Due to limited resources and the risk aversion faced by SMEs in foreign markets, the process of internationalizing SMEs is fundamentally different as for large companies. THE COMMON CHALLENGE of the project is directed towards the implementation of common cross-border network for SUPPORTING INTERNALIZATION OF SMEs in the markets of the BENELUX and SKANDINAVES countries based on the joint presence of partners from the cross-border area and the critical mass of the necessary resources for the breakthrough on these markets. The overall objective of the project is to increase the number of internationalized SMEs in the cross-border area based on shared competencies and common areas of smart specialization, which will allow greater added value on both sides of the border. THE MAIN OUTPUT of the project is to establish a long-term sustainable cross-border network within which the support program will be developed and tested for at least two companies in their internationalization on the markets of Benelux and Scandinavian countries, additional 12 companies will be able to participate in the project activities. Export capability will be checked, business models created, B2B workshops organized, and demonstration visits to the target markets performed. PROJECT INNOVATION is reflected in the networking model of internationalization, which takes into account the situation and competition in a given foreign market, as companies are internationalized through the establishment and maintenance of relations between partners in international networks. Businesses can thus expand to foreign markets through existing relationships that enable the company to make contacts and support the company in developing the position on the new market. The project foundation will be FLETCHER'S APPROACH, based on the gradual, learning approach, networking approach and random approach, that is, external events that allow the company to skip certain development stages.

Aufgrund knapper Ressourcen und Risikoaversion, mit denen KMU in den ausländischen Märkten konfrontiert werden, ist die Internationalisierung von KMU grundlegend anders als die von großen Unternehmen. Die GEMEINSAME HERAUSFORDERUNG des Projektes ist die Errichtung eines grenzüberschreitendes Netzwerkes mit dem Ziel, die INTERNATIONALISIERUNG VON KMU auf dem Märkten DER BENELUX-STAATEN und SKANDINAVIENS zu UNTERSTÜTZEN, basierend auf dem gemeinsamen auftreten der Partner und der kritischen Masse der benötigten Ressourcen. Das ÜBERGEORDNETE PROJEKTZIEL ist es, die Anzahl der internationalisierten KMU im Grenzgebiet zu erhöhen, basierend auf gemeinsamen Kompetenzen und Bereichen der Smart Spezialisierung, welche eine höhere Wertschöpfung auf beiden Seiten der Grenze ermöglichen wird. HAUPTOUTPUT des Projektes ist es, ein stabiles und nachhaltiges Netzwerk im Rahmen des Förderprogramms zu entwickeln, und dieses im Rahmen der Unterstützung für mindestens 2 KMU bei ihrer Internationalisierung auf den Zielmärkten zu testen, 12 KMU werden beteiligt im Projekt. Das Grundkonzept sieht vor, dass die Exportkapazität geprüft, Geschäftsmodelle erstellt, B2B Workshops organisiert und Präsentations-Besuche auf den Zielmärkten durchgeführt werden. INNOVATION DES PROJEKTES spiegelt sich im Netzwerk-Modell der Internationalisierung wider, das die Situation und den Wettbewerb auf einem bestimmten Markt berücksichtigt. Die KMU erhalten Zugang zu dem internationalen Markt durch strukturierte Beziehungen zwischen den Partnern in internationalen Netzwerken. Ein KMU kann bei der Verbreitung auf ausländische Märkte auf vorhandene Verbindungen und Beziehungen aufbauen, die es ermöglichen seine Position in einem neuen Markt zu entwickeln. Das Projekt wird auf dem FLETCHER ANSATZ beruhen, der auf schrittweisen, dem Konzept des Lernens, Vernetzung und zufälligem Eintritts externer Ereignisse basiert, die auch das Überspringen einer bestimmten Entwicklungsstufe ermöglichen.

Zaradi omejenih virov in nenaklonjenostjo tveganja s katero se MSP srečujejo na tujih trgih, je proces internacionalizacije MSP bistveno drugačen od velikih podjetij. SKUPNI IZZIV projekta je tako usmerjen v izvedbo skupne čezmejne mreže za PODPORO INTERNACIONALIZACIJI MSP na trgu držav BENELUXA IN SKANDINAVIJE, ki bo bazirala na skupnem nastopu partnerjev iz čezmejnega prostora ter doseženi kritični masi potrebnih resursov za potreben preboj na omenjene trge. SPLOŠNI CILJ projekta je povečanje števila internacionaliziranih MSP v čezmejnem območju, ki bodo bazirale na skupnih kompetencah in skupnih področjih pametne specializacije, kar bo omogočalo doseganje večje dodane vrednosti na obeh straneh meje. GLAVNI OUTPUT projekta je vzpostavitev dolgoročno vzdržne čezmejne mreže v okviru katere se bo razvil podporni program in testirala podpora za vsaj 2 podjetij pri njihovi internacionalizaciji na trg držav Beneluxa in Skandinavije, 12 podjetjem bo ponujena moznost sodelovanja znotraj projekta. Preverilo se bo izvozno sposobnost, izdelalo poslovne modele, organiziralo B2B delavnice in predvsem predstavitvene obiske na ciljnih trgih. INOVATIVNOST PROJEKTA se kaže v mrežnem modelu internacionalizacije, ki upošteva situacijo in konkurenco na danem tujem trgu, saj se podjetja internacionalizirajo prek vzpostavitve in ohranjanja odnosov med partnerji v mednarodnih mrežah. Podjetja se tako lahko širijo na tuje trge prek že obstoječih povezav in odnosov, ki podjetju omogočajo stike in dajejo pomoč pri razvoju pozicije na novem trgu. Projekt bo temeljil na FLETCHERJEVEM PRISTOPU, ki bazira na postopnosti, pristopu učenja, pristopu mreženja in naključnem pristopu, to je zunanjih dogodkih, ki omogočajo podjetju, da preskoči določene razvojne stopnje.

Das Hauptresultat des Projekts ist die UNTERSTÜTZUNG VON MINDESTENS 2 UNTERNEHMEN BEI IHRER INTERNATIONALISIERUNG AUF BENELUX UND SKANDINAVISCHE MÄRKTE, wo über 2 Pilotaktivitäten 2 KMU, die auch Projektpartner sind, neue innovative Lösungen testen und internationalisieren werden. Zusätzlich werden mindestens 12 Unternehmen identifiziert und durch das Projekt unterstützt werden. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird ein Netzwerkmodell der Internationalisierung entwickelt, für das eine Strategie und ein Aktionsplan erarbeitet werden. Das Netzwerkmodell umfasst auch Partner aus den Benelux- und Skandinavischen Ländern, mit Unterstützung welcher die Schaffung effektiverer Unterstützungsmaßnahmen für den Markteintritt von Unternehmen aus dem grenzüberschreitenden Gebiet auf Benelux und skandinavische Zielmärkte leichter wird. Die Exportfähigkeit wird überprüft, Geschäftsmodelle erarbeitet, B2B-Workshops organisiert und vor allem Demonstrationsbesuche auf Zielmärkten durchgeführt.

Expected Outputs (SL):

Glavni rezultat projekta je POMOČ VSAJ 2. PODJETJEM PRI NJIHOVI INTERNACIONALIZACIJI NA TRGE DRŽAV BENELUXA IN SKANDINAVIJE, kjer bosta preko pilotnih aktivnosti 2 MSP, ki sta tudi partnerja v projektu razvila inovativni rešitvi ter ju pilotno internacionalizirala. Dodatno bo vsaj 12 podjetij identificiranih in podprtih v sklopu projekta. V okviru projekta se bo razvil mrežni model internacionalizacije za katerega bo pripravljena strategija in akcijski načrt. V mrežni model bodo vključeni tudi partnerji iz držav Beneluxa in Skandinavije s katerimi se bo lažje vzpostavilo učinkovitejše podporne ukrepe za prihod podjetij iz čezmejnega območja na ciljni trg Beneluxa in Skandinavije. Preverilo se bo izvozno sposobnost, izdelalo poslovne modele, organiziralo B2B delavnice in predvsem predstavitvene obiske na ciljnih trgih.
