La regione Valle d’Aosta e la regione Provenza-Alpi-Costa Azzurra conoscono un tasso forte di abbandono turistico, rispettivamente 20 e 11%. Il progetto PRIMO vuole provare congiuntamente un sistema di azione di prevenzione contro l’abbandono scolastico, dalle esperienze consolidate sui territori, e esperimentarne le nuove. L’approccio multidimensionale è reso possibile da un partenariato multisettoriale (istituzione competente nell’ambito dell’educazione e delle politiche sociale, organismo di formazione, Università) e dalla cooperazione transfrontaliera grazie ai scambi di pratiche e ha una formazione congiunte degli insegnanti e formatore.

La Région Vallée d’Aoste et celle de la région Provence-Alpes Côte d’Azur, connaissent un fort taux de décrochage scolaire, respectivement 20 et 11%. Le projet PRIMO entend tester conjointement un système d’actions de prévention du décrochage scolaire, à partir des expériences consolidées sur les territoires et en expérimenter de nouvelles. L’ approche multidimensionnelle est rendue possible par un partenariat multisectoriel (institutions compétentes en matière d’éducation et de politiques sociales, organismes de formation, Universités) et par la coopération transfrontalière grâce aux échanges de pratiques et à une formation conjointe d’enseignants et de formateurs

Valle d’Aosta Region and Provence-Alpes-Côtes d’Azur Region know a high rate of early school leaving, respectively 20 and 11%. PRIMO project wants to prove, in the same time, a prevention system against the early school leaving, from previous experiences proved on the territory, and try new ones. The multidimensional approach is possible with a multisector partnership (competent institutions in the field of education and social policies, organism of formation, Universities), and of the cross-border cooperation for practice exchanges and a common formation of teachers and formators. Expected Results (IT):

Tre linee d’azione sono previste: • Individuazione degli alunni “a rischio” e accompagnargli. • Sviluppare delle alleanze educative inter-sistemi (scuole-imprese e scuole-settore associativo). • Definire dei percorsi per la perseveranza e la riuscita scolastica, basata sull’orientazione e la formazione. Il progetto produrrà delle linee direttrice per il transfer dei metodi agli insegnanti e delle linee direttrice per lo trasferimento dei risultati alle politiche regionale, incoraggiando cosi la sostenibilità delle azioni. Il progetto vuole, contribuire alla riduzione dello tasso d’abbandono scolastico anticipato nelle scuole, e partecipare alla riflessione strategica comune ai due territori.

Expected Results (FR):

Trois lignes d’action sont prévues : • Repérer les élèves « à risque » et les accompagner. • Mettre en place des alliances éducatives entre systèmes (école-entreprise et école- secteur associatif). • Définir des parcours pour la persévérance et la réussite scolaires, basés sur l’orientation et la formation. Le projet produira des lignes directrices pour le transfert des méthodes aux enseignants et des lignes directrices pour le transfert des résultats aux politiques régionales, encourageant ainsi la durabilité des actions. Le projet entend, ainsi, contribuer à la réduction du taux de décrochage précoce dans les écoles ainsi qu'à la réflexion stratégique commune aux deux territoires.

Expected Results (EN):

Three lines of actions are prevised: • Detect pupils “at risk” and help them. • Develop an educative alliance between systems (School- Industries and School -Associations). • Identify paths for perseverance and school success, based on orientations and formations. The project will produce guidelines to the transfer of teaching methods and guidelines for the transfer of results to regional policies, encouraging sustainability of actions. The project aims to contribute to the reduction of school dropout rate in schools and to a common strategical reflexion on both sides of the border.
