La forêt présente sur le territoire ALCOTRA, représente une très importante ressource environnementale et économique à gérer de manière soutenable, pour cela il est nécessaire d'investir dans la formation professionnelle afin que les opérateurs du secteur travaillent avec sûreté et efficacité, mais également dans le respect des valeurs environnementales représentés par la forêt. L’objectif général du projet INFORMA PLUS réside dans la professionnalisation des opérateurs et des entreprises, la création d’un parcours d'apprentissage pour rapprocher les jeunes au métier, créer un Annuaire transfrontalier des entreprises forestières vitrine de valorisation et promotion, créer un corps d'instructeurs qualifiés au niveau transfrontalier.

Forest are present on ALCOTRA’s territory, represent a big environmental resource and economy to manage in a sustainable way. For this, it’s necessary to invest in professional formation, to allow private operators to work in safety and efficacity, but also to respect environmental values which are represented by the forest. The main objective of INFORMA PLUS project is based on the professionalization of operators and industries, the creation of a learning path to bring closer student of their future job, create a group of cross-border qualified instructors.

La foresta presente sul territorio ALCOTRA rappresenta una grande risorsa ambientale e economica da gestire in modo sostenibile, per questo è necessario d’investire nella formazione professionale, affinché gli operatori privati lavorano con sicurezza e efficienza, ma anche nel rispetto del valore ambientale rappresentate dalla foresta. L’obiettivo generale del progetto INFORMA PLUS si trova nella professionalizzazione degli operatori e delle imprese, la creazione di un percorso di apprendimento per avvicinare i giovani dal mestiere, creare un annuario transfrontaliero delle imprese forestiere, vetrina della valorizzazione e promozione, creare un corpo di istruttore qualificati al livello transfrontaliero.

Expected Results (FR):

L’objectif général du projet est d'augmenter et renforcer, au niveau transfrontalier, la compétitivité et le degré de professionnalisme des entreprises forestières à travers la mise en place de parcours de formation innovantes et expérimentales selon des méthodologies partagés et coordonnés entre les partenaires transfrontaliers et à travers des actions ciblées à améliorer la connaissance et les compétences des entreprises et des entrepreneurs forestiers. Le projet INFORMA PLUS a donc comme objectif la professionnalisation des opérateurs et des entreprises, aussi par parcours d'apprentissage pour rapprocher les jeunes au métier, créer un Annuaire transfrontalier des entreprises forestières vitrine de valorisation et promotion, créer un corps d'instructeurs qualifiés au niveau transfrontalier. Le partenariat du projet est constitué par sujets publics et privés compétents pour les thématiques abordées, en mesure d'assurer une pleine réalisation des résultats obtenus sur le sujet de la formation professionnelle.

Expected Results (EN):

The main objective of the project is to make it grower and stronger, at the cross-border level, the competitivity and the professionalism of forest industries thorough the development of an innovative and experimental formation path according to shared and coordinated methods between cross-border partners and thorough target actions to ameliorate knowledges and competences of the industries, of forest entrepreneurs. INFORMA PLUS project has, also, the objective to professionalise operators and industries, thorough a learning path to bring young closer to job, create a cross-border address list of forest industries, create a group of qualified instructors at cross-border level. The partnership of the project is built on public and private subjects expert on these thematic, in capacity to ensure a full realisation of obtained results on the subject of professional formation.

Expected Results (IT):

L’obiettivo principale del progetto è di far crescere e di consolidare, a livello transfrontaliero, la competitività e il professionalissimo delle imprese forestale attraverso la messa in atto di un percorso di formazione innovativo ed esperimentale secondo dei metodi condivisi e coordinati tra i partners transfrontalieri e attraverso delle azioni target per migliorare la conoscenza e le competenze delle imprese, degli imprenditori forestali. Il progetto INFORMA PLUS ha quindi come obiettivo la professionalizzazione degli operatori e delle imprese, attraverso il percorso di apprendimento per avvicinare i giovani del mestiere, creare un annuario transfrontaliero delle imprese forestale, vetrina della valorizzazione e promozione, creare un corpo di istruttori qualificati a livello transfrontalieri. Il partenariato del progetto è costituito da soggetti pubblici e privati competenti per le tematiche evocate, in grado di assicurare una piena realizzazione dei risultati ottenuti sul soggetto della formazione professionale.
