L’obiettivo generale del progetto è il rafforzamento della cooperazione transfrontaliera tra i comuni di Tarvisio e di Arnoldstein nel campo del rafforzamento del marketing territoriale e della valorizzazione soft del patrimonio storico culturale comune lungo l’asse della ciclovia Alpe Adria radweg (l’itinerario ciclabile transfrontaliero che costituisce un collegamento diretto tra la rete ciclabile centro europea e il mare Adriatico). Il suo percorso attraversa il territorio dei comuni di Tarvisio e Arnoldstein all’altezza dell’ex dogana posta sul valico di Coccau. Il complesso degli edifici qui situati verrà riconvertito in una struttura multifunzionale capace di fungere allo stesso tempo da: infopoint turistico a servizio della rete cicilistica della Carinzia e del FVG, museo del confine ed hub museale integrato per la messa in rete del patrimonio culturale e naturalistico dell’area. Tale comprensorio consentirà lo sviluppo di una rete integrata trasfrontaliera capace di valorizzare luoghi e siti di importanza storica e culturale per poterne garantire una miglior fruizione da parte dei turisti e delle comunità locali trasformando una struttura pensata per dividere in un polo di valorizzazione del territorio e delle comunità.

Das übergeordnete Ziel des Projektes ist es im Bereich der Stärkung der regionalen Vermarktung und Förderung der historischen weichen gemeinsamen kulturellen Erbes entlang der Achse des Radweges Alpe Adria Radweg (der Radweg zur Stärkung der grenzüberschreitenden Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Gemeinden Tarvisio und Arnoldstein grenzüberschreitender, die zwischen dem Fahrrad mitteleuropäischen Netz und der Adria), eine direkte Verbindung darstellt. Sein Weg kreuzt das Gebiet der Gemeinden von Tarvisio und Arnoldstein auf dem ehemaligen Zoll auf dem Berg Post Coccau passieren. The overall objective of the project is to strengthen cross-border cooperation between the municipalities of Tarvisio and Arnoldstein in the field of strengthening territorial marketing and the soft valorisation of the common cultural heritage along the Alps Adria radweg (cycling route Which is a direct link between the European Central Bicycle Network and the Adriatic Sea). Necessità Promuovere un approccio innovativo per favorire il turismo sostenibile e le attività ricreative e culturali, con l’obiettivo di una maggiore valorizzazione slow del territorio e di potenziare a livello transfrontaliero la destagionalizzazione dell'offerta turistica. Potenzialmento all'interno della strategia Alpina delle politiche per la mobilità sostenibile e il miglioramento della qualità dell'aria secondo la direttiva CE 2008/50. Problematiche A fronte dell'aumento dei cicloturisti lungo l'Alpe Adria Radweg che attraversa i territori dei due comuni gli operatori turistici e il territorio non riescono a sfruttare al meglio tale risorsa durante i periodi destagionalizzati Opportunità Promozione di un turismo alpino rispettoso dell’ambiente, nonché la notorietà di luoghi meno conosciuti Rilancio dei beni culturali materiali e immateriali per la valorizzazione turistica, Restauro e valorizzazione di luoghi e siti di importanza storica e culturale per garantire un migliore utilizzo a fini turistici e culturali. Obiettivi Sviluppare una strategia comune di promozione del territorio partendo dalla valorizzazione del patrimonio storico culturale di interesse turistico capace di intercettare al meglio il flusso di turisti che nei mesi primaverili ed estivi attraversano il territorio sfruttando la presenza dell’Alpe Adria Radweg. Il tutto si inserisce pienamente nell’asse 3 della Strategia Alpina in merito alla sostenibilità del turismo alpino e alla valorizzazione del cosiddetto marketing turistico a km zero. Risultati attesi Sviluppo di una serie di azioni integrate volte a supportare il marketing turistico transfrontaliero rispettoso dell’ambiente alpino Restauro e valorizzazione di un sito con specifica rilevanza storica-culturale Attivazione di una rete stabile di strutture a livello transfrontaliero volte a promuovere e valorizzare il patrimonio storico culturale locale.

Notwendigkeit: Entwicklung und Förderung eines innovativen Ansatzes, um nachhaltigen Tourismus und erholsame und kulturelle Aktivitäten zu begünstigen. Ziel ist es, den sanften, entschleunigten Tourismus im Gebiet stark zu steigern und das saisonunabhängige Tourismusangebot auf transnationaler Ebene zu verstärken. Interne Entwicklung und Stärkung der alpinen Strategie der Politik für nachhaltige Mobilität und Verbesserung der Luftqualität nach der Verordnung CE 2008/50. Problematik: Entlang des Alpe Adria Radweges, der die Gebiete der zwei Gemeinden durchquert, nimmt der Radtourismus stetig zu. Tourismusunternehmer und im Tourismus Beschäftigte schaffen es nicht, diese Ressourcen, die sich durch die Zunahme des Radtourismus bieten, auch außerhalb der touristischen Hochsaison bestmöglich zu nutzen. Möglichkeiten: Förderung eines umweltschonenden alpinen Tourismus und weniger bekannter touristischer Orte.Wiedereinführung von materiellen und immateriellen Kulturgütern für die touristische Entwicklung. Restaurierung und Inwertsetzung von Orten und Stätten von spezifischer historischer und kultureller Bedeutung mit dem Ziel, diese bestmöglich zu touristischen und kulturellen Zwecken zu nutzen. Ziele: Entwicklung einer gemeinsamen Förderstrategie für das Gebiet, ausgehend von der Inwertsetzung des historisch-kulturellen Erbes von touristischem Interesse. Diese Strategie ermöglicht es, die Tourismusströme, die in den Frühlings- und Sommermonaten durch das Programmgebiet verlaufen, abzufangen und sich den vorhandenen Alpe Adria Radweg bestmöglich zu Nutzen zu machen. Diese Aspekte fügen sich vollauf in die Achse 3 der alpinen Strategie ein, und das in Bezug auf den nachhaltigen alpinen Tourismus und die Inwertsetzung des Tourismusmarketings für regional hergestellte Produkte. Erwartete Ergebnisse: Entwicklung einer Reihe integrierter Aktionen zur Unterstützung eines grenzübergreifenden Tourismusmarketings, das den Alpenraum respektiert und schützt.
