Description (LT): Projektas padės neįgaliesiems asmenims integruotis į darbo rinką ir sudarys galimybes išmokti naujų profesinių gebėjimų. Projektas skirtas 44 000 – čių asmenų (nuo 16 metų amžiaus) su fizinėmis, kognityvinėmis, jutiminėmis ar emocinėmis negaliomis, gyvenantiems pasienio regione – Žemgalėje bei Panevėžio ir Utenos apskrityse. Projektas plėtos specialiai paruoštą mokymo sistemą, kurią menininkai galės taikyti vesdami kūrybinius užsiėmimus neįgaliems asmenims. Mentorius – savo srities profesionalas, kuris dirbs ir apmokys neįgalius asmenis savo profesijos amato bei padės integruotis į darbo rinką, skatins kūrybiškumą.
Projekto metu bus sukurta, bandoma ir pristatoma metodika „Kūrybinių užsiėmimų vedimo sistema skirta darbui su neįgaliais asmenimis“. Pagal sukurtą metodiką bus apmokoma dirbti su neįgaliais asmenimis 40 menininkų - mentorių, kurie projekto metu ves kūrybinius užsiėmimus 80-čiai neįgalių asmenų iš Latvijos ir Lietuvos. Projektas bus įgyvendinamas per 2 metus 3 partnerių tiesiogiai susijusių su darbo rinkomis ir neįgalių asmenų gyvenimo kokybės gerinimu regionuose – menų inkubatorius Anykščiuose, verslo mokymų centras Panevėžyje ir Jelgavos savivaldybė.
Read more Description (LV): Projekts palīdzēs personām ar invaliditāti iekļauties darba tirgū, uzlabos šīs mērķa grupas sociālo integrāciju un padarīs pieejamākas apmācības, kas nodrošinās jaunas profesionālās prasmes. Projekts paredzēts 44 tūkstošiem iedzīvotājiem no 16 gadu vecuma ar fiziska un garīga rakstura traucējumiem, kas dzīvo Zemgales un Panevēžas – Utenas pierobežas reģionā. Projekta ietvaros tiks izstrādāta, pārbaudīta un ieviesta metodoloģija individualizētai apmācību sistēmai un apmācīti 40 mentori, kuri sagatavos 80 personas invaliditāti mākslas un amatniecības profesijās vai arī darbam uzņēmumos. Apmācības tiks organizētas 6 dažādās vietās, izmantojot infrastruktūru, kas apmācību vajadzībām tiks speciāli pielāgotas cilvēkiem ar invaliditāti Projektu divu gadu gaitā īstenos trīs partneri, pārstāvot dažādas jomas, kas tieši saistītas ar darba tirgu reģionā – mākslas inkubators Anīkščos, biznesa apmācību centrs Panevēžā un Jelgavas rajona pašvaldība.
Read more Description (EN): The project will help persons with disabilities to integrate into the labour market and offer training of new professional skills. The project will be targeted at 44 thousand persons with physical, cognitive, sensory or emotional disabilities from the age 16 residing in the cross border area of Zemgale and Panevezys-Utena districts. Project will develop a tailor-made training system to acquire new professional skills under the leadership of a mentor – a professional in a particular domain who will be ready to work with and train a disabled person in his/her profession thus preparing for integration into the labour market.
The project at 6 partner locations. The project will be implemented over the period of 2 years by 3 partners directly related to labour market in the region – an art incubator in Anyksciai, business training centre in Panevezys and Jelgava Local Municipality.
Read more Achievements (EN): During the project it was developed, tested and introduced a methodology for tailor-made training system for disabled persons. Photos from final event – Cross-border conference in Anyksciai art incubator, where Methodological Handbook for Mentors “Let’s do it together” was presented and implemented activities were discussed.
With help of project equipment was improved in 9 partner locations – Anykščiai Art Incubator, Panevežys Business Advisory Centre and 7 parishes of Jelgava Municipality – Jaunsvirlauka, Svēte, Valgunde, Zaļenieki, Līvbērze, Kalnciems and Vilce.
The following improvements in equipment were made to ensure accessibility to training of the professional skills in crafts, arts and business-related sectors for disabled persons:
(1) Equipment for creative workshops Silk painting, Drawing and decorating, Painting, Ceramics, Interactive crative desing, Graphics and design) at LP:
mobile track for levelling the unevenness of floor, 4 occupational therapy tables, 10 ergonomic work chairs, 4 cupboards, 16 mobile acoustic partition walls and 2 mobile magnetic writing boards; 5 professional easels, laser for cutting and engraving with computer and special software, printing press; 2 sets of virtual reality equipment, multifunctional printer and document shredder.
(2) Equipment for trainings at PP2 (Mentors training, Coaching and mentoring for disabled persons in business-related professions such as accounting, marketing, working with the IT technologies,): sound system, projector, multifunctional printer, smart board, mobile glass board, document shredder and clothes hanger, computers with software and accesories (3 units), windows coverings for the classrom (2 units) and air conditioner.
(3) Equipment for PP3 at 7 parishes of Jelgava municipality for creative workshops: – leather workshop (sewing machine and guillotine for leather) and packaging machine for gluing of product labels and labelling machine – (1) workshop for knitting and embroidery (embroidery machine), carriage for intarsia, simple knitting-machine with table, knitting-machine and winder for yarn; (2) sewing workshop (7 sewing machines, 4 overlock machines, 4 sets for ironing with an iron and a table for ironing, 4 ergonomic tables with chairs and 4 mannequins and (3) laundry service (laundry machine, laundry dryer and iron with table for ironing) Cooking workshop (stove with oven, cooker hood, pots, pans and dishes and an ergonomic table with a chair), – Wrapping machine (1 unit), Shelves (5 units),boxes for storage (25)

Expected Results (EN): Number of people benefiting from more accessible, efficient social inclusion measures and social services
Expected Outputs (EN): The main output of the project will be a developed, tested and introduced model of social inclusion of disabled persons into the labour market through tailor-made training system implemented by a trained mentor – a professional in certain domain who trains a disabled person in his/her profession, thus integrating him/her into the labour market.
The project will prepare 40 mentors that will further train 80 disabled persons in the professions in arts and crafts or related to businesses, based on the equipment adjusted for the needs of disabled persons at 6 partner locations – Anykščiai Art Incubator – Art Studio, Panevežys Business Advisory Centre and 4 parishes of Jelgava Municipality – Jaunsvirlauka, Svēte, Eleja and Valgunde.
