Les communautés locales de Suse et de Briançon ont, au cours des dernières années, exprimé leur volonté de coopérer pour améliorer les services de santé pour les citoyens du territoire dans une logique de reconnaissance mutuelle. La direction de l'ASLTO3 et de celle du Centre Hospitalier de Briançon, avec le soutien actif des autorités régionales et départementales respectives, ont confirmé leur engagement mutuel de construire une alliance transfrontalière structurée afin de promouvoir des filières de soins intégrées dans le territoire. Le projet a obtenu une demande de modification du budget visant à adapter les parcours de soins transfrontaliers déjà prévus aux nouvelles exigences liées au COVID-19. Cette adaptation a également comporté l’acquisition de nouveaux équipements sanitaires.

Local communities of Susa and Briançon have, during these last years, expressed their will to cooperate to improve healthcare services for citizens on the territory in a logic of mutual recognition. The direction of ASLTO3 and the other one of the Hospital Centre of Briançon, with the active sustain of their own regional and departmental authorities, have confirmed their mutual commitment to build a structured cross-border alliance to promote sectors of integrated healthcare on the territory. Information added on 2021-02-02, regarding the mitigation of the effects of COVID-19 (the coronavirus pandemic that started in 2019): This project obtained a budget modification request aiming at adjusting cross-border care processes, already planned, to the new exigencies due to the COVID-19 crisis. This adjustment also involved the acquisition of new care equipment.

Le comunità locale di Susa e di Briançon hanno, nel corso di quest’ultimi anni, espresso la loro volontà di cooperare per migliore i servizi la salute per i cittadini del territorio in una logica di riconoscimento mutuale. La direzione dell’ASLTO3 e di quella del Centro Ospedaliero di Briançon, con lo sostegno attivo delle autorità regionale e dipartimentale rispettivi, hanno confermato il loro impegno mutuale per costruire un’alleanza transfrontaliera strutturata per promuovere degli settori di cura integrata nel territorio. Il progetto ha ottenuto una richiesta di modifica del budget finalizzata ad adeguare i percorsi sanitari transfrontalieri già previsti alle nuove esigenze legate al COVID-19; tale adeguamento ha comportato anche l’acquisizione di nuove strumentazioni sanitarie.

Expected Results (FR):

La directive 2011/24/UE sur les soins transfrontaliers, fournit un cadre juridique, administratif et méthodique afin de rendre cette alliance cohérente avec les programmes européens. Les autorités impliquées dans le projet auront la tâche d'harmoniser les procédures juridiques et administratives en lien avec la planification régionale de la santé, départementale et territoriale définissant les limites de l'expérimentation de la santé transfrontalière. Celles-ci seront construites grâce à une stratégie partagée des meilleures preuves scientifiques, des meilleures compétences de soins et selon l'emplacement des établissements de santé dans le territoire de compétence. Les citoyens des deux territoires auront, par conséquent, des informations claires et précises sur la façon d'accéder à des soins transfrontaliers et sur le processus organisationnel des établissements de santé.

Expected Results (EN):

The 2011/24/UE directive on cross border healthcare, give a legal, administrative and methodical framework to make them coherent with European programs. Implicated authorities in the project will have the duty to harmonize juridical and administrative procedures linked with regional, departmental, and territorial healthcare planning which are defining limits of health experimentation. These will be build thanks to a strategy sharing the best scientifically competences. Citizens of both territories will have clear and precise information on the way to access to the cross-border healthcare and on the organisation process of health institutions

Expected Results (IT):

La direttiva 2011/24/UE sulle cure transfrontaliere, fornisce un ambito giuridico, amministrativo e metodico per rendere quest’ultima coerente con i programmi europei. Le autorità implicate nel progetto avranno il compito di armonizzare le procedure giuridiche e amministrative in legame con la pianificazione regionale della salute, dipartimentale e territoriale che definiscono il limite della sperimentazione della salute transfrontaliera. Queste saranno costruite grazie ad una strategia condivisa delle migliori competenze scientifiche, delle migliori competenze di cura e secondo la posizione dell’ente di salute nel territorio di competenza. I cittadini dei due territori avranno, anzi, delle informazioni chiare e precise sulla maniera di accedere ad una cura transfrontaliera e sul processo di organizzazione degli enti di salute.
