Le secteur de la confiserie, dans les zones couvertes par le projet, est vital, mais toujours sensibles aux évolutions majeures. Les études sectorielles décrivent des opérateurs qui ne valorisent pas correctement les spécificités locales, qui ignorent les stimulations de la tradition et les mouvements pour la promotion de l'artisanat, se limitant à la production industrielle et mondialisée.

Il settore dei dolciumi, nelle zone coperte dal progetto, è vitale, ma sempre sensibile alle evoluzioni maggiore. Gli studi settoriali descrivono degli operatori che non valorizzano correttamente le specificità locale, che ignorano le simulazioni della tradizione e i movimenti per la promozione dell’artigiana, limitandosi alla produzione industriale e mondializzata.

The sector of the candies, located in the area of the project, is crucial, but always sensible to major evolutions. Studies on this sector describe operators who aren’t valorising correctly local specificities, which ignore simulations of traditions and movement for artisanal promotion, limiting itself at the industrial and globalized production.

Expected Results (FR):

Le projet V.A.L.E souhaite former des professionnels de la confiserie plus facilement employables, capable de renforcer le territoire et de consolider les activités commerciales ayant un impact positif sur la chaîne de production et le développement, pas seulement économique, mais aussi sociale. Le projet est construit autour de 6 cours de formations transfrontaliers. L’approche transfrontalière permet une intégration de l’excellence, d’élargir les perspectives d’emploi et de promouvoir la modernisation de la production locale. L'originalité réside dans la définition d'un profil et un programme innovant intégré à l'école-travail et dans la validation des compétences acquis.

Expected Results (IT):

Il progetto V.A.L.E vuole formare i professionisti dei dolciumi più facilmente impiegabili, in grado di consolidare il territorio e le attività commerciale che hanno un impatto positivo sulla catena della produzione e dello sviluppo, non soltanto economico, ma anche sociale. Il progetto è costruito attorno a sei corsi di formazione transfrontalieri. L’approccio transfrontaliero permette un’integrazione di eccellenza, di allargare le prospettive dell’impiego e di promuovere la modernizzazione della produzione locale. L’originalità si trova nella definizione di un profilo e di un programma innovativo integrato alla scuola-lavoro e nella validazione delle competenze acquisite.

Expected Results (EN):

V.A.L.E project wants to form candies’ professionals easily employable, in capacity to consolidate the territory and commercial activities which have a positive impact on the production and development chain, not only economic, but also social. The project is built on six cross-border formation courses. The cross-border approach allows an integration of excellence, and enlarge working prospective and to promote modernisation of local production. The originality of the program is located in the definition of a profile and an innovative integrated program school-job, and in the validation of competences.
