o sviluppo dell’attività turistica è un fattore economico maggiore di competitività e d’impiego nello spazio ALCOTRA. Tuttavia, numerosi territori transalpini soffrono di problematiche comune: l’atomizzazione dell’offerta turistica, inoltre che l’assenza di un approccio collettiva e di messa in rete degli attori pubblici e privati. AMPELO propone di sviluppare e consolidare l’offerta turistica. Lo scopo del progetto è di mettere l’accento sulle conoscenze transfrontaliere legate all’e-turismo, all’accoglienza e alla buona comprensione delle aspettative da parte dei clienti stranieri. AMPELO mira ad elevare le competenze dei operatori, raggiungere i mercati internazionali per beneficiare delle ricadute economiche, focalizzandosi sul settore viticolo per le sue risorse paesaggistica e culturale.

Le développement de l’activité touristique est un facteur majeur de compétitivité et d’emploi au sein de l’espace ALCOTRA. Cependant, de nombreux territoires transalpins souffrent d’une problématique commune : l’atomisation de l’offre touristique ainsi que l’absence d’approche collective et de mise en réseau des acteurs publics et privés. AMPELO propose de développer et consolider l’offre touristique. Le but du projet est donc de mettre l’accent sur les savoirs transversaux liées à l’e-tourisme, à l’accueil et à la bonne compréhension des attentes de la part des clients étrangers. AMPELO vise à élever les compétences des opérateurs, atteindre les marchés internationaux pour bénéficier des retomber économiques, se focaliser sur le secteur viticole pour ses ressources tant paysagères que culturelles.

Development of touristic activity is one the major factor of competitivity within ALCOTRA’s territories. However, a lot of transalpine territories suffered of a common problematic: the atomisation of the touristic offer and the lack of a collective approach to put in network public and private actors. AMPELO propose to increase cross-border knowledges related to e-tourism, welcoming tourists and a good understanding of foreign client’s expectations. AMPELO aims to increase operator’s competences, reach international markets to have access to economic benefits, and finally, be focused on wine sector for its landscapes and cultural resources.

Expected Results (IT):

Per permettere l’appropriazione delle sfide del progetto dagli attori, lo sviluppo delle competenze è strategico, emerge, quindi, la necessità di mettere l’accento sulle conoscenze trasversale legate all’e-turismo, all’accoglienza e alla buona comprensione delle aspettative della clientela straniera. Per realizzare questo, il progetto innova nel suo approccio, focalizzando su: • L’elevazione delle competenze degli operatori come fattore chiave di competitività turistica. • I mercati internazionali per i vantaggi economici transfrontalieri . • Il settore viticole per le sue risorse paesaggistica e culturale . • Un approccio partecipativo per sviluppare l’open innovation e le nuove strategie locale. Il valore aggiunto transfrontaliero proviene della condivisione delle competenze complementare dei partner nell’ambito de turismo oenogastronomico.

Expected Results (FR):

Afin de favoriser l’appropriation de ces enjeux par les acteurs, le développement des compétences est stratégique, d’où la nécessité de mettre l’accent sur les savoirs transversaux liées à l’e-tourisme, à l’accueil et à la bonne compréhension des attentes des clientèles étrangères. Pour ce faire, le projet innove dans son approche en ciblant : • L’élévation des compétences des opérateurs comme facteur clé de compétitivité touristique. • Les marchés internationaux en raison de leurs fortes retombées économiques transfrontalières. • Le secteur vitivinicole en raison de ses ressources paysagères et culturelles. • Une démarche participative afin de développer l’open innovation et de nouvelles stratégies locales. La valeur ajoutée transfrontalière vient du partage de compétences complémentaires des partenaires en matière de tourisme oenogastronomique.

Expected Results (EN):

To promote the appropriation of these challenges by the actors, the development of competences is strategic, from which the necessity to focus on transverse knowledges linked to e-tourism, to the welcoming and the good comprehension of the expectations of foreign customers. For this, the project innovates in its approach, targeting: • The raising of operators’ level skills as key factor of touristic competitiveness. • International Markets, due to their high cross-border economic impact. • Wine sector due to its landscapes and cultural resources. • A participative approach to develop the open innovation and new local strategies. The added cross-border value comes from the sharing of complementary competences of partners in the oenogastronomic sector.
