Il progetto intende creare un percorso turistico tematico nell'area di programma, basato sullo sfruttamento della biodiversità, delle risorse ambientali e culturali e sul concetto che non si devono produrre rifiuti. Lino, canapa e ortica sono colture regionali tradizionali e un esempio perfetto di un ciclo di vita senza rifiuti ("No Waste Lifecycle") in quanto crescono molto rapidamente, anche su terreno marginale, senza il bisogno di usare pesticidi e tutti i loro componenti sono prodotti di base: fibre per carta, tessili o compositi; semi per alimenti tradizionali e oli di alta qualità; estratti per la cosmesi. Si dimostrano quindi uno strumento ideale per creare un "percorso tematico" che si snoda attraverso la nostra regione e presenta ai nostri visitatori il concetto di "NO WASTE", con esempi concreti e prodotti tangibili. L'obiettivo di questo progetto è promuovere un'intesa comune tra le parti attive attraverso workshop e incontri, per identificare le caratteristiche chiave di questo percorso tematico che collega conoscenza, indagini e azione. Promuoverebbe la commercializzazione dei prodotti, stimolando nel contempo i visitatori a considerare un futuro più sano e sostenibile. Un altro aspetto chiave del progetto sarà la divulgazione di questi principi tra gli studenti con dimostrazioni ed esperimenti, in collaborazione con gli istituti scolastici.

Ziel dieses Projekts ist die Bildung einer thematischen Touristenroute im Programmraum, gestützt auf Themen über Biodiversität, Umwelt- und Kulturressourcen, sowie das Konzept, dass kein Abfall produziert werden soll. Flachs, Hanf und Nesseln sind traditionelle, regionale Nutzpflanzen und das perfekte Beispiel für den “No Waste Lifecycle”, da sie sehr schnell wachsen, auch auf kargem Boden, ohne Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, und alle ihre Komponenten der Herstellung von Bedarfsgütern dienen: Fasern für Papier, Textilien oder Kompositwerkstoffe; Körner für traditionelle Nahrung und qualitativ hochwertiges Öl; Extrakte für Kosmetika. Sie eignen sich daher hervorragend als Leitmotiv einer “thematic route”, die durch unsere Region führt und die Besucher mit dem “NO WASTE” Konzept über konkrete Beispiele und greifbare Produkte vertraut macht. Das Projekt zielt darauf hin, ein gemeinschaftliches Einverständnis zwischen den aktiven Teilnehmern zu schaffen. Mit der Organisation von Workshops und Meetings sollen die wesentlichen Punkte dieser thematischen Touristenroute ermittelt werden, die Kenntnisse, Recherchen und Aktion verbinden soll. Das würde die Kommerzialisierung der Produkte fördern und die Besucher zum Nachdenken über eine gesündere und nachhaltigere Zukunft anregen. Ein weiterer, wesentlicher Punkt des Projekts wird die Verbreitung dieser Prinzipien unter Schülern mit Vorführungen und Experimenten gemeinsam mit den Schulen.

Description (EN):

This project aims to promote the creation of a thematic tourist route in the program area based on the exploitation of biodiversity, environmental and cultural resources, and on the concept that waste must not be produced. Flax, hemp and nettles, are traditional regional crops and a perfect example of a “No Waste Lifecycle”, since they grow very rapidly, also on marginal land, without requiring pesticides, and all of their components are basic commodities: fibers for paper, textiles or composites; seeds for traditional foods and high quality oils; extracts for cosmetics. They are therefore an ideal tool for the creation of a “thematic route” that winds through our region and introduces visitors to the “NO WASTE” concept, with concrete examples and tangible products. The aim of this project is to promote a common understanding between active parties, through workshops and meetings, to identify the key features of this thematic route, that links knowledge, inquiry, and action. It would promote commercialization of the products while stimulating visitors to consider a healthier and more sustainable future. An additional key aspect of the project will be the dissemination of these principles among students, with demonstrations and experiments in cooperation with schools.

Expected Results (IT):

Gli abitanti delle aree di riferimento del programma vogliono continuare a vivere nelle loro terre nonostante le difficoltà legate alla tipologia dell‘ambiente. Un modo di contrastare lo spopolamento è incrementare il turismo introducendo nuovi approcci quali l'attenzione alla scienza e alla tecnologia e creando un collegamento tra i metodi tradizionali e lo sviluppo futuro. L'area di programma contiene una delle biodiversità più ricche in Europa ed è caratterizzata da una base economica e culturale comune. Partendo da queste premesse è possibile promuovere il turismo transfrontaliero sviluppando un NO WASTE ROAD, un percorso senza rifiuti. Le basi del percorso sono già presenti nella regione: molti musei e associazioni locali di piccole dimensioni, nonché piccole realtà di economia rurale e artigianale e produttori con i quali creare una rete per attirare visitatori. Il rischio è di non essere in grado di collegare le entità partecipanti in modo da consentire un'esperienza turistica semplice per chiunque. Attività: identificare il "percorso tematico" e collegare i punti di interesse in modo efficace e suggestivo; creazione di una banca dati delle parti interessate e di una banca dati con informazioni di carattere storico, tecnologico e scientifico da utilizzare per la promozione; guide, video, articoli per riviste, materiale illustrativo; workshop e incontri; sessioni con le scuole per diffondere il concetto di NO WASTE e per promuovere l'utilizzo del percorso tematico come parte delle attività didattiche e dei viaggi istruzione. Obiettivi: creare una nuova offerta turistica e nuove opportunità economiche attraverso la valorizzazione della cultura locale e dei prodotti tipici, identificati dal marchio "NO WASTE". Introdurre una "nuova mentalità" relativa allo sfruttamento completo delle risorse.

Die Bewohner des Programmraums möchten weiterhin auf ihrem Boden leben, trotz der typischen Hindernisse solcher Umweltbedingungen. Eine Methode, gegen die Landflucht anzugehen, ist eine Steigerung des Fremdenverkehrs über neue Initiativen, die die Aufmerksamkeit auf Wissenschaft und Technologie lenken und eine Verbindung zwischen traditionellen Methoden und künftiger Entwicklung schaffen. Der Programmraum kann sich einer, in Europa seltenen biologischen Vielfalt rühmen und zeichnet sich durch eine gemeinsame Wirtschafts- und Kulturbasis aus. Unter diesen Bedingungen kann der grenzübergreifende Tourismus mit der Entwicklung einer NO WASTE ROAD gefördert werden. Die Grundlagen für diese Strecke sind in der Region bereits gegeben: Viele kleine, lokale Museen und Assoziationen, sowie kleine landwirtschaftliche und kunsthandwerkliche Unternehmen und Hersteller, die vernetzt werden müssen, um Besucher anzuziehen. Das Risiko ist, dass es nicht gelingt, die einzelnen Teilnehmer so gemeinschaftlich zu verbinden, dass die Erfahrung mit dem Tourismus für alle Beteiligten reibungslos verläuft. Aktivitäten: die „thematic route“ festlegen und die interessanten Punkte effizient und attraktiv mit einander verbinden; Bildung einer Datenbank mit den Interessenträgern und einer Datenbank mit historischen, technologischen und wissenschaftlichen Informationen, die der Werbung und Förderung dienen; Führungsbroschüren, Artikel für Zeitschriften, illustratives Material; Workshops und Meetings; Veranstaltungen in Schulen, um das NO WASTE Konzept zu verbreiten und gleichzeitig die Benutzung der thematischen Strecke als Lehrthema und für Schulausflüge vorzuschlagen. Ziele: ein neues Tourismusangebot und neue geschäftliche Opportunitäten schaffen, indem die Werte des einheimischen Kulturerbes und der landestypischen, mit einem “NO WASTE” Zeichen versehenen Produkte hervorgehoben werden. Einführung einer „new mentality”, eines neuen Bewusstseins, bezüglich der totalen Ausbeutung der Ressourcen.

OI4 - Numero di siti di interesse naturale e culturale valorizzati; Numero 6,00; Verranno valorizzati 3 Musei e 3 siti di aree naturali protette. OI5 - Numero di nuovi prodotti per la valorizzazione dell’attrattività del patrimonio naturale e culturale; Numero 3,00; 3 nuovi prodotti valorizzeranno l’attrattività del patrimonio naturale e culturale. CO01 - Numero di imprese che ricevono un sostegno; Numero 6,00; Si prevede che almeno 6 imprese dell’area di Programma riceveranno un sostegno / beneficio dai risultati ottenuti con il presente progetto. CO02 - Numero di imprese che ricevono sovvenzioni; Numero 2,00; Certottica e W3C ricevono una sovvenzione per lo sviluppo di questo progetto. Non c’è un vantaggio economico diretto dall’attuazione del progetto. I risultati generati dal progetto saranno messi a disposizione di tutti gli stakeholder e target group potenzialmente interessati. CO04 - Numero di imprese che ricevono un sostegno non finanziario; Numero 4,00; Indichiamo in almeno 4 le imprese che riceveranno un sostegno non finanziario grazie a questo progetto. Tali imprese verranno coinvolte durante le fasi del suo sviluppo e saranno destinatarie dell’attività di divulgazione dei risultati ottenuti. CO23 - Superficie degli habitat beneficiari di un sostegno finalizzato al raggiungimento di un migliore stato di conservazione; Ettaro 75,00; 75 ettari beneficeranno di un migliore stato di conservazione.

CO01 - Zahl der Unternehmen, die Unterstützung erhalten; Anzahl 6,00; Voraussichtlich können mindestens 6 Unternehmen im Programmbereich aus den Ergebnissen dieses Projekts, allerdings, Vorteile/Profite ziehen. CO02 - Zahl der Unternehmen, die Zuschüsse erhalten; Anzahl 2,00; Certottica e W3C erhalten einen Zuschuss, um dieses Projekt zu entwickeln. Aus der Durchführung des Projekts entsteht kein direkter, finanzieller Vorteil. Die Projektergebnisse werden den Stakeholdern und potentiell interessierten Zielgruppen zur Verfügung gestellt. CO04 - Zahl der Unternehmen, die nicht finanzielle Unterstützung erhalten; Anzahl 4,00; Voraussichtlich erhalten mindestens 4 Unternehmen nichtfinanzielle Vorteile durch dieses Projekt. Diese Unternehmen werden während der Entwicklungsphasen mit einbezogen und werden direkt über die erreichten Ergebnisse informiert.
