Deepening of a successful tripartite partnership: The City Cooperation project has helped in the period 2007-13, to establish a partnership of 24 cities (AT-SI-HU) and implement exemplary pilot and cooperation activities. Based on this experience the participating 8 Austrian, 7 Hungarian (and 9 Slovene) cities intend to still significantly deepen the initiative and focus on two very current joint challenges characteristic for the region. In order to highlight the identification with the cooperation in the cities at a political, administrative, economic and touristic level even more, Austrian cities have founded their own registered association as a carrier, which bundles all activities and is the basis for a trilateral funding body as a key project result. The greater project goal is analogue to PA 4 of AT-HU-Program "Enhancing institutional capacity and an efficient public administration" strengthening of public services of the cities and making it more efficient as the main carriers of a polycentric and growth-oriented development of the cross-border region of Slovenia-Hungary-Austria by - coordination and development of the positioning of the individual network partners, - as individually profiled and transregional perceptible lighthouses of the region as well as the cooperation in its entirety, -joint development and implementation of innovative and site-related purchasing power systems as a strategy for coping with the current challenges such as the digital transformation. City Cooperation II develops solutions for an increased cooperation of the municipalities an institutions on the basis of concrete results, which increases the overall regional competitiveness.

Sikeres trilaterális partnerség elmélyítése: A projekt a 2007-13-mas költségvetési periódusban hozzájárult a 24 város (AT-SI-HU) partnerségének megteremtéséhez és pilot-szerű együttműködési tevékenységek megvalósításához. Ezen tapasztalatokra alapozva a résztvevő 8 osztrák, 7 magyar (és 9 szlovén) város elmélyíti a kezdeményezést, és két nagyon aktuális és a régióra jellemző kihívásra koncentrál. Annak érdekében, hogy a városok politikai, közigazgatási, gazdasági és turisztikai terű együttműködését erősíteni lehessen, az osztrák városok gazdaegyesületet hoztak létre, mely vezető partnerként fogja össze a tevékenységeket és a trilaterális projektgazdaság alapjait, mely mint központi projekteredményt jelenti. A fölérendelt projektcél az AT-HU program 4. PA-jához hasonlóan az intézményi kapacitások javítását szolgálja. Városi közszolgáltatások erősítése, ill. szereplőinek hálózatba épített hatékonysága, mint az AT-SI-HU határon átnyúló régióban egy policentrikus és növekedés-orientált fejlesztés hordozója az egyedi hálózati partnerek, akik a régiók egyéni arculatú és régión kívül is érzékelhető világítótornyok, valamint a teljes együttműködésén át, pozicionálásának egyeztetése és továbbfejlesztése által, azért, hogy olyan aktuális kihívások innovatív és telephelyre vonatkozó vásárlói erő megkötésére irányuló rendszer rendszerét lehessen kidolgozni, mint a digitális, vagy demográfiai változás. A City Cooperation II megoldásokat fejleszt, melyek a települések és intézmények jobb határon átnyúló együttműködéséhez vezetnek konkrét eredmények alapján és a továbbiakban pedig mérhetően növelik a regionális versenyképességet.

Vertiefung einer erfolgreichen trilateralen Partnerschaft: Das Projekt hat in der Periode 2007-13 geholfen, eine Partnerschaft von 24 Städten (AT-SI-HU) zu etablieren und pilothafte Kooperationsaktivitäten umzusetzen. Auf Basis dieser Erfahrungen werden die beteiligten 8 österreichischen, 7 ungarischen (und 9 slowenischen) Städte die Initiative weiter vertiefen und auf zwei sehr aktuelle und für die Region charakteristische Herausforderungen fokussieren. Um die Rolle der Kooperation in den Städten auf politischer, administrativer, wirtschaftlicher und touristischer Ebene stärker zu betonen haben die österreichischen Städte einen eigenen Verein als Träger gegründet, welcher alle Aktivitäten als Leadpartner bündelt und die Basis für eine trilaterale Trägerschaft als zentrales Projektergebnis darstellt. Das übergeordnete Ziel ist analog zur PA 4 des AT-HU-Programms einer Verbesserung der institutionellen Kapazitäten die Stärkung öffentlicher Dienstleistungen der Städte, bzw. Effizienz ihrer Akteure im Netzwerk als wichtigste Träger einer polyzentrischen und wachstumsorientierten Entwicklung der grenzüberschreitenden Region SI-HU-AT durch - die Abstimmung und Weiterentwicklung der Positionierung der einzelnen Netzwerkpartner als individuell profilierte und überregional wahrnehmbare Leuchttürme der Region, - wie auch der Kooperation in ihrer Gesamtheit, - die gemeinsame Entwicklung und Implementierung von innovativen und standortbezogenen Kaufkraftbindungssystemen als Strategie zur Bewältigung von aktuellen Herausforderungen wie zb. Digitale oder Demographische Wandel. City Cooperation II entwickelt Lösungen, die zu einer verbesserten grenzüberschreitenden Zusammenarbeit der Gemeinden und Institiutionen auf Basis konkreter Ergebnisse führen und in weiterer Folge die regionale Wettbewerbsfähigkeit messbar erhöht.

A régió városainak együttműködése és interakciója kerül továbbfejlesztésre és fenntartható módon intézményesítésre. Ez az eredmény a különböző intézkedések révén válik elérhetővé: nemzetközi jó példák, tudásátadás, összehangolt kommunikáció (városok, gazd).

Expected Outputs (DE): Die Interaktion und die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Städten weiterentwickeln und nachhaltig institutionalisieren. Durch verschiedene Maßnahmen wie internationale best practise, Wissenstransfer und koord. Kommunikation (Städte, Wirtschaft und Bürger).
