Description (EN):

The availability of the EU technical reference frameworks (EQF, ECVET) was not enough to improve cross-border student mobility in the Program area. The main focus is facilitating cross-border cooperation between professional training actors. A Memorandum of Agreement will therefore be drawn up between public authorities and industry associations to promote learning mobility; at the same time, actors will suggest solutions to promote cooperation.

Dostopnost evropskih sistemov za primerljivost in prenos učnih izidov (EQF, ECVET) ni privedla sama po sebi do večje čezmejne učne mobilnosti na programskem območju. Bistvo projekta je zato izboljšati pogoje za učinkovito čezmejno povezovanje akterjev poklicnega izobraževanja. V ta namen bo vzpostavljen okvirni dogovor med oblastmi in zastopniki delodajalcev o čezmejnem pospeševanju učne mobilnosti, ob tem bodo sami akterji ponudili ustrezne rešitve, ki bodo olajšale sodelovanje.

La disponibilità dei quadri tecnici di riferimento europei (EQF, ECVET) non è bastata a produrre l'aumento della mobilità transfrontaliera degli studenti nell’area del Programma. Il focus è su come agevolare i rapporti di collaborazione transfrontaliera tra gli attori della formazione professionale. Sarà perciò stipulato un protocollo di intesa tra autorità pubbliche e associazioni di categoria per promuovere la mobilità per l’apprendimento, nel contempo gli attori proporranno soluzioni atte ad agevolare la collaborazione.

Achievements (EN):

The most important results achieved are: Cross-border workshops at Nova Gorica, Udine/Videm and Goriška Brda/Collio Goriziano on the topic »Development of collaborative capacities in vocational and professional education«. Signing the Protocol on cross-border cooperation between vocational education and training stakeholders in Slovenia and Italy, and for the purpose of the signing ceremony, the organisation of the media conference. Cross-border courses at Nova Gorica, Videm/Udine and Zagraj/Sagrado on the topic »v«. Digital platform INPRAXI.INFO: innovative tool in which students are able to view internship offers and to connect with companies, to find answers to questions on cross-border training. The partnership managed to capture the most important key people and organisations in vocational education in the program area and ensured involvement in the activities of schools and companies. An important added value is the Permanent Cooperation Network made up by stakeholders who signed the “Protocol on cross-border cooperation between vocational education and training stakeholders in Slovenia and Italy”. The project partners approved the sustainability strategy, which envisages, among other things, regular maintenance of the INPRAXI.INFO platform. A potential area for the transfer of good practices to other environments within the framework of Erasmus + strategic partnerships is the INPRAXI.INFO platform.

Okrepiti sodelovanje med ponudniki javnih storitev izobrazevanja in podjetji programskega območja v praktičnem usposabljanju z delom s pomočjo inovativnih postopkov in enotnih standardov za izvedbo čezmejnih mobilnosti. Projekt ponuja skupne rešitve za skupne izzive in priložnosti, kot so navedene v C.1, z ukrepi, ki ciljajo na krepitev zmoglivosti institucionalnega sodelovanja.

Rafforzare la cooperazione tra gli enti di formazione pubblici e le imprese dell’area Programma nell’apprendimento basato sul con l’ausilio di approcci innovativi e standard condivisi per la realizzazione di percorsi di mobilità transfrontaliera.Il progetto offre soluzioni congiunte per le sfide comuni e le opportunità dell’area individuate in C.1 attraverso azioni che mirano al rafforzamento delle capacità di cooperazione istituzionale

Expected Outputs (SL):

Rezultat, ki ga želi doseči projekt, je 10-odstotno povečanje čezmejnega praktičnega usposabljanja z delom, ki vključuje akterje programskega območja, torej ponudnike javnih storitev izobraževanja in podjetja, z obeh strani meje. Rezultat projekta je povezan s kazalnikom rezultata osi programa, saj predpostavlja povečano čezmejno sodelovanje med državljani (dijaki, družinami) in institucijami (šolami) programskega območja v glavnem preko vzpostavitve novih kanalov komuniciranja in sodelovanja med zainteresiranimi organizacijami (šole, podjetja). Prispevek kazalniku rezultata osi, ki pri zainteresiranih straneh meri dojemajo obsega čezmejnega sodelovanja in njegovo kakovost, bo pomemben, saj bo v aktivnosti in neposredne učinke projekta na široko zaobjel ponudnike javnih storitev PSI in gospodarske subjekte (MSP, podjetja). Glede na značilnosti ciljnih skupin lahko projekt prispeva izboljšanju dojemanja čezmejnega sodelovanja med mladimi, za katere je raziskava Eurobarometer (september 2015) pokazala, da so manj vključeni v čezmejno sodelovanje kot starejši. Predlagan kazalnik rezultata želi izmeriti vpliv projekta na posredne koristnike. Iskani podatek: udeleženci mobilnosti - dijaki, diplomanti (največ eno leto po zaključku študija), operaterji PSI -, ki se je začela v letu, za katero se ugotavlja stanje. Vir podatkov: nacionalni agenciji programa Erasmus+.Način zajetja: iz baze podatkov projektov tranznacionalnih učnih mobilnosti PSI ISFOL se izločijo organizacije italijanskega dela programskega območja, ki pošiljajo v organizacije na slovenski strani programskega območja;podobno, le zrcalno, se zajame iz baze CMEPIUS v Sloveniji. Izhodiščna vrednost in osnova za meritev letnega prirastka bo podatek za leto 2016, ki bo pridobljen v okviru aktivnosti DS3.2.2.Po l. 2017 bo za meritve poskrbelo institucionalno omizje za soočenje predvideno s protokolom o soglasnosti (DS3.1).

Il risultato a cui mira il progetto è un aumento del 10% di mobilità transfrontaliere per l'apprendimento basato sul lavoro nelle quali partecipano attori dei sistemi educativo e produttivo di ambo i lati del confine.Il risultato di progetto si collega all'indicatore di risultato dell'asse in quanto presuppone una maggiore intensità di cooperazione transfrontaliera tra cittadini (studenti, famiglie) e istituzioni (scuole) nell'area attraverso la creazione di nuovi canali di comunicazione e collaborazione tra le organizzazioni interessate (scuole, imprese).Il contributo all'indicatore di risultato dell'asse, che mira a misurare la percezione delle parti interessate sulla quantità e qualità della cooperazione transfrontaliera, sarà importante in quanto si coinvolgeranno a vasto raggio nelle attività e nell'utilizzo degli output sia le istituzioni dell'IFP che il mondo produttivo (PMI, aziende). Vista la natura dei gruppi target si può prevedere un miglioramento della percezione tra i giovani che secondo le rilevazioni Eurobarometer 9/2015 risultano meno coinvolti rispetto ai più anziani.L'indicatore di risultato del progetto mira a rilevare l'effetto sui beneficiari indiretti.Dato che verrà rilevato: studenti, diplomati/qualificati entro un anno, operatori dell'IFP partecipanti a mobilità per l'apprendimento avviate entro l'anno di riferimento della rilevazione.Fonte dei dati: Agenzie Nazionali Erasmus+.Modalità di filtraggio: progetti di mobilità per l'apprendimento delle organizzazioni italiane dell'area. Programma invianti nell'area Programma slovena richiesti all'ISFOL; stessa richiesta benché speculare sarà fatta a CMEPIUS.Il valore di riferimento per la misurazione degli incrementi sarà il dato per il 2016 che sarà rilevato nel contesto dell’attività WP3.2.2.Le rilevazioni successive al 2017 saranno a cura del tavolo istituzionale di confronto istituito dal protocollo d’intesa (cfr. .WP3.1).
