La sfida comune affrontata dal progetto è rappresentata dalla conservazione del patrimonio culturale dell’area di confine, al fine di favorire lo studio, la conservazione e la promozione del patrimonio culturale, collegato al celebre musicista Giuseppe Tartini, nato a Pirano nel 1692, nonché la sua valorizzazione, per lo sviluppo di un nuovo percorso transfrontaliero di turismo culturale sostenibile. L’attività del Tartini, infatti, si è sviluppata tra Pirano, Capodistria, Venezia e Padova, affascinando e influenzando un vasto ambiente culturale europeo.

Projekt se ukvarja s kulturno dediščino obmejnega območja. Spodbuditi želi njeno ohranjanje in promocijo, v povezavi s slavnim skladateljem Giuseppejem Tartinijem, rojenim v Piranu leta 1692. Vzpostaviti želi čezmejne poti trajnostnega kulturnega turizma, saj je Tartinijeva dejavnost potekala med Piranom, Koprom, Benetkami in Padovo ter vplivala na široko evropsko kulturno okolje. Z oblikovanjem čezmejnega proizvoda bo dediščina Giuseppeja Tartinija ovrednotena ter povečana dostopnost do kulturnega bogatstva.

The common challenge faced by the project is the preservation of cultural heritage in the area around the border, with the aim of promoting the study, preservation and promotion of the cultural heritage, in connection with Giuseppe Tartini, a well-known musician born in Piran in 1692, as well as its enhancement in order to develop a new cross-border sustainable cultural tourism pathway. Tartini’s activities developed between Piran, Capodistria, Venice and Padua, and fascinated and influenced a huge part of the European cultural environment.

Achievements (EN):

As it was for his visitors at the time of the Grand Tour, today Giuseppe Tartini is upholding once again the attractiveness of his charm as an added value and integration for cultural tourism in the North Adriatic sea region. His heritage is now available to the whole world thanks to the global access to the multilingual website Discover Tartini ( www.discovertartini.eu ), where you can find an archive of his music and theoretical writings; the territorial biographical guide to the musical touristic path of The Tartini Route; and youngsters interacting with his music and artistry in the section Tartini Junior. This is the outcome of the project named tARTini (Turismo culturale all’insegna di Giuseppe Tartini - Kulturni turizem v znamenju Giuseppeja Tartinija), funded by the European Union through the cross-border programme INTERREG VA Italy – Slovenija 2014 – 2020, implemented by a partnership of cultural bodies and public institutions, where the Municipality of Piran/Pirano acted as the Lead and cooperated with the Community of Italians of Pirano, the Ljubljana Festival, the Music Conservatory Giuseppe Tartini of Trieste, the CEI-Executive Secretariat (CEI ES), and the Department for Linguistic and Literacy Studies of the University of Padua. Giuseppe Tartini (Piran 1692 – Padua 1770) was a charming and eclectic personality: he was the first and most renowned violinist in the Europe of his time; he is considered among the main composers in the history of world music; and was a great teacher with his forward-looking vision of a training programme addressed to students from all over Europe. Nonetheless, he was also a scientist and a technician: he is the author of important treaties on harmony and music theory, including the “third sound”, still a subject of sound physics research. He is also linked to the shape of the new fiddlestick, which has changed violin performances forever. Discover Tartini is a structural change with regard to the relationship between Tartini and his fans worldwide: by reassessing the innovative nature of his work to restore his role as a great player of the Enlightenment in Europe when he was alive; by supplying scholars and interpreters with a digital archive of his musical and theoretical work, and of his known epistolary, that will enable new executions and tartinian studies thanks to the opportunities provided by information technology; by setting the path of the locations of his life between Piran and Padua in the realm of natural and human masterpieces, that enshrine them in this part of Europe. Main results: The results of the project change the visibility of Tartini’s work worldwide. “Discover Tartini” is the brand of the new physical and virtual itinerary, that supplies to scholars, followers and tourists a free access to the musical, narrative and museal estate made available by the action. The multilingual site www.discovertartini.eu, supported by a dedicated server, leads to discover and study Tartini through its digital archive, a musical browser, the epistolary and his scientific and didactical writings, the illustrated locations of Tartini and the educational section for the youngsters. The restoration of Casa Tartini (Tartini’s House) in Piran/Pirano offers a new multifunctional space to introduce his heritage with a new multimedia exhibition and related activities. The “Tartini Route” connects Piran/Pirano with Padua, Trieste and Ljubljana along a new cross-border path of musical tourism. Up to twenty musical events performed in the timespan of the project, many being first executions in the modern time, involved thousands of viewers. 47 concerts and sonatas of Tartini and his pupils are now available with YouTube at Discover Tartini website. A network of up to nine hundred followers from 43 countries in the world interacts in the Facebook page “Discover Tartini”.

Lo scopo è di implementare attività per conservare, valutare e sviluppare, nonché promuovere il patrimonio culturale di Tartini, per incrementare la domanda di turismo sostenibile nell’area centrale del triangolo creativo del Tartini. Il progetto sarà finalizzato al mantenimento dell’integrità del patrimonio culturale, la cui esistenza è continuamente minacciata da altre attività, come pure alla promozione dell’uso sostenibile del patrimonio culturale con la creazione del prodotto TARTINI.

Cilj projekta je izvedba aktivnosti za ohranjanje, vrednotenje in razvoj ter promoviranje Tartinijeve kulturne dediščine z namenom povečati trajnostno turistično povpraševanje na območju osrednjega Tartinijevega ustvarjalnega trikotnika. Cilj projekta je skladen, saj bo projekt vlagal v ohranjanje celovitosti kulturne dediščine, katere obstoj je zaradi različnih dejavnosti stalno ogrožen, kakor tudi v promocijo trajnostne rabe kulturne dediščine z vzpostavitvijo proizvoda TARTINI.

Il primo risultato del progetto consiste nell’ideazione di un innovativo prodotto turistico-culturale transfrontaliero con il brand TARTINI, che viene associato ai risultati del programma come obiettivo specifico di valutazione, catalogazione e valorizzazione del patrimonio culturale di Giuseppe Tartini e di promozione, nel suo complesso, quale patrimonio comune dell’area transfrontaliera. L’avvio della promozione del prodotto avverrà con tre grandi eventi (Pirano, Trieste, Lubiana), dove il prodotto verrà presentato al grande pubblico. Promuovendo la consapevolezza del patrimonio tartiniano nell’opinione pubblica interessata, anche gli operatori turistici e culturali e i settori dell’economia saranno informati riguardo alle possibilità offerte dalla valorizzazione di questo patrimonio culturale. Informando sulle opportunità dell’economia verde, sui posti di lavoro verdi e sul turismo sostenibile, la gente può combattere contro il degrado e l’inquinamento del patrimonio culturale, causato dall’influenza dell’uomo. In questo modo il pubblico interessato potrà comprendere lo stile di vita sostenibile. Solo in questo modo tutti insieme possiamo raggiungere il più ampio impatto sull’area transfrontaliera affinché iano misurabili concreti cambiamenti.Il secondo risultato del progetto consiste nella creazione del percorso culturale transfrontaliero Tartini, che collegherà le città, in cui Tartini è nato, ha vissuto e lavorato. Sarà presentato il patrimonio culturale immobile - la casa natale di Tartini - e il patrimonio culturale mobile - la musica e gli scritti - attraverso eventi culturali - mostre, concerti, workshop, iniziative nel campo della ricerca scientifica, l’edizione di opere specialistiche e raccolte e la rete consolidata Tartini. L’inizio e la fine di questo nuovo percorso culturale transfrontaliero sarà in Casa Tartini, con l’istituzione di un centro di informazioni e di un nuovo percorso museale multimediale, che guiderà il visitatore attraverso la Casa. Il percorso culturale Tartini sarà collocato nel mondo reale e nel tempo reale, adeguatamente evidenziato e promosso. Inoltre, il percorso culturale sarà anche disponibile su internet, dove saranno disponibili le opere digitalizzate del Tartini.

Prvi projektni rezultat je oblikovan čezmejni inovativni kulturno-turistični proizvod pod blagovno znamko TARTINI, ki se povezuje s programskim rezultatom specifičnega cilja tako, da bo ovrednotil kulturno dediščino Giuseppeja Tartinija in jo celovito promoviral kot dediščino čezmejnega območja. Začetek promocije proizvoda se bo pričel s tremi večjimi dogodki (Piran, Trst, Ljubljana), kjer se bo proizvod predstavilo širši javnosti. S spodbujanjem ozaveščenosti zainteresirane javnosti, turističnih in kulturnih delavcev ter gospodarstva glede Tartinijeve dediščine bodo slednji prejeli več informacij o možnostih izkoriščanja kulturne dediščine. Z informiranjem o možnostih zelenega gospodarstva, zelenih delovnih mest in trajnostnega turizma, se lahko ljudje borijo proti degradaciji in onesnaževanju kulturnih znamenitosti zaradi človeškega vpliva. Zainteresirana javnost bo lahko le tako ponotranjila trajnostni način življenja. Le-tako lahko vsi skupaj dosegamo širše in merljive učinke na čezmejno območje, ki bodo resnično nekaj spremenili. Drugi projektni rezultat je oblikovana čezmejna kulturna pot Tartini. Povezovala bo mesta, kjer se je Tartini rodil, živel in ustvarjal. Izpostavljala bo nepremično kulturno dediščino – rojstna Hiša Tartini in premično kulturno dediščino – glasba in skladbe - kot so kulturni dogodki – razstave, koncerti, delavnice, inciative na področju znanstvenega raziskovanja, izdaja strokovnih del in zbirk in ustanovljena Mreža Tartini. Začetek ali konec te nove čezmejne kulturne poti bo v Hiši Tartini, z vzpostavljenim info centrom in novo multimedijsko muzejsko potjo, ki bo obiskovalca vodila po Hiši. Kulturna pot Tartini bo postavljena v realni svet in čas, primerno označena in promovirana. Poleg tega bo kulturna pot tudi dostopna na svetovnem spletu, kjer bodo na voljo nova digitalizirana Tartinijeva dela.
