pilota e la disseminazione di strumenti di marketing innovativi con il supporto on-line all'interno della piattaforma Mikrobiz per aumentare il livello di innovazione delle start-up e delle PMI in un ambiente internazionale e multiculturale, nonché lo sviluppo di competenze marketing, della cooperazione transfrontaliera e di reti tra i principali soggetti nell’ambito dell’innovazione per raggiungere la competitività globale.

Glavni skupni cilj je razvoj, pilotna uvedba in diseminacija inovativnega marketinškega orodja s spletno podporo v okviru nadgrajene platforme Mikrobiz za povečanje inovativnosti startupov in MSPjev v multikulturnem mednarodnem okolju ter razvoju marketinških znanj, čezmejnega sodelovanja in mreženja med ključnimi deležniki inovacijskega okolja za doseganje globalne konkurenčnosti.

1) l'aggiornamento e l’upgrade della piattaforma Mikrobiz (sviluppata nell'ambito del progetto NUVOLAK) attraverso uno strumento informatico per il supporto nella progettazione e l’introduzione di attività di marketing, materiale aggiuntivo, buone prassi, informazioni più aggiornate sulla creazione e la gestione di imprese su entrambi i lati del confine e una rete di tutor e istituzioni di supporto da entrambi i lati del confine. 1) posodobitev, nadgradnja obstoječe plaforme Mikrobiz (razvite v okviru projekta NUVOLAK) s spletnim orodjem za pomoč pri načrtovanju in uvajanju marketinških aktivnosti, dodatnim gradivom, dobrimi praksami, ažurnejšimi infomacijami za vzpostavitev in vodenje podjetij z obeh strani meje ter mrežo mentorjev in podpornih institucij z obeh strani. Navedena projektna rezultata bosta povečala stopnjo čezmejnega sodelovanja med ključnimi akterji programskega območja s predstavitvijo dobrih praks; izmenjavami raziskovalcev, podjetnikov in strokovnjakov ter njihovo vključitvijo v pedagoške procese sodelujočih akademskih institucij; novih pogodb o sodelovanju med čezmejnimi akterji inovacijskega okolja/fakultetami/MSPji; skupnimi projekti študentov z obeh strani meje v okviru programskega območja; mreženjem in povezovanjem med mentorji, raziskovalci, študenti in institucijami v okviru osebnih srečanj in spletne platforme Mikrobiz; tekmovanjem za najbolj inovativne projekte/ideje/marketinške pristope z obeh strani meje, letno organizacijo čezmejnega Festivala Inovativnosti; srečanji MSPjev, podjetnikov, študentov, raziskovalcev in podpornih institucij z obeh strani meje. 2) nabor inovativnih marketinških praks MSP-jev na obmejnem območju, izmenjava idenficiranih dobrih praks, identifikacija ključnih vzorcev in predlog novega oziroma posodobitev obstoječega orodja, ki bo implementiran in promoviran s pomočjo pilotnih izvedb, delavnic, svetovanj, srečanj, seminarjev, skupnih študentskih projektov, tekmovanj, izmenjav raziskovalcev, strokovnjakov in organizacijo festivalov inovativnosti.
